He settled with Tommy's as he was craving pizza. There's a large area for takeout orders, where you can see the chefs make the pizza. The dining area is at the room next door, and is not big at all, so reservations are highly recommended. It took me a while to decide what I wanted, as the Detroit Style Pizza was tempting. I eventually went with the Scotty Smokevitch, which consisted of pepperoni, sausage, and whipped ricotta. The pizza was quite uneven, which makes me think it was wood fired. It was still good though! Very flavourful, and the ricotta was actually a nice touch. Service was excellent here. I'll definitely return to try their items, including the Detroit style pizza.

When it arrived, it had onions, which I am allergic to. I called the store immediately and was told I had supposedly ordered onions completely false. I've ordered this exact pizza before and would never order something I'm allergic to. I was offered either a store credit (without confirmation) or a remake that would take another 45 minutes. I chose the remake, as promised. When the second driver arrived, he aggressively accused me of being rude to the first driver, could not explain how, and then told me to never order from them again. This was shocking, unprovoked, and extremely unprofessional. Calling the store afterward got me zero apology, zero accountability, and a dismissive "What do you want me to do? I wasn't there." For a $43 pizza, this level of service is outrageous. Mistakes happen -- but disrespecting and blaming a customer for your errors is unacceptable. I will never order from Tony's Master Pizza again.

It's a rather funky interior with limited parking due to construction around the Misericordia. I had the bacon and mushroom pizza, which was very unique in that it's quite sweet. I personally liked it cause it neutralized the taste of the smoked bacon. The crust is quite crunchy, though in some places it was a bit burnt. I asked about it and apparently that's what the oven does. Given the price point for the pizza I personally believe it's worth it. Service was excellent here, the servers were very helpful in trying to answer questions I had. Definitely not the best place if you're driving here, but for neighbourhood dwellers you got yourselves a gem of a pizza joint.

Delicious, but has a certain slimy texture that I just can't get used to. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. And boy is that restaurant CLEAN! The display glass at the front was so clean that I thought there was no glass there! Impressive. Bathrooms clean too. I feel very comfortable eating there.

I've been here a few times now and have consistently ordered the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks because of the insane value you get. Their house salad has a pretty good vinaigrette sauce. My favourite soup is their chicken gnocchi, but I've had all four choices and liked each of them. Nothing otherworldly, but good enough for what you pay. I like their fresh parmesan that they add to soups and salads. Definitely go plentiful over it. Service has consistently been good here. As long as you accept that this is an American restaurant and not an Italian place, you'll be satisfied with what Olive Garden offers.

I had their Santa Lucia Special, which was their best seller consisting of pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, and green peppers. I honestly wanted to love it, but the pizza crust was too soggy. The ingredients were fresh though, I'll give them that...and it's more value than many regular chain restaurants. Their 10" sizes are more than enough for individual consumption. Service was good, no complaints at all. I wouldn't say it's the premier pizza joint in Winnipeg though.
