While it might be a little tricky to find due to the speakeasy vibes, if you park in the lot on the very side of the plaza you'll see it. Plenty of parking too in the lot. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Jessica who so graciously welcomed me despite my showing up close to closing time. I got to sit upstairs on a quiet night and have most of the place to myself, including the AMAZING salad bar that had more premium ingredients than I ever expected. I ordered the 10oz prime rib which was definitely larger than I expected as well. So tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. I have seen other reviews complaining about the price, but for $43 (which includes that massive salad bar and a fantastic baked potato) you get every bit of your money's worth. I ate leftovers throughout the next day. This was a wonderful experience for me as an out of towner - I really think everyone here takes pride in what they do and what they serve. I was looking for a big, fat delicious steak in Oklahoma and I was overly impressed with Rusty Barrell. Jessica really made my experience top notch - big thanks to her and the kind staff who stayed behind to keep this place open even later than what the website tells you.
