QFC @ BOTHELL…read more Parking here is super easy, no need to worry about circling around looking for a spot. It's located in a fairly large complex, so there's plenty of space for everyone even when it's busy. I came here because I had a brow tint appointment next door at The Lash Lounge and had some extra time to kill before and after, so I figured I'd wander through and check it out. I really liked this QFC, it's noticeably bigger than a lot of the other locations I've been to, with wide aisles and a solid selection across the board. It never felt cramped or crowded even while browsing around, which made the whole experience pretty relaxed. Overall a really solid grocery store, and it's nice knowing there's one this spacious right next to other spots I already visit. I'd definitely come back, especially if I'm already in the area running errands.

The holiday shopping vibes were clearly present in the store, as I saw people grabbing multiples of the same items to stock up. As usual, the employees were friendly and efficient. Even though the store was crowded, they were able to move the lines very quickly. Overall, I'm still very happy that Trader Joe's is able to keep its prices down in this economy. Parking near Trader Joe's may be difficult, but the mall parking lot is huge, so you can always park a bit farther away and walk.

But we timed a mid-afternoon stop today and found tons of stuff. You know they're always great for snacks at good prices, and some percentage of them might not be total sugar-starch bombs. But we got some bad-for-us stuff as a treat. The frozen food is a hit with my lovely bride, though I avoid that hyper-processed stuff as much as possible. We found good hot sauces and wine at great prices. The checker was totally friendly and one of the floaters helped us a ton with our cart situation (my wife needs to use a scooter these days, hopefully not for much longer). I kinda dread the crowds here but a mid-day visit was super pleasant, and you always find good prices on tasty things at TJ's.

Good spot to go if you need to stock up on any canned staples or cereals and to find occasional good deals. Oh, and the wine! Not a ton of high end brands but some pretty solid finds for $5! My son was a fan as they even have cute little kid carts to push around. I did go against better judgment and try the produce there one time...it was moldy when we got home but wouldn't recommend produce/meats at a discount store. We've managed to cut costs a lot and still have really high quality meals by buying produce at farmers market, meat at Whole Foods and canned stuff at the discount supermarket. I subtracted one star bc some of the folks who work there are a little sketch, one guy seemed to be taking a smoke break in the back in the store but I guess you get what you pay for!

Looking over the displayed menu, I opted for a classic Cinnabon roll. The worker behind the counter was friendly and my cash payment was accepted. The roll came in its own box and was warm. Texturally the roll was soft with the center of the roll the softest part. I preferred the exterior of the roll texturally, slightly firmer, and flavor wise, more of a cream cheese/cream flavor. Too much cinnamon in the center of the roll for me. I found the serving size satisfying. Starting and ending my eating of the roll with the exterior helped balance out the cinnamon in the center.

I made a point of stopping by today, Wednesday 4 March 2026, and getting one of their flavors I greatly enjoy, the chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I spotted the flavor I came for, however, I did note a number of other mighty tasty looking options as well. A cordial worker asked me if I was ready and I went with a scoop of the chocolate peanut butter ice cream in a cup. They were quick in filling the order and taking my payment. Opting to take the scoop back to my car to eat it, I enjoyed the thickness of the peanut butter ribbons in the creamy chocolate ice cream. My four ounce scoop was a satisfying treat.
