Had a quick lunch at Fischer's in Fraser - the service was great during a slower afternoon, food was Ok. I did notice a decor item for the first time: the Wall of Shame next to the beer taps; slips with people's names who have been 86-ed along with their "sentencing notes". I could picture the "events" behind them & had a laugh. I am not sharing those images here, so you're just going to hafta go in an see for yourself :) read more

We had the walleye Friday night at Fisher's, it came with homemade fries and coleslaw. It was delicious! I highly recommend this place. We had great service. It was really clean and had a great atmosphere. Definitely somewhere to try. The regular menu looked awesome too. read more

We were drawn in by the mural (see pictures) thinking this had to be a great place, and we were blown away! Marcie, our server, was fantastic- super friendly, made great recommendations, and very attentive even though she was clearly busy running the bar and serving all the tables. She recommended the spiked ice tea and it hit the spot after a morning of disc golf in the sun! We started with elote nachos and holy hell were they delicious and covered in toppings - no naked chips in this pile! We had the Slick Dicky burger, Mediterranean Chicken wrap, and chicken bacon avo - all were so good we devoured them before we could get pictures! The fries were also fantastic. Hats off to the chef! AWESOME. We were recommended to go to Fisher's Bar by some of the local snowmobilers and this place did not disappoint. I understand it's under new management and boy - they are doing a great job. We visited this place with our large groups last year and loved the beer, food and service. This year we brought our large group of friends and had the most appalling experience with our waiter. He started by letting us know we were not welcome because we seated ourselves. There is no sign letting customers know they should wait to be seated. He yelled at other patrons and when we came to take our order by telling them they are not the only ones in the place. This ended with us leaving without ordering at all since he continued to insult us. We are so disappointed in the rude and disrespectful behavior. The business owner might want to know that we left immediately as did the other four tables in the restaurant near us. The waiter didn't sit us and didn't take our order for 45 minutes when there was no one in the restaurant. I ordered a meal and they put it in and told me that they were out of it when everyone else's food came out. so anoying! The argentine's girl working here was the worst waiter ever. read more

Horrible daytime bartender. June 19th 2023 A blind man with no hands can take care of customers better than this young lady working. Ordered food & never got my salad. Kaydee on the left (what her city council members call her) is the awesome owner. If female ownership isn't a big enough reason to flock to Fisher's, the food and decor will win you over. We had the blackened cod sando (fish flown in fresh weekly and it tasted super fresh) on challah bun with pineapple salsa, elk chili, fries, and pulled pork sando. Sandwiches and baskets come with fries but you can swap in soup or salad. Freshly painted mural by local artist features owner's brother. She's a local Fraser resident who loves her community and it shows. Weekly Friday fish fry sounds like a can't miss experience. We ate outside with beautiful view of the Rockies while locals hung out at the bar. read more

We had a great dinner experience. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean and the staff seemed to keep a very accurate count of people to comply with COVID-19 restrictions. Servers were all wearing masks and tables, chairs and bar tops were being sanitized after every use. I had the Beef and cheddar sandwich and it was fantastic! My girlfriend had the Mustard wings and they were surprisingly some of the best wings I ever tasted. My next visit (hopefully soon) I will order those wings. Also...they have a huge TV! Me my mom and my sister just came into the establishment and the waiter took our drink orders and when he brought us our drinks he took our menus and walked away without asking for our order. But continued to take everyone's order around us and people that came in after us. read more

Horrendous experience at this place. Was abused and screamed at by a waiter simply because he forgot to put one of our food orders in. After yelling at us, he made up lies about our table in an attempt to kick us out while also charging us for the food never served to us. Terrible service. Waiter needs to be fired. It's one thing to be under staffed as this is the new norm. But you can't be an asshole about it After waiting 1 1/2 hours for our food with the waiter asking us three times how our dinner was (that still hadn't arrived) all the while taking shots at the bar, he informed us he lost the ticket. After a shrug and a flippant "oh shoot" he brought our check for drinks (because heaven forbid you would even consider comping even $10 for your mistake) and that was that. This was all after watching him humiliate another customer for questioning an item on the bill and another group of customers for walking in the front door to look for a table. Such a bummer because, as locals, we usually love this place. If this rogue waiter ever goes away, we might go back. In the meantime, we went across the street to Wendy's as the kids were STARVING at this point and got WAY better service. read more

They don't accept vertical ids from out of state. I have had my id checked in Colorado today and no problems. The waiter/bar manager checked my id hallway through my beer. Then took it away. I understand this and I was fine with it. We then asked for the check obviously because They wouldn't serve me. He then got us the check and threw it on the table because we only stayed for one drink i guess? He was just rude the whole time. He seemed like he was high on something. From start to finish this establishment was a disappointment. We were seated and then told it would be an hour and half wait for food. We were then sat at a table that was half-effortlessly washed. We ordered the recommended drink specials of the day and they were unsatisfactory to say the least. The food ordered followed the same theme of disappointment. My chicken sandwich was clearly made in a hurry as it was over fried and essentially burnt. In addition, we had asked for the tv in the room to be changed to the March madness game we wanted and the servers couldn't be bothered to assist us even though we were the only ones in our dining area. On top of that, we felt very neglected as clearly the priority tables were in the other dining area. We had to ask repeatedly for napkins, silverware, and just the basic service one expects from a restaurant. Not how I wanted to spend my first evening visiting Winter Park but guarantee it will be my last time visiting this place. 0/10 would recommend! read more

I've been here before and it's been great! This past visit, I couldn't find the menu online to order over the phone. I called to ask where to find it. The woman on the other end gave me a website that does not exist (fishersbar.com). I finally saw a menu when I Googled "Fisher's Bar Fraser" and clicked "Menu." I called back to place my order for 7 meals. When I got there to pick up the food, 3 of the meals were wrong. She told me those orders are not menu options, so she chose "something similar" for each of those 3 meals. How would she know what's similar if those orders don't exist? I waited 15 minutes for the chef to re-make something different that was more in line with what I THOUGHT I ordered for 1 of the meals. When I got home, it was wrong! Even the food that we DID order purposefully was not as good as it used to be. I will likely not return for food. Adding a menu to the pictures so no one has to go through my experience. read more

For the love of god, do not choose this establishment for your drinking and dining needs . As soon as our party entered the bar , the waiter yelled at us for walking into the bar although the rest of our party was in the back room waiting for us at a table . We decided to come here to celebrate a birthday after a great day of skiing and the attitude of this waiter almost brought the whole day down . My husband ordered a drink that was never brought to him although the waiter wrote it down on his notepad and did nothing to resolve the situation when brought up to him nicely. Another person in our party ordered a drink and they ended up charging for two of the same drink when only one was ordered and the other never came out . They refused to take off the ticket for the COLD ,RAW , PINK chicken wings one person in our party ordered ; they did not try to resolve the situation by offering a new order of wings or simply taking it off the bill . When we disputed the bill over the raw chicken wings and charged drink that we did not get , the waiter proceeded to yell at us and tell us how we are wrong and then said "go back to where you came from" . This establishment assumed we were tourists although we have lived in the state of Colorado for the last 14 years . The behavior of this waiter and bartender was bizarre . I have never experienced anything like it . Please save your time , sanity , money and health and don't give your money to this establishment . They do not appreciate the customers who bring revenue to them . read more
