Steer clear! I don't know what they are doing here but they certainly don't care about you! I bought a 4Runner with modifications that have had nothing but problems with steering, tire balancing, and frame squeaking that Kia has not been helpful in fixing or remedying any issues. On top of that, it took them well over a month to pay off a loan on our trade-in that we had to continue paying on. Today (2 months after purchasing), the DMV will not give us a license plate for the new vehicle because Kia never transferred the license plate from the trade in which they said would be done the day of purchase! It's a good thing we haven't been pulled over by the police because they would never have believed that story! As I'm writing this, they have only so far paid off the previous loan and I'm still having to deal with all of the issues. read more

Brought my Kia in for a recall repair. They were very kind and prompt. While I was there I asked them to look at it if a rough idle and hesitation. They did a cleaning service on the throttle body but it didn't change anything. I brought it back for a full diagnostic and they are looking at it further. Franklin Kia no longer honors the extended warranty packages purchased prior to a year ago! I purchased a brand new Kia Forte with an extended warranty a few years ago. The extended warranty came with complementary upholstery cleaning for the lifetime of the car. Great! The guy that cleans the seats is only there on Mondays; that's fine. I schedule my routine service on Mondays and wait the extra time it takes for him to clean the upholstery. Now he's there on Tuesdays at 10:30; I change my routine service to Tuesdays at 10:30. While I work normal business hours, I drop my car off at 7 and get a Lyft to work, come back at 2 to get my car. The cashier lady tells me my seats were cleaned and routine service performed. Great! I pay and walk to my car to find that the seats haven't been cleaned. I walked back into the service department and state my claim. After getting a very roundabout answer from one gentleman (he was new so cannot be held accountable for this), another gentleman steps in to inform me that Kia was bought out A YEAR AGO and no longer honors my extended warranty package because the new owner wants to save money. So to recap, for the past four years, every time I schedule an oil change or any other service, I ask the service rep "what day will the upholstery cleaner be here?" and then schedule around that. I pay for alternate transportation because Kia does not offer loaner cars while you wait. Now I find out I have been blatantly lied to for the past year because the seats are not getting cleaned and the upholstery cleaner no longer has a contract with Kia Franklin. It has been almost a year since my experience with Franklin KIA. I never left a review because it was such an awful experience I tried to forget about it. But I now feel compelled to share my story to hopefully ward off others from wasting their time. In the summer of 2016 I was searching for a Kia Rio or Forte to purchase in the Nashville area. I had located a Kia Rio online at Hertz Car Sales for about $9000 but wanted to see if a Kia dealership would match the price. My husband and I chose Franklin Kia because of the inventory. We went online and requested an appointment and to see a few specific cars. When we arrived for our appointment I pulled up the 2015 Kia Rio I found at Hertz Car Sales on my phone and asked if they could match the price. I was assured they could but instead of being shown a 2015 Kia Rio I was shown a 2008 Kia Rio in my price range. I politely declined to test drive the car and reiterated what I was shopping for and in what price range. I was then shown a 2016 Kia Forte, which I test drove and loved. The sticker price of this car was $17,000. I again asked if they could match the Hertz Car Sales price of a Kia Forte which was $10,550. I was assured this was possible and we went inside to begin the car buying process. After two hours of back and forth and sending my loan application to about 40 banks (super great for my credit score) the final price they came up with was STILL $17,000 for a 2016 Kia Forte while Hertz Care Sales had the same car with only 10,000 more miles on it for $10,550. I was annoyed, furious and hungry. We promptly left and the next day went to Hertz Car Sales to test drive a 2016 Kia Forte with 28,000 miles on it priced at $10,550. We loved the car and purchased it immediately. Hertz Car sales accepted my personal check as a down payment and only send my loan application to four banks (way better for my credit score). In conclusion, Franklin Kia is staffed by crooks and liars who will keep you on the hook with false promises. I highly suggest that you visit Hertz Car Sales for all of your vehicle purchasing needs. We just recently returned and bought my husband a great Chevy Spark for his commute from Nashville to Murfreesboro and were once again thrilled with Hertz Car Sales. read more

