Meanwhile his feeding tube has been leaking. What a waste of money and time for them to do it as an outpatient. It is a five minute swap of a feeding tube! So, the date came for the appointment at the outpatient clinic and they called the night before and said "Ooops, we don't have the right feeding tube for you." If Napa had more choices in Specialists... We would certainly move on to someone else. We have been attempting to get a feeding tube change since October and it is now the middle of January!

That procedure killed my husband. Everything went wrong. The doctor had nothing to say or do while I was panicking. I asked him, if this was your dad, what would you do? A mistake like that will never bring him back. He was too busy seeing 25 to 30 patients a day and doing procedures. He had no time for serious patients. I tried to talk to him when I knew my husband was not going to make it, but there was no care. I filed a complaint with the medical board and received documentation outlining concerns about his care, although I was told there was not enough for stronger action.
