She was just not friendly. After that, everything went smoothly maybe because I did not have to deal with her again. The tech inside was nice and Dr Balthazar was very nice as well. I liked how knowledgeable the doctor was and the fact that I did not feel rushed.Thankfully, my vision hadn't changed much. I would visit again. It took 3 weeks to get my glasses and I ended up with the ugliest pair I've ever seen. I needed counsel to choose a suitable pair since my vision is bad to begin with and I got nothing. Instead, I paid almost a $1000 for a pair of ugly oversized granny glasses that I am ashamed to wear. I didn't get a good look at them until they were finished and on my face. I've never had this experience before. I've been satisfied with every other pair of glasses I've ever purchased... even online. They are atrocious.

She kept on putting me on hold and simply repeating after her coworker without even listening to my problem. I asked for an appointment and was told they couldn't see me until 4 days out, knowing I was going to be over their grace period, when asked if I could walk in she hesitated & said the doctor wasn't in after she had initially said they were out of appointments for today because she had just booked the last one. I insisted in walking in because I need to get my prescription changed to what she said walk ins were only on Friday from 2-4pm? She was stuttering and clearly lying, c'on it's a business at a supermarket and you're telling me you don't do walk-ins? I've been to other Walmart eye doctors and they all offer walking any day, so this was a big shock for me.I don't understand this lack of unprofessionalism, they're a doctors office & I'm sure the doctor doesn't know how the ladies treat his patients. Horrible. It was my first time with them and definitely not recommended. Front desk is not helpful at all!!! This gives me "I just want to charge your insurance vibes, and not my patients health being is first"

Wait, so my glasses that I purchased here are crooked and you might break them if you fix them and you aren't liable? WTF??