Bought 2016 Sorento August 2016. Liked my salesman Travis. Now the free oil changes first year is not so pleasant. 2nd oil change found my oil plug was not tightened and I had a slow leak. Was down to nothing and leaving for a trip when my husband checked fluids and found this. Made it to Valvoline oil which was closest to us to find this human error. Could have cost me my new car had my husband not checked. Emailed my sales man and dealership owner. Neither one responded. Not a word. Hummm... the high pressure sales are annoying enough, but the lack of caring after purchase, just bad business. They brag on largest car sales but not a word about the service afterwards. read more

We didn't purchase a car despite a great sales guy letting us look inside a few models. We were under a time crunch and he was ok with a preliminary little look as we were still deciding what kind of car we wanted. Unfortunately just as we were trying to leave the manager came out and 'tried a different approach' with us - we found him extremely pushy, aggressive, even confrontational. How can a "Service Manager" not return phone calls or call with promised information!? Heath bears the title but does not live out the most basic meaning of "service." Kia had a recall to fix a catalytic converter software problem, but has refused to fix the piston oil leak problem caused by the faulty software! We would give this place 0 stars if we could. We applied for credit and inquired on a Kia Soul. We received an auto reply email from Jonathan Underwood saying the Internet sales manager will call right after the dealership opened the next day they never called.. We tried to get more information on their chat feature. None of them were helpful in getting information on financing or the car. The chat people were basically useless asking us things we did not want to know.They kept telling us we will have the Internet sales manager call us ASAP, they never called. We also saw they added a $2500 AMV (adjusted market value) just because. So we got tired of waiting and bought a Ford at Sloan Ford in Columbia. Where we had easy financing and fast service. Bought a Honda from Kia that was a trade-in back in Nov. Drive out tags expired in Dec. had to drive 45 min back to get new ones. Said the person that usually did tags was on vacation. Drive out tags expired a second time in Jan. but they mailed new ones b/c the emissions had expired since I bought it. Finally, I asked to have paperwork mailed to clerk's office so I could do it myself. It still took an hour at the county clerk's office b/c the paperwork was messed up. The service department needs qualified staff who will speak the car service prices clearly, while wearing a mask, and for those customers who have a hard time hearing these costs from someone wearing a mask. The staff member should speak the estimated quote using "hundred" after the number quoted: such as four hundred and twenty dollars rather than quoting "four twenty" which I assumed was the price of a spark plug (4.20), little did I know that the clerk was in the hundreds when quoting me a price to change out my spark plugs. You can imagine my shock and my tears for being ripped off for such a lame service. The clerk should have explained the service more in detail along with a WRITTEN quote so the customer can understand more clearly. After calling to complain to the service department three different days AND writing an email, I still NEVER heard back from the KIA dealership for unsatisfactory customer service. 2012-My husband and I recently purchased two vehicles from Carnival Kia in Franklin. We worked with Tracy, Mike, and Lin. All were very professional, very friendly, and worked really hard to get us the deal we were looking for. I'm surprised to see others have any other views about them. I would definitely recommend this dealership because they didn't pressure us or persuade us in any other direction than what we were looking for. We had a few more stops to make so I asked for the salesman's card in case we decided to return. The salesman had been great but was now hesitant to give us a card and wanted to take us inside to get one.He had us sit at his desk while he slipped off somewhere to track down one of his cards.. He returns with some sort of manager who seems to be mad that we are wanting to leave and begins to badger us with questions in some strange last ditch effort to get us to stay. Is there someone at the top of this management team that actually thinks this is way to sell a product? You were successful in ensuring that we will never buy a vehicle from you. NEVER SHOP AT FRANKLIN KIA Let me tell you what happened to my wife and I when we went to buy a used vehicle at Franklin Kia and after you hear it let me know if you wouldn't feel the same way. I want everybody to know about the worst car buying experience I've ever had at Franklin Kia. To give it a little background we visited Franklin Kia back when it was run by the "Keeping It Awesome" manager, but we had a bad time when we looked at a car we must have been there for 4 hours before we just said forget about it and left. So then they finally came under New Management, we thought "well let's give him a shot", so we went in and the new manager was like "Oh No, we're not that same car dealership. We're super friendly, everything's great, if you buy a car here, even if it says "As-Is", we'll take care of you". So, we were looking at a used Kia Soul and it took us about 3 weeks of negotiating the price with the dealership, but we finally agreed on a price and the salesman said, come visit tonight and we'll sign the paperwork. When we get there, the salesman has us take another test drive, just to make sure we still wanted the car. We said, let's buy it, but as we're in their waiting room giving them our Insurance paperwork and getting out the Checkbook, we noticed someone else taking a Test Drive in the car we said we were going to buy. After a few minutes, the salesman comes back and says "Oh, I'm sorry, but the car has just been sold". I will NEVER go back to Franklin Kia. read more

