Gin tasting was good. All portions are small. About a shot each, but it is a tasting after all. Would go again. BEST BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER!!

We stumbled upon this gem today. You should definitely make the trip. This is a family run business with every single member welcoming us to their wonderful establishment. Everything you drink and eat is made in house. Our favorites were the Colorado Double Barrel, Indecision II, and Colorado Rye. Be sure to order the Chicken sandwich and fries. Wash it down with a delicious Old Fashion and/or Juicy Marg while you sit outside enjoying a view of the mountains. read more

I love local distilleries. Fraser Valley was great. I rate places 5 stars if everything was good (food, service atmosphere) and this place gets five stars. I lived in Wisconsin for a few years and I know a good cheese curd, this place has MOUTH WATERING cheese curds. Like delicious. An absolute must. We also got a plate of fries with multiple dipping sauces for the table to try and it was soooooo good. I really loved the basil aioli. I can't wait to come back here next time I'm in Fraser! read more

Organic, locally sourced food and vegetarian/vegan options make this menu super intriguing! Being someone whose had a lot of Wisconsin cheese curds, I was pleasantly surprised by how good these were. The mule I drank was really good too. The fries were as promised; fresh cut, organic, and had some zesty dipping sauces. Try the basil aoli, tell 'em Graham sent ya. If you're someone looking for some dank apps, a fire drink, and a cozy atmosphere, come thru! You won't regret it! read more

God bless y'all for being open during the pandemic. I'm sure they have been hurting and it's soooo nice their patio is open. Barry is the friendly owner who owns this joint. He'll come around to your table to chat, talk about his passion about distilling and even offer you some free samples ! We grabbed a flight and a cosmo slushee. The indecision is the best spirt that they have. Their fairly young and still working through distilling so keep that in mind when you're tasting. It's not a bad quality it's just young. Also when you're sitting in the patio do yourself a favor and grab a sack of fries with the spicy aioli. Delishhhhh Overall felt that they were taking the social distancing as seriously and reasonably as they could. Best wishes to you guys and we will be back! read more

Food was great and service was excellent. Would come back again in a heartbeat. WP needs more places like this. Pleasantly surprised.

We stayed in Fraser on a recent visit to Winter Park, and a friend recommended we try this place. The staff were all very friendly and inviting. We had about a 15 minute wait, so we hung by the bar and the owner told us all about the distillery. The old fashioned's were delicious and we got the big charcuterie board to share. The meats and cheeses were all great, and don't miss their fries, they were fantastic. read more

If you're looking for a Colorado distillery with a little bit of southern charm, this is it! The food was phenomenal, the drinks incredible, and the service outstanding! Our group of 8 absolutely loved our experience. read more

Fantastic! My boyfriend and I had a ski house in winter park this year. We wanted to check out all the local bars. This distillery has great vibes and service despite being busy. They don't take reservations but we were able to get a table quickly on a busy Saturday night. Big groups seem welcomed with there seating and ambiance. In addition to our drinks we ordered a cheese plate and a specialty soup! Everything was delicious!!! I would frequent again! read more

In town on family trip and had heard a lot about this place. We gave it a shot. We went simple and got the 3lbs of homemade French fries. They did not disappoint and feed our party of 5. Staff was great. read more

This has got to be one of if not the best spots in winter park! Such a great vibe and the staff is amazing! Everyone was so friendly and not only that they accommodated 14 of us and gave us one of the best evenings ion our vacation. When you you order flights, if the owner is in he'll give you a great education on their process. Food was amazing 10/10!!! read more

Perfect spot to eat after skiing - The food and drinks were excellent! We ordered the tempura style cheese curds to start and they were nice and crispy with a delicious sauce. Also had the pastrami sandwich (come with a lot of fries) and it was super flavorful. The portions were big enough that I could take half the sandwich home! read more

We loved this place! We met one of the owners who explains the flights and he was wonderful! He took plenty of time to explain all the types of spirits and distilling processes and made great recommendations. My husband got the double barrel bourbon flight and LOVED it so much he took a bottle of the double barrel bourbon home with us. I had the garden glow but with the glow Vodka because gin and I don't mix. It was delicious and highly recommend. Definitely check out if you're in town :) Clean and great service. Dogs allowed on patio and very welcomed. We love that it's family owned! read more

