He settled with Tommy's as he was craving pizza. There's a large area for takeout orders, where you can see the chefs make the pizza. The dining area is at the room next door, and is not big at all, so reservations are highly recommended. It took me a while to decide what I wanted, as the Detroit Style Pizza was tempting. I eventually went with the Scotty Smokevitch, which consisted of pepperoni, sausage, and whipped ricotta. The pizza was quite uneven, which makes me think it was wood fired. It was still good though! Very flavourful, and the ricotta was actually a nice touch. Service was excellent here. I'll definitely return to try their items, including the Detroit style pizza.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Tony's Master Pizza (Pembina)…read more I ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pizza by phone and waited 1.5 hours. When it arrived, it had onions, which I am allergic to. I called the store immediately and was told I had supposedly ordered onions completely false. I've ordered this exact pizza before and would never order something I'm allergic to. I was offered either a store credit (without confirmation) or a remake that would take another 45 minutes. I chose the remake, as promised. When the second driver arrived, he aggressively accused me of being rude to the first driver, could not explain how, and then told me to never order from them again. This was shocking, unprovoked, and extremely unprofessional. Calling the store afterward got me zero apology, zero accountability, and a dismissive "What do you want me to do? I wasn't there." For a $43 pizza, this level of service is outrageous. Mistakes happen -- but disrespecting and blaming a customer for your errors is unacceptable. I will never order from Tony's Master Pizza again.

3.5/5 Went here…read morerecently thanks to a video I found that there's a dessert place attached to this pizza place called Fancy Delight Cakes. One thing I will immediately note: service is SLOW here. I ordered pizza for dine in and it took over 30 minutes for it to be ready. It could've been because there were a lot of food app orders before me, but I expected a shorter wait. I had the Super Hawaiian Pizza. Despite the long wait, I will say that the pizza is good quality. The ingredients were plentiful and the price is, in my opinion, very reasonable. Their bubble tea, unfortunately, is awful. Do not order it from here. The desserts weren't too bad, but they were so popular that I barely had any selections left by the time I was looking at them. I'll likely return but will temper my expectations on this being a fast casual place. Also I hope there'll be more dessert options next time around.

The breadsticks were a bit much, but everything else was fabulous!! Waitstaff was prompt, I cannot remember their name but they were amazingly attentive. Would recommend going here vs Pasquale's.

+.5 for service…read more Santa Lucia, one of Winnipeg's premier pizza joints. After over 2 years of living here, I finally tried this place thanks to a recent holiday dinner. I had their Santa Lucia Special, which was their best seller consisting of pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, and green peppers. I honestly wanted to love it, but the pizza crust was too soggy. The ingredients were fresh though, I'll give them that...and it's more value than many regular chain restaurants. Their 10" sizes are more than enough for individual consumption. Service was good, no complaints at all. I wouldn't say it's the premier pizza joint in Winnipeg though.