WISH I COULD GIVE A LOWER RATING THAN WHAT'S AVAILABLE My 80 year old father bought a Kia Soul from Franklin Kia a few months ago. He told them up front that he had no credit (he has no credit cards and no mortgage), but they assured him this would not be a problem. We were there when he signed the papers (whole day not a good experience as the payment amount kept changing), but he signed what he thought was the final financing paperwork at an agreed upon payment. Apparently, paperwork says that the sale is not final, but they did not mention that during the financing process. Funny, they won't let you off the lot without proof of insurance, but they will without proof of funds??? A month later, they came back and said they can't get the financing, and wanted to up his payment BY ALMOST $100 A MONTH and quadrupled the interest rate. He would have NEVER bought this car at the new payment amount (he is on a fixed income), and I believe they knew this. So, they suggested that I co-sign the loan, which I did because it seemed to be the only way to resolve this. Now, the loan seems to be totally in my name - my father can't even call the bank and talk to them to confirm they got his payment because, surprise, the car is under my social security number! He just found this out - it was the last straw, and why I am now writing this review over 3 months later. Most underhanded dealings I have EVER had with an auto dealership. I have told everyone I know about this (our troubles have dissuaded some friends from even considering purchasing from this KIA dealership). At first, my wife was very interested in a loaded out KIA Sedona that she saw there, but after this experience there is no way that we will purchase that vehicle. I'm giving them 3 stars because the salesman that worked with us, Najji, did a great job and we did get a good deal on the trade in and purchase of a 2021 model vehicle. Where the experience is lacking is the finance department. After negotiating on a price that we financed I see 3 days later that the finance company is showing a loan amount higher than what I agreed to. It looks like an extended warranty was added on to the loan amount, which I did not agree to - I bought a brand new car, no need for an extended warranty! Anyway, I didn't get any paper work because I was informed everything would be put on a flash drive and given to me, but then was told they were out of flash drives and would be mailed to me. I had to go back to the dealer and talk to the finance guy who did my paper work to even see the extended warranty charge that was added. Lesson learned. Now 10 days later I still have a balance from the vehicle I traded in because the dealership has yet to send a check for my trade in. The pay off quote provided on the date of purchase was for 10 days. This isn't my first time trading a vehicle, but this is the first time I've had this issue. I call the dealership and speak to Nick and when I explain the issue his response is "Why do you think 10 days is enough time provide payment" Umm... because they provide a 10 day payoff quote? Again, not the first time I've traded a car - the 3rd as a matter of fact and each time they've provided a 10 day payoff quote. He did tell me they are sending out a check tonight so we will see... I just pray they do get the check before the next payment is auto drafted out of my account and I'm stuck paying for a car that is no longer in my possession. :( read more