Trendy restaurant with plenty of vegetarian options. The carnivores will find a somewhat limited selection, but the food is filling and tasty. The drinks were so delicious and the owners and head distiller popped by for a chat and a discussion about their offerings. The pastrami was yummy and the french fries were addicting. The chicken strips and dipping aiolis were perfectly spiced and flavorful. read more

We stopped here after a great day at the Fraser Tubing Hill and were so glad we did. Great menu, something for everyone. The grits/chicken were great, made from scratch. The local beers, including an outstanding IPA were fantastic. Loved the friendliness and the service. A perfect meal at a perfect place to end the day. PS - Try the Cheese Curds! read more

I remember my family and I watching and waiting for the distillery to be built and now that it's been open about a year I can safely say it was well worth the wait. The drinks are great. The daily slushie is a good bargain and sometimes introduces me to something I wouldn't otherwise try. I'm a big fan of gin and whiskey and both are delicious. The food has not yet disappointed either. I once came in for dinner three nights in a row and enjoyed every thing I tried. I recommend the incredible (non-meat) burger if you haven't tried yet. The entire business from front of house, bar, and even distilling is a family endeavor and it shines through. Our little toddler has always been welcomed and taken good care of. We are always greeted warmly and sincerely and look forward to coming back. This place is a town gem and so sometimes it's understandably busy, packed even (standing room only in the front lounge one time!) but you'll find all kinds of folks from artists, to the Mayor to road trippers passing through here. read more

Hands down the best food in Winter park to make up for its starving food scene. Got pastrami sandwich with fries and side salad. Their signature gin and tonic was amazing as well. Pastrami sandwich was a very salty but really good flavor and perfect with melted cheese so be prepared to drink a lots of water to water down its saltiness! read more

This place rocks! Great food, awesome drinks. Our waitress last night could not have been better. Thank you for such great experience!

I visited twice because my first service wasn't quite up to expectations, but the drinks and food were quite amazing! Our second visit we sat at the bar to learn a little more about the owners. Our bartenders were fantastic, one was an owner and the maker of their delicious liqueurs. We had the limoncello in our Manhattan cocktails and those were really delicious! We split the impossible burger both visits. It is a delicious vegan burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles---very meat-like, but not meat! It's served with an enormous portion of steak fries style french fries. The service at the bar was great and we enjoyed talking with both of the ladies tending bar. Fraser Valley Distilling plans to be at some of the distillery events around Colorado including one at the Denver Convention Center coming up. This family is working hard to make a go of this business , and it really shows! They are proud of their products and have some bottles for sale; they had a gift basket on display. The seating consists of fireplace chairs, tables and bar seating. There is minimal but elegant decor and a large screen TV showing mountain sports. We will for sure be back! read more

Came here while on vacation with my boyfriend and we LOVED it . Everything from the service to the drink and food were phenomenal. The old fashion was smooth and the to go bottle was more than enough for two people. Due to COVID-19 they only offer to go and outdoor seating but they made everything comfortable while seating outside. Would def recommend this spot to anyone traveling to this area! read more

The service was really good and the ambiance is great. I'm a bit confused by the other reviews here though and thinking we must have come at an off night. I'm not super picky with food, especially in mountain towns, but my food was actually hilarious. I got chicken strips, and everyone at my table laughed when they saw the plate. HUGE mound of french fries and 3 one-bite pieces of burnt chicken. I'm not exaggerating either - each piece was probably 3 inches long and 1 inch wide. The fries were good though. I'd rate this lower but we actually had a pretty good time making fun of the food! I wouldn't go back though. read more

Amazing experience!!! Highly recommend. Cheese plater was filling and had an exquisite selection of cheese's and a delicious strawberry jelly to pair. The slushy of the day is only $5 & really hits the spot. The service was outstanding, BEST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN ALL OF COLORADO. Family owned and just an overall great atmosphere. After a day of skiing this place hit the spot! The food was DELICIOUS, we ordered 4 dishes: the mac & cheese, pastrami sandwich, the beet salad, and the chicken strips: all amazing! Check out the pictures attached. Fries came with the sandwich and chicken strips, they were well salted and cooked perfectly. The garlic sauce they came with was great! The chicken strips were breaded with good seasoning, crunchy on the outside. Food was super hot, came out quickly, and the people were super nice; the owner was working and introduced himself. Outdoor seating was still cozy, they have plenty of heaters :) Great people, great food. Definitely recommend. read more

Excellent food and service. We were on a ski trip and stopped there for lunch. We will repeat it next year!

