I had no idea they existed, let alone that they were so close to home! I called in and they were super friendly and helpful so I went right over, was given all kinds of great information and was on my way. A couple of days ago it was my turn to refill my own personal supplies so I went straight there and received the same amazing happy and informative customer service as the first time. I actually even feel like I paid a lot less than the dispensary I'd been using previously so win/win! I will definitely be returning and giving high recommendations to friends and family.

My only request is can the staff please stop rushing people in and out. I'm not sure if it's the owner or manager forcing their employees to ask questions to death but this current staff is to pushy. I end up walking out with less and going to Cakehouse down the steeet by Oliver's when I feel to pressured.

To Dr. Daci - I'm responding here because I don't have your direct email address and messages to…read moreyou aren't going through. First I'm astonished at your repeated edits of your response. First you told a story full of falsehoods that totally negated my experience. Basically proving my points! Then for a moment, you seemed to be respecting my experience, finally saying, "Your concerns about my communication and approach are valuable, and I'm committed to refining how I connect with patients." But you deleted that today and instead put this "It is unfortunate that we were not able to find common ground and connect despite my sincere attempts -- this was a first for me." Ah again you're the hero and my feedback and sincere attempts are invisible. And was common ground the point? Not your skill at what you promise? Or caring about the patient's actual experience, not just your story about who you think you are? And I bet this has happened before. You make it hard to be heard. Which was basically my point. You worked hard to make this something wrong with me. I asked for what I needed at the session and you brushed that aside. You didn't see it. Oh, I'll add another thing that felt uncomfortable for me was you charging my credit card with $585 when I made the appointment, three weeks in advance. I've NEVER had a doctor or healer do that. I got the bill before the appointment. I realize now it put me in a position where I couldn't just end the appointment, and we didn't have a moment at the end to discuss the amount. It felt like you were taking care of yourself, not your patient. As I said in my original post, I tried two ways afterwards to communicate my experience of our session to you. A memo, giving examples. And on the phone, during the followup call. As I shared here, I felt my feedback totally blown off by you. And so I shared my experience with others here. I've sought to be fair and factual. And really - won't this help you avoid having patients that have needs like mine? Meanwhile, I met with another healer today who easily did what you did not. Welcomed me, told me the plan in advance, mirrored what she heard me say, asked what I needed, behaved consistent with her described values. It was a thing of beauty, and reminded me what a healthy dynamic feels like. So I'm good. I hope you do take this as an opportunity to learn. But your response is your choice, and just reflects on you.

Dr. Daci is a steady, compassionate guide with a unique set of skills. She is capable of seeing, understanding and problem-solving on many different levels, all at the same time. I…read moreget that the body and diseases can be complicated but explanations were long and drawn out and really hard to follow along with. I Was hoping she would be more precise and to the point. Her testing is unreliable and anxiety producing. just to make a thermogram appointment, your credit card information is taken down immediately. Weird but ok. Results took much longer than usual- 3 weeks. They are abnormal. She's claiming it could be this or that or something else. She claimed that I'm estrogen dominant and to throw all my essential oils as they are estrogenic. She kept saying "make sure it's benign" and I asked her "are you saying I have breast cancer?" In which she responded that the thermogram has indicated that I've had some serious physiological changes" So I go to my NMD for a second option and she states that she too, used to use thermograms but threw them out after it produced way too high number of false positives and was having to refer patients in for mammograms- and the mammogram results typically came back as normal anyway. This NMD tested me right there so I can see results for myself. she also tested all my hormone levels and said it's the complete opposite way. That I am absolutely NOT estrogen dominant, that I actually had a bit more progesterone then estrogen and that if I had listened to Christine's advice, it would have messed my hormone levels up. Christine advised me to go in for a 300$ ultra ultrasound and go back to her for testing (to figure out what's causing all this) and to redo the thermogram. Thank goodness I won't be. It's a a huge relief knowing that there's nothing wrong with me, but what a waste of time effort and money. If you get abnormal readings I would suggest getting a second or third opinion with someone who is a licensed physician and knows what they are doing. Do not get suckered into believing there is something wrong with you when that's not the case at all

I found Dr.Zhan to be very knowledgeable, professional and caring. At the time of our first appointment I asked about their billing process to make sure charges were consistent going forward as she isn't very savvy with money, bills, etc. After 6 weeks of acupuncture my mom admitted to not feeling any better- totally fair, given arthritis cannot really be healed in this practice. However, at the end of her last appointment the Dr recommended some herbs for tea to help with her Sciatica. My Mom of course said okay, but was not made aware the costs was $95 until after the card was swiped. (95$!) I do not think this is fair or respectful, and quite honestly feel they were taking advantage of her. Even the shuttle driver who waited for her during the appointment and witnessed the transaction said they were taking advantage. I don't mind the referral for the herbs, but the price seems rather exorbitant and given my mom's age and uncertainty with money, it's seems very clear to me what they're up to.