The car buying experience is unknown here... You have salesmen jumping off the curb at you before you even get out of the car. You tell them to leave you alone and they stalk you on the lot. I have received 2 cars from this dealership in the past and while I loved the cars, the experiences were just ok. It did seem like because I was a single female that the pressure was more than if I had a male with me. Then I recently went in to trade in my car in hopes of reducing debt thanks to being in a Financial Peace University class. That was the worst idea I have ever had. At 1 point there were 3 men inside a tiny office, tag teaming me with pressure on "you should buy now....why not lease?....this will help with your debt"....I kept telling them that I wanted to forget the deal since I had not signed anything and that I just wanted to look elsewhere and they kept at me bringing a new guy in every 20 minutes. I finally said that I would look at leasing, signed papers (out of sheer exhaustion from being there for 4 hours) and left...not happy but with a car. I get a call 2 days later that the lease was rejected by the bank and I would need to come in and sign a different lease. I went in and said that I would not sign the new lease and that I just wanted my old car back. My old loan was not in Kia's name yet and I knew it wasn't on the lot yet and I would pay for any miles I put on the lease. The answer I got was "we don't do that"....and then the processional of 4 men at a time came into the office to pressure and even bully me to where I was so frustrated and tired of fighting that I left with the lease. At one point the supposed GM came in and said "how can we help?" At that point....I just started to cry and walk out. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and treated like a sub human simply because those men felt the need to bully a woman. I hope that dealership is happy with who they have employed because due to those employees and those employees alone I will NEVER buy another car from them and I will certainly NEVER recommend that dealership to anyone. But that wasn't the main reason why they frustrate me. It is because I bought my car December 8, 2015 and it it currently Feb. 5. 2016. They texted me and told me my plate was ready about mid December and I asked them to mail it to me because I'm never out that way and they kept giving me their opinion on how I will get pulled over and such even though I sure didn't ask them for it. Long story short, it's been 2 months and they still haven't mailed it out yet. I've called several times and they told me they would. Honestly, I would give this dealership a negative rating if it was possible! Let me share my horrific experience with you. I would not buy a car from that dealership if you gave me a $5000 incentive! the salesman was a joke...totally ignorant of how to sell a car (by pointing out the features) or how to deal honestly and be forthcoming with a customer (especially a middle aged woman who came alone and had a large down payment)! I had to drag information out of him about the car instead of him showing me the features, once I seemed the least bit interested in purchasing he took me inside, did not ask me if he could run a credit report but began taking my information to do just that! An unknowing individual could have had their credit score decreased from a pull. then he lied to me and told me it was a soft pull...I talked to another salesman at another dealership and told him about the horrible experience I had with Rezz Amedi and his explanation about the soft pull and that salesman told me it was not a soft pull... But regardless I did not want ANY hit on my credit bureau until I saw a 'ballpark' figure!!! He continued to try and push me for the information to pull my credit when had already told him before that I was once in financing and I knew my credit score and the lowest of all three bureaus was 785! He then went and got his idiot manager: and that jerk continued to badger me for the information so they could pull my credit report! I have shopped probably close to 60-75 car lots in my lifetime and I am knowledgeable enough to know that they can give me a ballpark estimate of the price, the discounted price, the monthly price over a certain period of time and even an interest rate for that time period WITHOUT having to pull my credit report! Of course it is only an estimate and I informed BOTH of them that all I wanted was the rough estimate and I would base my decision on that. Then I finally told the sales manager if he continued to push me for my social security number I would get up and leave, that they both were crossing a line badgering me for information I did not want to give out and wasting my time for not giving me what I had asked for 20 minutes prior! I informed him, as nice as I could muster, that I was becoming very upset and any second I would leave if asked just one more time! And in a minute and a half he brought me the estimate on paper! Was that so hard? But they had made me so mad thinking because I am a middle aged woman with a very decent cash down payment and no man or husband with me that they would lead me around by the nose and push me to do something I was unsure of!!! THEN I got a call from my mother telling me my 6 year old had an extremely and dangerously high fever, she had given her medicine to bring it down over 45 minutes prior to contacting me, and I told her to take my daughter directly to the hospital and I would meet them there immediately. I explained the situation to Rezz, so this idiot goes to get the lead idiot to talk me into purchasing the car with the 'amazing deal' they were offering me! My child was very sick and needed her mother and these idiots, instead of being understanding or consoling, are still trying to push this car on me!!!! the sales manager even stopped me once again as I was walking out of the dealership and to my car so I could be on my way to the hospital and tell me he could give me the same monthly price without putting $7000 down! Like I even gave a damn if he wanted to give me a free car!!!! My child was sick and needed me at the hospital! And this fool thinks he can dangle some amazing deal in front of me and I was going to slow down and ignore my motherly responsibilities to do business with him????? These two bozos need jobs cleaning cages at the animal shelter because, and excuse my language, they did a wonderful job of shoveling shit! They definitely are in the wrong business, giving other, honest and caring salesmen, a bad reputation for acting the way the did with me. I have withheld my opinions and stewed about the way I was treated for over a week!!! then I call to ask a simple question, get the run-a-round from the person on the phone who could not answer me, get transferred to someones voicemail, and get blown up from two or three different people from Kia and/or the dealership on my email...none of them bothering to answer a simple question that I needed answered...but all of them thrilled to try to sell me a car. In my opinion Kia should be tickled to death I even went to a different dealership to get decent service because the entire experience has been infuriating and if ever asked....I would tell anyone, even people I don't like, to avoid Kia and most especially this dealership and NEVER EVER even waste a second of their precious life speaking to Rezz Amedi or that moron who calls himself the sales manager, about a car at Kia or even a car in the Matchbox box for sale at Walmart! read more

