All four have had issues , 2 having to go to someone else to fix them. One she did in a mat color she preferred I guess hoping I wouldn't notice or I would like it better. She did correct it and it cost me time and the hassle driving back and forth as I don't live close. One was cut and framed unevenly and stuck with it because it was a poster I bought on a trip to Denmark so it was a special item to me. The other two, the pieces keep falling out of place and one not sealed properly so moisture gets in somehow and has warped my hand screen print. To say I am disappointed is an understatement and to then to have my review removed was another slap in the face. My only recourse is to warn people because trying to deal with the owner was awful. Luckily I found another framer closer to my home who has done a wonderful job correcting the work but having to pay twice isn't what I signed up for. I also don't appreciate the aggressive response to my prior review before it being taken down like I am some bad guy. I was a customer who put my faith in a business and you let me down, an apology at any point could have gone a long way. I am not here to ruin a business but to let people know proceed with caution, there seems to be plenty of happy customers but I was not fortunate to be one of them.

Somehow I got a little carboard stuck in the upper part of the photo, and it left a slight mark of light brown that has been on it for years. I asked this service provider to just make a black frame and regular glass for my picture, $36 was to be the price and left it with them. WHEN I went to pick up they had for NO EXTRA COST been so kind to put a border around my photo that covered the mark of light brown cardboard that had stuck to my photo years ago. Pros. We came around 11am 12/21 and there was no line. There were self checkouts and multiple people behind the counter. I walked up and asked for balloons, and was met with a very busy employee who told me I needed to wait in line. So I went back, but as people started lining up behind me, I had to repeatedly tell them to go ahead because I was waiting for balloons (specifically one counter/person). I was fed up with that, so I just walked all the way up and stood back. No one helped. The person waiting for balloons to be blown up had been standing there and the Michaels employee blowing up her balloons was doing one balloon, then walking away to help find an item, or help with the pick up orders, then coming back to blow up a single balloon, then rushing away again! In total, she finally bundled up the balloons (a total of 6) and went on her way. That was 20 minutes. Finally, my turn, the balloon lady leaves, and another comes and helps me. Another 1 hour and 10 minutes later, I leave with my 12 balloons. I can't believe how slow the service here is where 90% of customers are doing self checkout. WHAT?! Insanity. It's Christmas time, but the works are slow paced, with no urgency to keep up. Anyways, fast forward to rushing to get back to set up for my son's party... we have the party and by night time, the helium balloons are dragging on the floor, 15 hours later. So in summary, if you want balloons, you have to come the day of, probably wait a couple hours and then by the end of the day, your balloons will have fallen.
