I was skeptical about the company based on a somewhat archaic website, but turned out to be an excellent purchase for displaying my PE certificate. I ordered completely online and never spoke to anyone in person or over the phone. Great service and an amazingly quick turn around. I'm located approximately 2600 miles from Framing Achievement and received my frame Friday morning after ordering on Monday of the same week. Not to mention the price was about $100 cheaper than any of the other websites or local framers that I'd found. Their selection of gold seals for the matting is also extremely comprehensive. I must have called 15 different framing places to get my daughter degree framed for her (some day) corner office. Most places didn't even answer! I left messages for many but only got one call back a week after I had already received my beautiful framed degrees. I was a bit skeptical at first worrying the frame will not match what was posted on their site. I actually went to a few local frame shops. When I showed them the sample pic from the website, they were going to charge me at least $50 more for a similar frame. I decided to give it a try after review the few reviews below. The website was easy to navigate. You can also view samples and mix and match different color frames and borders. It was helpful that I can actually visualize it. Picking out the frame, borders, and paper were very difficult because they only show you one corner of the different variations. After I placed my order, it came in a week from CA to NYC and I was very happy with the product. It was packed securely with bubble wraps and tons of newspapers. Nothing was scratched or damaged. They made sure to put "glass" on the box, so people delivering it would handle with care. Overall, I'm very happy with the price and product. I would highly recommend this place. read more

I live on the East coast. My local custom framer couldn't get the medallions I needed for a college diploma. I needed three. One for BA, one for Summa Cum Laude, and one for the branch of military my graduate was going into. I Purchased the two and waited for the decision on which branch of military for the last one. By that time, supply chain issues were crazy. The one they had for the Army did not match my other two. When I explained what I needed it for, Bryan went to work finding me a replacement. Most people would have refunded me and let me go find another one myself. It took him a weekend and a Monday to let me know he has found a suitable replacement. I searched for over a month to find the perfect frame for my JD. I found the Framing Achievement website and was thrilled at the customization options. When I got my frame, the satin mahogany with gold accents, I loved it! However, a year later, and I am not happy. The gold accent and the mahogany finish on the frame easily chips off. The website touts the finest premium wood frame moldings yet the finish chips away easily? Hmm... I recently moved offices and my frame came with me; this was the first and only time it was moved. It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and protected for the duration of the move. Hell, I moved it myself because I spent so much money on it I wasn't willing to let anyone else move it. I was gentle with it and moved it by itself. Unfortunately, when I unwrapped it, I found flecks of gold from the edges of the frame chipped away. I also found that the mahogany finish had also chipped away in some places. I have $5 Walmart frames that have been treated roughly and which haven't chipped like this frame. Don't waste your money unless you never plan to touch or move your diploma because these frames are not durable and are not meant to last. read more

I was searching online for a place to get my CPA certificate framed. I had previously gone to Michaels to get my school Diploma frame but they didn't have the variety and professional quality I was looking for to get my CPA certificate framed. Searched online and found frame achievement website. Wow was I impressed with all the custom options they have, I was about to purchase online but the shipping cost was pretty high, to my surprise I saw that they are located locally like 20mins from where I live. I had seen a previous yelper post about calling them first so I did. The gentleman who answered told me the business hours and to just call him/text him whenever I wanted to come by since they are mainly manufacturing at the site. I went over and it's a small shop but they have samples of custom framed items and custom trophees they make. The guy was very nice and helpful suggesting options, by the look of the samples in the store the quality looked awesome. Usually he said it takes a week to make, but they had my frame ready for pick up in 2 days!! When I picked up the frame it looked amazing and spotless! And the quality of the frame looked great! I was very happy with the product and I know where to go now to get custom frames with excellent options and quality at a reasonable price. read more

(This company does not operate a walk-in storefront.) The products are beautiful & the framing/matting is first rate. I had a few custom requests, which the staff handled with no issues. Super fast shipping, much quicker than promised. Very well packed, arrived in perfect condition. The frame itself is perfect, can't get any better than that. It was for a diploma and the only one we could find that included a place for a Magna cum Laude medallion. Great frame colors, great matte pairing to match school colors, great additional script and gold seal on outer matte. Everything came as ordered an specified and lightening fast, all at a reasonable price. The only thing I would ask them to add is a school photo of the CSUF business building for business majors, but the collage shot of views of the school we got is awesome too. Don t go anywhere else for your frames or mats. I wanted to get a custom mat made up for my husband as a gift for completing his Bachelor program. I looked a couple of sites and couldn't believe how high the prices are to get a custom mat and/or frame for a diploma. I had already selected the frame I wanted but needed a mat customized to fit. I ordered the medallion, and gold embossing on the mat, as well as the double colors. It showed up yesterday and I was beyond impressed. It is not only beautiful, but better than I had expected. The coin in recessed into the mat, the embossing is flawless, the color is perfect. Also the packaging was incredible! I was worried that coming from CA to MD it would get damaged. I rushed home to get it, and could not believe the care and effort that went into packaging. (My dad was a Supply Chief in the Navy I have high standards when it comes to packaging.) The box was huge, and packed so that the mat wouldn't shift around. It was doubled in the big bulb wrap, and also the mat itself was also wrapped in plastic. This company obviously puts care and effort into their products. These make a wonderful gift, and the turn around is fantastic. I ordered and had the mat in hand 10 days later. read more
