It's not the cheapest, but they do not skimp out with ingredients and they're very accommodating on allergic or other food concerns. My go to order is the Tropicana Pizza, but I've also gone with Meat Lovers. Both are good, and again they're extremely plentiful with ingredients. Moreover the pizza is cooked throughout, with zero concerns about potentially parts being undercooked. This place is extremely busy, and the dine-in area isn't big. Therefore I suggest reserving beforehand, or if needed order takeout. Service is excellent here. It officially gets a 5-star review that I don't often give, and I stand by in supporting the comments on Santa Ana being a pizza place worth visiting.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Tony's Master Pizza (Pembina)…read more I ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pizza by phone and waited 1.5 hours. When it arrived, it had onions, which I am allergic to. I called the store immediately and was told I had supposedly ordered onions completely false. I've ordered this exact pizza before and would never order something I'm allergic to. I was offered either a store credit (without confirmation) or a remake that would take another 45 minutes. I chose the remake, as promised. When the second driver arrived, he aggressively accused me of being rude to the first driver, could not explain how, and then told me to never order from them again. This was shocking, unprovoked, and extremely unprofessional. Calling the store afterward got me zero apology, zero accountability, and a dismissive "What do you want me to do? I wasn't there." For a $43 pizza, this level of service is outrageous. Mistakes happen -- but disrespecting and blaming a customer for your errors is unacceptable. I will never order from Tony's Master Pizza again.

Ordered a 15" Canadian specialty for $22 and a Greek salad, the pizza was crispy (thin crust) and the toppings were a good amount. The Greek salad was pretty good, more lettuce then other veggies but at $8 I think it was perfect and a good size. We haven't been to the restaurant for a bit so as for the restaurant experience I can't say much... but definitely get a pizza from them, well worth it!

I didn't realize their main business is take-and-bake pizzas. A slice of pizza is about $4, it tastes like commercial frozen pizza, nothing amazing or noteworthy. The staff were pleasant but were busy while I ate my pizza talking on phone and to each other about catering orders. Probably won't be back. A shame, it looks nice as a place to eat (clean) but I don't know why people would seek this out.

The dining area is at the room next door, and is not big at all, so reservations are highly recommended. It took me a while to decide what I wanted, as the Detroit Style Pizza was tempting. I eventually went with the Scotty Smokevitch, which consisted of pepperoni, sausage, and whipped ricotta. The pizza was quite uneven, which makes me think it was wood fired. It was still good though! Very flavourful, and the ricotta was actually a nice touch. Service was excellent here. I'll definitely return to try their items, including the Detroit style pizza.

The margarita pizza was on special for $10 so we got one of that, Napoletana, and Calabrese Piccante Each table had rosemary infused oil, chilli oil, and red pepper flakes which was nice. The pizzas came out pretty quick. We were checked on often and our waters were refilled often as well. We weren't able to finish the pizzas and had some slices to bring home with us. Overall, the pizzas were very good, the flavoured oils added a nice touch to the pizzas, and service was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will come back when I'm in Winnipeg.

I've never had a worse experience at a restaurant. We got to this BP at 8:00 when it wasn't very…read morebusy. Our drinks were served right away, but we sat until 8:20 before a server asked us for our food order. We then sat for another 25 minutes until we got our food at 8:45. When we got our food, the garlic parm fries were almost cold, and no one asked if we wanted parmesan on our pasta. The table beside us sat dirty after they left for about 40 minutes as well. The server also never came back for drink refills and ignored us for the rest of the time we were there. The food would have been a lot better if it didn't feel like it had been sitting for ten minutes in the cold. We didn't get asked for dessert at all and didn't get asked if we wanted our bill past 9:30. We sat with empty plates after we finished our food for almost 35 minutes. Another table came in after us, got all of their food and left before we even got our bill. This is not acceptable as there were approximately five servers on and none of them came to ask about anything. I do not know why we were ignored as we all (four of us) only ordered one appetizer or a plate of pasta. We will not be coming back after this awful experience.

I've had the ribs at the Pembina Highway location many times in the past and they have never disappointed me.