Omg where to begin I bought a 2015 brand new Kia Optima after only 3 yrs engine starts stalling and white smoke start coming out of muffler so while the cars still under warranty I takes it to Kia multiple times with a runaround story to drive it for another 3-500 miles for an oil consumption test for the third time because Kia doesn't have enough documentation long story short the engines burning oil but it's not in the recall list and guess what still not enough documentation ha! Kia of Franklin says it's not them it's Kia LOL excuse me you are representing Kia are you not! Well guess what still no help from Kia according to them I shouldn't get oil changes from anyplace but them because they say all other oil changing places are not up to par they use bad oil so therefore they will not stand behind their warranty! I had negotiated what I thought was an excellent deal with Alex for a new Kia Sorento SX. After reading Yelp reviews, I held reservations about dragging my whole family down to execute a deal. Pulling up, Alex was waiting outside and I could see the vehicle waiting for a test drive. I was suspicious. The building was old and really needed a paint job. There was inventory everywhere, so much so that there was not even a place for me to park. This was not a good sign. I had been renting a Sorento for the past week and a half and did not feel the need to test drive. I asked my wife to stay in the car with my twins while I go inside. I asked Alex to start inside. He presented me with a sheet of paper that looked like a worksheet. the only writing of note was near the bottom $35,500 OTD - Out The Door, just like I had asked. $35,500 all in, that included tax, title, registration and any fees charged by the dealership. I asked to have it broken down - itemized that noted all of the inclusions. Alex said "No problem" and went away to get this created. In a few minutes, Joe Chen came around and introduced himself. He had a similar worksheet, with the same number $35,500, but "+ tax, title, etc" I said that is not what I had agreed to and I walked out. He followed me out. He wasted my time and I wasted my family's time going to KIA Franklin. Alex was a gentleman. I have no idea whether he took an active role in this attempted bait and switch. I would not step foot in there again if you paid me to do so. This experience soured me on Kia as a whole. Kias have historically (in the US anyway) been cheap cars. With the new Kia 900 and the top end Sorento, they are trying to reach a more upscale customer. They need to change their approach NOW! We bought a Nissan Pathfinder - elsewhere. read more

The first guy deliberately doesn't know anything about anything except how to find the keys for a test drive. The first guy combines with the second guy to make thing as confusing as possible. Here is what isn't confusing; the confusion is always in their favor. Once we thought we had the deal nailed down (almost 2 hours later) we are taken to the third guy who is quite surprised to discover that we were told we would get 0% interest when in fact it is 2.9%. After we start to walk we have three more approaches to try and tell us why we are wrong when all I'm trying to say is, "This is what we understood (were led to believe) and if you can't do it we don't have a deal." We finally walked after wasting a perfectly good afternoon. My wife and I both felt like we needed a shower after it was all over. read more

Awful. I've never experienced such terrible service. I have had to bring my car in a dozen times and it's not even paid off. I bought it brand new and every time I bring it in they have some excuse to why the warranty that I paid extra for doesn't cover it. I brought it in again a year later for the same issue expecting to still have the warranty on the parts atleast but somehow they had no record I had ever been in. Don't ever buy a car here, I feel like I've been tricked. Their solution to my car issues were to trade it in for a new one.... I would also like to point out it is a 2011. Started out great... ended horribly. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to look for a Cadenza, but the salesman (Steve Kretzer, who was outstanding) directed me to a recently traded in top-of-the-line low mileage K900. Wow, what a car, and the deal they offered which was about $600 off the Internet Price (about $35,000!), so I placed a deposit on the car to consummate the deal and pick it up on Monday when my wife got home from work. Arrived Monday evening, completed the paperwork in the business office with Frank Porter (super guy!), wrote the check as it was a cash deal, and went to the showroom to get the keys and leave. It was at that point that Steve apologetically informed me that they only had one key fob for the car, and that they were going to try to contact the person who traded it in to get the other fob, BUT that if they could not get it, I WOULD HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER FOB AND PAY FOR THEM TO PROGRAM IT! I told Steve that that was not acceptable, and that they should have let me know that prior to consummating the deal. I told them I'd still take the car, but that if they could not get the other fob, that I expected them to get me one at NO COST to me as cars come with 2 fobs. He said he agreed, but the sales manager told him that was the deal, and after a short back-and-forth with Tom Kuhn (the sales manager), who would not budge, the owner and TV commercial star Dan O'Brien, who was seated nearby but never spoke, finally turned around and said I was being rude, that they did not need customers like me, and told them to "give him his money back". We went back to the business office and Frank was flabbergasted about what transpired but efficiently reversed the transaction, made sure I had the information to make sure my check did not go through, and expressed his chagrin that the deal did not happen. Steve met us outside and looked like he'd been punched in the gut and also said he was sorry it did not work out and for what transpired. We left. I bought a new Hyundai Equus the next day at Hyundai of Cool Springs where I had purchased two cars previously. read more