Love this place! Started with the whiskey battered cheese curds which were to die for. We had frozen whiskey drinks which were wonderful as well as the gyro, huge salad and chicken strips. Will definitely be back! To top it off the owner stopped by at the end and asked how everything was (which is rare nowadays) and engaged in cheerful conversation. Family owned and highly recommend it for anyone in town or driving through! read more

Had a great Brunch with family. My daughter and I shared the grits with Chicken and the Vegetable Hash. The flavors really complemented each other. First time here for dinner tonight. It's on our favorite list now. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The cocktails were amazing. I had the grapefruit old fashion and then another! Everyone enjoyed their cocktail choices. Then came the food - no complaints from any of us. It is impossible to not believe that the "impossible burger" was not meat. I'm not vegan but it was delicious. Opted for carrot ginger soup instead of fries but both were exceptional. Homemade fries were great. We shared the apple pie with ice cream and chocolate rye cake with chocolate ganache and sent both plates back clean. We will definitely go back! read more

We were really excited try this place. The drinks were meh. The service was terrible. The server was rude and ignored us. Tables near us that were seated way after us were served their apps and mains while we got nothing. No one checked on us. When we approached a staff member to see what was going on she became upset and frazzled. We are kind, empathetic people and we're very patient. The food came and it was all so salty. I got the brisket and it was tough and chewy. This is my first time leaving a one star review. We were floored by the service. We would not recommend this place. read more

This experience alone is worth a road trip from Denver , never mind if you are lucky enough to already be in the valley. Five star experience with Napa like tasting of exquisite spirits all distilled on site. We found a perfect patio table in the Rocky Mountain sun. No need for heater but there were plenty around if needed. You can order a flight or individual cocktails. We elected a flight of aged gin and aged whiskey. Thank you to the owner who shared so much wonderful background on each flavor or aging!. Like a good parent it's hard to choose a favorite . Food is delicious... all homemade... cheese curds stood out made with a original whiskey tempura light fried Wisconsin curds. Served with a variety of homemade dipping sauces. We went home with a couple bottles of the fabulous gin ( lavender and barrel aged were the two winners on my flight but really there were no losers) . And a great souvenir tasting glass and bag. Can't wait to return OFTEN! Ps look for the spirits in local Total Beverage or Hazels in Boulder. read more

Excellent bourbon flight and fried cheese curds. Staff was a bit aloof and short, but I think it was just due to the Sat night rush. Nothing mean hearted. Would love to come back on a weekday and experience it when slower. And to try their impossible burger. read more

I wish I would have taken a picture of the food! It was delicious. We had the beef stew, grilled cheese, fries, corn bread, cheese curds, chicken strips and pulled pork sandwich. We had a great visit today. Despite the crazy wind, we sat outside on the extended patio. Barry (the owner) was delivering drinks and making recommendations. He is (obviously) a wealth of knowledge about spirits and after we ordered flights brought us some samples of two other things we might like. He provided a ton of history related to whiskey that was greatly appreciated. We ordered mixed drinks (southern old fashion and regular old fashion) and took a "to-go" bottle of southern old fashions. I can't wait to come back and highly recommend. We would have eaten but just weren't hungry at the time we went. Thank you for a great evening. read more

Phenomenal atmosphere, excellent service, and pretty good food! You won't crave anything from this place for years to come, but it'll definitely do the job. We got a few gin and tonics, they were a little light on the pour, my brother got the whiskey flight, it was also fine. The food was excellent, we got three bowls of veggie ramen and a falafel wrap. The folks at this place are also hella friendly, I'd grab a drink with any of them on any given weekend, it would just be at a different place. read more
