Rich was responsive and more than happy to order the tile I had already selected (Mahoney did not carry it in stock).

An estimate was provided online based on a video of the required repairs, making the process efficient. Moser provided several timely updates and confirmations prior to the appointment. Jesse from Moser arrived on time to make the repairs and our carpets look like no damage was every done. He was professional and committed to quality. His knowledge of carpets and how to do repairs was exceptional. I couldn't be happier with Moser's service, quality work, and customer responsiveness. It was an easy experience from beginning to end. My compliments to Jesse for his fine craftsmanship. Steve M.

Was given Brandon's number at Moser Carpet Repair so I decided to text and see if I could get an estimate for some carpet stretching. Brandon responded right away and informed me that when carpet is installed correctly, it should not need stretching. Usually if you see creases in your carpet, it means someone didn't do a good job when installing the carpet. He talked about carpet kickers and CRI residential codes, etc. Honestly I was a little overwhelmed with all the info but after doing some research, it seemed like Brandon had some good points and knew what he was doing. We were able to set up an appointment that weekend. Brandon and his assistant showed up on time and got right to work. It was definitely not an easy process and I could tell it was very labor-intensive. But they worked hard and ever since then, we haven't seen any creases or bulges in our carpet! Would definitely recommend you contact Brandon and Moser Carpet Repair for any carpet stretching or carpet repair jobs you need. Even though the location shows that they work in the Bay Area, they actually do work in Placer County also (Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, etc).

His hands-on leadership kept everything on track and on time. - The install crew was punctual, clean, skilled, and completed our entire home in just two weeks--without cutting corners. Transitions, baseboards, and fine details were flawless. - No surprises, no hidden fees--just honest, fair pricing and clear communication. They stood by their word, every step of the way. Tom's did the floors in my unit a few weeks ago. Here are my thoughts:…read more Pros: - Communication: Generally very prompt communication. I wish I got more updates during construction but they sent them whenever I asked. I liked that they were very contentious about talking with my neighbor when their van was blocking a little bit of their driveway--a lot of contractors wouldn't bother. I also had another neighbor who was causing some issues and they kept me in the loop, which I appreciated. - Price: I talked to several contractors and their price was pretty reasonable--not the lowest nor the highest, more in the middle. Cons: - After construction, I noticed some damage on parts that were supposed to be protected. They were minor damages, but annoying. The most noticeable one was a dent on my TV, which left a white dot that I see every time I turn on my TV, which sucks. - In terms of details, I noticed that there were some dings in pretty noticeable parts of the wood. I don't know if it was the crew or the wood came like that, but when I was testing a wood sample before purchasing, I hit the wood with a hammer and it didn't leave a mark, so it would take a lot of force to leave a dent like the one pictured. Kinda disappointing because the dent is smack in the middle of a high traffic area. Some last notes: - David came by to do a final walk through and helped me move some of the heavier furniture back. It didn't bother me but if you're expecting furniture to be put back the way it was originally, you'll want to manage your expectations. - You should definitely hire painters and cleaners after the construction--I didn't think the walls were going to be as scuffed up as they were. And everything will be superrrr dusty, even if it's covered. - When I expressed concern about not all baseboards being replaced, which I thought was the scope of work, he explained that he told his crew to use existing baseboards when possible. He said he did this to save me some cost and offered me $150 to cover the savings. I generally feel positive about this, although if I hadn't mentioned it I don't think it would've come up, so take that for what it's worth.