I would give this place a 0 if that was possible. It's amazing that they're even open for business as the level of incompetence and deceitfulness that exists in one place is absolutely astounding. These are the slimiest, scummiest, most deceptive sleaze bags I have ever encountered in my life. They do not listen at all. They are completely incompetent when it comes to anything other than scheming and lying. They run you in circles, they lie directly to your face, then send in the next guy to tell you another lie. They give you a parade of managers, but will never really tell you the truth. I had the sales manager and the general manager both lie directly to my face. I began the paperwork on a car but my cosigners backed out so I had to withdraw my half of the contract. They proceeded to tell me that it was already a legally binding contract, even though the papers hadn't been signed by my cosigner, and that they were now running the papers in my name alone. Not only is that impossible to do because you would need to draft all new contracts in order to do that, but I also told them 3 times that I would not approve for them to submit papers in my name alone. They insisted that they could and would. AND they withheld my title from me that I HAD NOT SIGNED over to them, but did give as it was part of a trade. The sales manager said they couldn't give it to me because it was already on its way to the county to be processed (which is not possible without signing the title and having the completed paperwork), then the general manager told us it was in the safe. The general manager also told us there was nothing he could do that night to inquire about my application because the lender closed at 5 eastern time (it was 5:07 eastern time when he said this). He pretended to call them and then said, "yeah they're closed." I asked for the name of the lender and called them myself. They're open until 9 eastern, not 5. Anyway, they all kept lying and running me in circles, trying to strong arm me into just giving up and taking the car. I did everything from consulting a friend that works at a dealership about everything they were saying, calling the Franklin police about getting my title for me, and consulting a lawyer. They eventually returned my title after some conversations where we made it clear that we saw through all of their bullshit. The moral of the story is that these guys, all of them, are sleazy and disgusting. I remember feeling like I needed a shower after every time I left there. These are the most dishonest people you will ever meet. They are absolutely full of crap and cannot be trusted. Take your money elsewhere. It's not worth it here. They're absolute scum. read more

This has got to be the worst dealership on the planet. The only good part was my salesman, Harrison. If it was not for him, I would have walked out. I should have went with my gut feeling. So we went ahead and bought the car even with the awful loan process. We got the one year free service. So my first service my girlfriend took the car in for service. They told her they were going to have a trainee work on the car. She said absolutely not even if I have to wait longer. They finish the service. She gets on the interstate, and the car is pulling like crazy. She immediately returns. They drive it and tell her they put almost 60 lbs of air in the right side tires. They also tell her the trainee worked on the car. She is furious. The tire could have blew and caused her to wreck. So she leaves. The very next day she is driving and the engine starts knocking. She pulls over and come to find out they left the drain plug loose. All the oil leaked out! They burn up a brand new engine. Now my brand new car has to have the engine overhauled. No telling what else they messed up putting the engine in. So if you are concerned about your safety or having your car messed up, do not use Franklin kia. read more

Took my Kia in to get recall fixed. Ask them to rotate & balance tires & check why windshield wiper fluid wouldn't dispense. Everything else should have been free for recall issues. Go to pick the car up, it's scratched in 2 places by the tire. Not even an apology.. In fact, he tried to imply it was already there. Said I could bring it back on a Tuesday for the body guy to look at.. I'm an hour away! This is my daughters first car & she was so upset, she starts crying. Get my ticket and I owe $160.. $99 for a diagnosis of why the fluid doesn't dispense.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? That was just to tell me what's wrong with it, not to fix it. I will never ever go back there for ANYTHING! Had to drive an hour to get there. I'd drive 3 hours to go anywhere but there. I was in tears as I really couldn't afford that. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Terrible experience. read more
