Worst service I've had at a restaurant. Made a reservation for 20 at 2, they logged it as 2 person. Then canceled it 1.5 before our arrival, but still went. We get seated in the back room we get our fountain drinks, but our single bar drink is never put in. The one round of refills we get sweet tea in our unsweetened and served diet Dr Pepper instead of regular. Then our order is taken. Takes awhile. One group orders chips and salsa, (never arrived. Finally informed us at the end of the meal they are out) If we received our food something was wrong, several got the wrong sides. Two kids meals never showed up. The one that did was a pizza instead of a grilled cheese. Complaints were ignored, Waiters were busy on the deck counting tips. Then he can in we only receive 4/5 tickets. Which had random drinks and food on them. And a 20% large group tip. Everyone's mad trying to get it sorted out. read more

Ambiance is nothing special; it reminded me of most other nice small family restaurants; not bad, just nothing outstanding. Lunch crowd conversations were pretty loud. I had a ribeye steak. They had marinated the steak in something which in my opinion ruined the steak. I don't like the seasonings the used. A little salt and pepper would be far superior. The sides were very good. The service was very tentative and can't be beat. I think I will give them another chance. But I will request NO marinade or seasonings. Home cooking, breakfast all day, bar service. Went on a Saturday for lunch. Seated right away, server was friendly, helpful, and prompt; she let us order the fried okra side dish as our appetizer and even split our entree (hamburger covered with fries and gravy) on two plates for us. This is a semi-upscale restaurant. Menu has enough options to please most anyone. Workers are efficient and friendly. Prices are a little on the high side, but one gets what one pays for. My kids visited me and we were looking for a place to go that suited all of us. I like to keep things fairly low carb, and it's very hard to do here. The menu is very unimaginative and basic fried food and hamburgers. I settled on hamburger steak with gravy. It was one of the most bland things I've ever had. No flavor at all, and the meat was dry and tasteless. Gravy was flavorless as well. As a side I got green beans and they tasted like they were just dumped from a can. The cooks back there seriously needs to learn to season. I definitely will not be back here. If your looking for burgers or plate dinners, go to cobbs. They know how to season things and it sure is priced better. I spent 75.00 bucks tonight on crappy food and my kids margaritas that they said was all mix and slim to no alcohol. We decided to stop after our grandsons cross country meet and eat dinner. We were seated quickly and treated very well. I was debating whether to give a three based on the fact the food wasn't much above average tasting but when you have a menu as extensive as this one was what can you expect. Breakfast is served at all times so when you deal with that in the kitchen as well as everything else on the menu it affects your food quality. We got a mix from chocolate chip waffles, chicken fried steak, fish tacos and a steak. The hi light was the fried pickles though as the rest was "ok". The steak was cooked as requested, mid rare. The chicken fried steak was not as tender as expected but still good. The gravy was disappointing, almost tasted powdered with very little seasoning. The waffle was, a waffle, and I like mine crispy and it was not but my grandson enjoyed every bite. The fish taco was good and with a bit more salsa on it was delicious. All in all if your out with the family and would like to go somewhere where there is something for everyone, this is the spot. Note, ignore the closed club next door. Haha read more

I visit my parents in Ponca City 3-4x/ year from Southern California, and Frazier's is always on the agenda. They have an extensive menu, and I have never tried anything I didn't like. Breakfast anytime is a big hit for my dad, and they offer it. In addition to the food, I think the service is really what brings us back. The staff has always been friendly, gracious and ready to help. I'm so happy to see that others love this restaurant as much as I do. read more

Tried this one several times and the meals are consistently mediocre or below. Service has been the highlight but I have had meals at a Waffle House that were better. Seems like they buy the low end quality from their food distributors then slap everything on the flat iron. I'd give 6 stars just for the servers, we've become regulars over the couple years we've been in town. The food is always great, but they are EXTREMELY family friendly. Being a mom of a two year old- not every meal goes perfectly smooth and we've never been made to feel like a burden or annoyance when he's with us. He adores several of the ladies there, and (fortunately for us!) of all the places we do dine out as a family he behaves the best here and I do think that it is because of how sweet they all are with him! read more

One of my fave places to eat in Ponca City. Delicious food...entire menu served all hours with daily specials. The 1/2 lb hamburgers are the BEST!!! Follow it up with a pancake for dessert...the unique batter creates a cake that's delicious enough to eat without syrup. The Fraziers staff is phenomenal. The restaurant has recently been remodeled on the outside...can't wait till it warms up and we can dine on the patio. read more

Was alright. We ordered a sample platter type appetizer. They were pretty small portions. Not much to be excited about, typical run of the mill frozen apps. The ranch was watery. Our food was. Meh. My girl ordered no sour cream, got it anyway. Catfish was pretty good, could have used more seasoning. Broccoli was cooked decent, not too soft, kind of bland. Fries had absolutely no flavor. Even after dumping a bunch of salt on them and dipping them in ranch I just decided to leave them on the plate. Could tell the bacon on my son's plate had been sitting by a heat source for more than a couple long days. The bacon was tough, chewy and flavorless. My 8 year old wouldn't even eat it. All in all, I don't believe we'll be going back. Other than the disappointing meal, the server was extremely nice. read more

The people were sweet which was a plus but settling the bill seemed to be an issue after being charged for the kids eat free deal and the free sides we were told came with the meal. I'd also advise getting there early if you want the menu selection of your choice to not be sold out. The food was alright ( I had a steak) UNTIL I got home and had the worst case of food poisoning I've quite possibly ever experienced. Definitely won't be trying that again. read more

We ate here today after spending time on the wrong side of town looking for this restaurant. It is located on US Hwy 60 east of Ponca City., across the river on the north side of the highway. It may be a little hard to spot. My husband had the country fried steak and it was tender and tasty...and big. We could have split it easily and had plenty. I had the chicken and cheese quesadilla.
