For our appetizer, we ordered the Bruschetta al Tartufo (Left Picture), with roasted bread from Naples and a truffle tapenade. If you order their signature dish - fresh pasta with truffle and parmesan cheese, they invite you to take part in viewing as they prepare something you don't see very often - pasta served out of a giant flaming parmesan cheese wheel!
