Had to return to restaurant to get my soup. It was chicken enchilada soup. It had absolutely no chicken in it. It was all broth. The flavor was good, but poor quality. I tipped the server even though it was a to go order before I found out I didn't have all of my order. Poor attitude by server who got me my soup. He acted like he could care less about me or my order. He didn't seal the lid on the soup and it dropped on my hand and I asked him for a bag to put it in after I sealed it. Went for lunch mid-afternoon; much quieter than normal. Waitstaff was attentive and friendly. Plenty of food, with some to take home.

I used to really like Chili's but no more. Could the menu be any more generic? All the things that are good there come with fries and I just don't want fries anymore. The salads are about as hum drum as you get. No imagination at all. We got the chips and salsa because we thought you still get them as rewards members. I guess not because we were charged for them. My daughter had to ask for mayonnaise and mustard for her burger and they never brought it. We asked another waitress walking by and I guess they rustled that up from the north 40 because it took another like 10 minutes. You would think they would have condiments at the ready since chili's is basically a burger and rib place. My chicken bowl was generic and lacked flavor and had too much rice. (Cheap filler) Those damn kiosks where you pay absolutely suck. Something always goes wrong and there's never anyone around to ask. I don't care if I ever come back here as long as I live. Our wait time was hardly anything but a minute. Our server, Julie, was incredible throughout the entire night despite being crowded with tables and with one particularly nasty crowd of people that couldnt bother reading through the payment process. She persevered their hateful comments and acted professionally towards them. She was so sweet and fast with inputting our orders. The food was absolutely amazing, I had the Nashville Hot Mozz and Classic Sirloin. I went there today with my daughter and received the worst service . First off the table was dirty, next our waitress took our order and didn't return with our food for 1/2 hour . Showed up with our chips. Then another 1/2 hour till we received our salads. Then we started eating approximately 45 minutes later. Food was cold. Besides all the bad reviews this place has, I decided to give it a try. From the parking lot alone, it didn't seem like a bad place because it was packed. The only thing that might irritate people is that the service is a bit slow. But other than that, I had no issues. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin topped with avocados, with the fresco salad and tomatoes. I called to see if I could do a 2 flavors of their It's just wings combo if I placed it online or if I had to do that in person at their store. I was in town for a week for work and this was the only restaurant in town besides about four other Mexican restaurants, unless you wanted a variety of fast food chicken restaurants. You would think that you can't go wrong going into a Chili's considering the variety of food they offer. But I was there three times and the staff was horrible. I always sit at the bar because the service is typically faster. I had a different bartender all three times and they each were gone, I kid you not 20 minutes at a time every time they left the bar to walk into the back. One of my friends ordered a Tangueray and tonic and she tells us they don't serve that cocktail here. When there was a bottle of Tangueray sitting behind her on the bar shelf. Then on a completely separate occasion same friend asked for a Bailey's and coffee and a different bartender told him that they don't serve that brand of coffee. I get you're in a small town but your bartender should be educated on the products they're selling. Oh and we waited 15-20 for a side of ranch with our wings. Maybe the service is better outside of the bar area. read more

This place is really hit and miss. One visit may be great and the next they can't cook to save their lives. Most of the servers really try hard to make your visit enjoyable. Chili's is a recognizable sight, though they are all different. This one was great. I was in Ponca City for a week, and ate here twice. I visited in June, 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic. This Chili's did well with masks and social distancing. The food was good, and the service great. I'd definitely eat at this location again! read more

Good place to eat. They have good menu. They have reasonable price too. Only thing is my stomach was not full when I left the restaurant though food was good. Also I like digital display on the table where you can pay yourself after receiving bill. This is unique to every restaurant I went. There is nothing more irritating than to sit at a four person table with four people and have no room for your plates and glasses, because there is so much other crap on the table! First, its a bottle of everything from steak sauce to whatever else the waitstaff is leaving on the table so they don't have to worry about you asking for it. Then there's the menus, from desert to specials to whatever fold up piece of cardboard there is that week advertising whatever. Then of course the table kiosk. Now you don't even deserve personal service when you pay! Just slide your card right at the table and wabaam! No personal interaction necessary. Plus it takes up a good portion of real estate. To top it off, you pay good money for an alcoholic beverage that has almost no alcohol in it. That alone is reason enough not to go back. After three visits, the food was hit, miss, and miss. I lrecently ordered from the to go side. I had the Southwest eggrolls and Shrimp Alfredo. While the food was good I felt the serving size for the Alfredo we considerably small for the price. The food is usually good. The sirloin steaks are tough sometimes. If you get cold with a/c bring a sweater - it's always cold here. The service is usually good especially since they started the policy of team servers for tables. Every so often they get an order wrong - like peppers on the onion strings when they were held - but just tell them and they will get you a rush order in no time. The front of the house is clean and so are the bathrooms. The only part that's sometimes a mess is the kitchen floor in front of the ice machine. I think this is more a safety issue. Ice all over the floor which is visible as you exit the bathrooms. Over-all it's one of the better places in town to eat. read more

Also twice (once completely out of control) I've heard a female manager make a huge scene getting onto the people working for her. Her behavior is enough to keep people out of here. Never had any issues everytime we go there. Like another reviewer also mentioned the place runs cold. I learned to ALWAYS bring a sweater/jacket if we know we are going to Chili's. Margaritas galore is the first two words I could think about Chili's. Lots of menu choices whatever suits your fancy. I like the upbeat atmosphere and lighting especially in the evenings when the place is packed. We get there at 5:05 and we are seated immediately by a very sweet young lady (the only nice person in there) and we are told our server will be with us shortly. We look over the menu and are waiting for someone to take our drink order; I see a waitress walk by our table about 5 or 6 times and she is waiting on everyone around us. Then there is a young man with a "man-bun", I believe his manager said his name is Julian and he stops at one table laughing and cutting up with the customers, then goes to another table and is talking with them for a good three to four minutes, and proceeds on to another table and is just yacking it up with them. Finally, at 5:25 (20 minutes later) the same young lady that passed by us and made eye contact several times taps him on the shoulder and points to us, so he says to the people he's talking to that he will be right back; he comes up and says, "are you guys ready to order. Obviously we are after a 20 minute wait, we place our order and he brings us our drinks and does not say a word, just sets them down and goes back to the other table to talk some more. Our food is delivered shortly after by someone not our server, and the food was great, so I gave y'all 2 stars for that. Then he passes by my empty glass and looks at it so I think he's going to bring me another, NOPE. I had to stop him to ask him for another and he asked what I was drinking. Then goes and gets the drink, leaves my empty glass and did not offer to refill my husband's water or take our empty plates to go back and talk to the other table again. We catch the manager and try to talk to her and she did not apologize, but says I will talk to him and says to us, "you are welcome to tip whatever you feel is fair". Really? That's it? I do not recommend this establishment, I could see if it was busy but it was not even steady yet. We won't be back. read more

I have to agree with someone else's comment that this was by far the worst Chili's I had ever been to. I frequent them quite often in Florida and was shocked at how bad this one was. They were out of many food items as I heard the waitress explaining this to two other tables. Yes I listened to other people order because it took forever for them to get to me. I was actually starting to think they were not going to take my order at all . I ordered nachos with no jalapenos however they used something really spicy in the chips (or so I was told) and I could not eat it. Believe it or not the waitress/bartender actually tried to argue with me about this . I had to send it back and it just took forever ...the original order and the reorder. Then I paid with a $100 bill for a $19 tab and was given no one's. So this meant I was expected to leave a $5 bill on a $19 tab. Really the service wasn't that great and the bartender had walked away for a very long period of time before I left.
