I am so glad I found his office! He was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and super helpful when it was time to pick out new glasses. I came back to do my contacts follow up and I took longer than I usually do to come do my follow up. Usually it free well today I was charged $35 to "see the doctor" usually I come in she has me re do a quick test with the contacts I picked and that's it. This time she literally said hello showed me some colored contacts I asked her about and that was it. She didn't check my vision with the old contacts she didn't ask me how I liked them nothing. When I went to pay it came out to $190 I tried to use my moms Care Credit card and was told it declined. I thought that was odd because it had funds. Ultimately the issue was that they wanted me to spend more money to allow me to use it. Even though when we spoke she agreed to run the card for $190. I even told her can you add $10 and just leave it as a credit and I'll use it next time because I saw a pair of glasses I was going to come and buy and she told me no. I left left the $35 2 pack of colored contacts and just purchased what I needed with my debit card. Well my mom called asking about the card and why it declined if it had funds she was now told that it's because I didn't spend the "required" $200 minimum on the card. Needless to say I contacted the company and asked and the company confirmed there in fact is NO minimum that needs to be spent to use the card. My mom was going to buy me some pink Tiffany & Co. glasses I saw there for my birthday next week until this happened. Needless today it's unfortunately that they just lost a loyal customer for many years over $10.

Let me start with myself and my family have been coming for years, but sadly we are moving on…read more Good: optometrists, eye exams high quality- prescription is correct. They have good hours including weekends. The not so good: They are ridiculously expensive with insurance and all. The price quoted for my lens after insurance alone was more than double the price I paid for slightly better quality lenses. None of it is made in house so all that price difference is pure mark up/greed. Multiply that by multiple family members- it's a no. Too much very good local competition and online to stay

So far not a good experience! Lenses took weeks too long to receive. Never called me, I had to call…read morethem and push them about it, then bingo the next day they call to say they're ready! Worse once I got them I told the "optician" I could not see out of the computer glass pair, and she kept insisting it was something I would have to get used to. I explained these are not progressive glasses that you have to get used to. They should work when I put them on. She insisted the Doctor requires a four week follow up. I said I can't wait four weeks!!! I have to work and read and write contracts for a living. I need to see now. She said it was afternoon and maybe my eyes were tired to try again in the morning. I did and had the same problem, I spent at least $1500 plus on two pairs of glasses! The next day after I take them home, I had to go to my regular eye doctor and have them take those lenses out and put my old ones back in one pair so I could see and work over the weekend! I then tried to wear the computer glasses a few more times but never worked. I then called multiple times no answer!!! So I sent a detailed email requesting a response or to speak with the doctor because I live an hour away. I also left a voicemail, and again a voicemail the next day. Now 48 hours still no reply!!! So I called again the third time and at 2:30 PM was told both doctors were out of the office. I asked why no one has called me or responded to my email and the receptionist said the 2 doctors/owners are both very busy with patients all day. I asked when can I expect to hear back from them tomorrow? She said she doesn't know because they're both very busy all day. I said tomorrow's Friday, so am I supposed to do wait through the whole weekend and just see what happens next week?! Pathetic customer service and no way to treat patients in need of glasses spending thousands! They say their Theralense company is Superior for those needing prisms. Apparently here's ZERO expected follow up with the doctor for one month after the optician gives you your glasses! Beware! There's apparently few BVD binocular vision disorder (or miss alignment problem in my case) specialty doctors, which is why I engaged here. But there was another I found in Tomball, may have to check out. They say zero refunds also!!! BEWARE!!! I'm now referring to these doctors as the Wizards of Oz because they're behind an iron curtain and impossible to engage with beyond your initial visit. At least my experience so far. Really pathetic when you spent so much time and money that the opticians and receptionist are super flipping and you can't get any answers or return calls or emails about your concerns, or next steps to take!!!

I insisted in walking in because I need to get my prescription changed to what she said walk ins were only on Friday from 2-4pm? She was stuttering and clearly lying, c'on it's a business at a supermarket and you're telling me you don't do walk-ins? I've been to other Walmart eye doctors and they all offer walking any day, so this was a big shock for me.I don't understand this lack of unprofessionalism, they're a doctors office & I'm sure the doctor doesn't know how the ladies treat his patients.
