I needed a cafe that had some tables so I could get some work done and Frame was a great spot. There were a handful of tables with outlets and the vibes were phenomenal. This camera wall was a nice view change from the usual. I got a vanilla latte and it was a good roast with great simple ingredients. I heard good things about their food items but didn't have a chance to try them. What takes the cake is the ambiance and being able to sit for a nice chat or getting some work done.

NOTE: no laptops allowed on weekends. There's a sign inside stating it. A worker kindly came up to me and another patron stating that we can't use our laptops on weekends but he allowed it for this one time. Other than that, this is a super cute place to come for a light bite to eat or a drink, and relax by yourself or with a friend. There's some space inside and outside to work. The quinoa scrambled bowl was great for something semi healthy, and was surprisingly a great portion size. Also, the iced matcha latte I had was good too but they didn't have too many milk offerings. Overall, not sure I'll be returning simply because when I go to coffee shops I need to use my laptop, and the only time I really have for that is on the weekend.

As the producer of the early-2000s-hit, New York Times- and Unwrapped-featured review site Eggs Benedict New York, I certify Frame's grated-Gouda-topped truffly-hollandaise with oyster mushrooms (mine; also available w/ smoked salmon) dish, with perfectly poached eggs atop soft English muffins, as an excellent alternative Benny. Especially after good news from the gastroenterologist.

Came for a very early Saturday brunch with a dear friend. Food is good and decent prices! I ordered the Truffle eggs benedict ($18) and split the blueberry ricotta pancakes ($11) with him. The pancakes were a bit small in portion size and felt a bit cold when I received it, but absolutely devoured the truffle eggs benedict. The side of mushrooms and the umami richness complemented the hollandaise sauce very well. Please note that the seating is pretty limited and they don't take reservations, so great to show up early. It was a really clean cafe, and the service was quick and friendly. I would definitely come back for the Benedict again! They had a crofffle that also looked super good, and is something i'd try next time.

Truffle eggs Benedict was out of this world. Great service, clean and organized. Plenty of seating available with good flow making your worthwhile wait brief. Would come back to try the entire menu.

this place has a nice vintage vibe. its super tight when its busy and they have few tables of 2. its a cool place to come in and catch up with a friend or even do some work. I like that there are no laptops allowed on the weekends. food was excellent. it was a light healthy snack but quality of the eggs and waffle was astounding. it was a perfect meal to have before going to work. the dirty chai latte was also very good.

The croffles and drinks here are delicious! The interior is well decorated. The service was just okay.

cute, cozy cafe. Quick service - food and drinks came out fast and everything was pretty good. Maple latte was average. Wish it had a stronger maple flavor. Prosciutto scrambled was good. I really liked the croffle. Small seating area but there were plenty of open seats when I went.

I can not understate how amazing the interior and ambiance of this place is! I love absolutely everything about the space and atmosphere and the friendliness experience in Frame! They have cameras around the entire spot which makes it so much fun! The coffee on the other hand was just ehh with a little bit below just okay, I greatly appreciate the option of pour over but it just came out fine.

Such a vibey little coffee shop. I ordered the butterscotch iced latte. It was incredibly smooth and a little hint of butterscotch.

A very NY sized cafe with just a few tables, great coffee, nice staff and great food! My only complaint would be that it is small and if you're planning to eat there you may not get a seat. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Loved my prosciutto scramble and the croissant/waffle crossover was something I never knew I needed in my life.

Came to Frame for coffee with a friend and I liked it so much I came back the next day for brunch. Had hot americanos with a splash of oat milk both times and they were both exceptional hot americanos with a splash of oat milk! I got the prosciutto scrambled for brunch and it was sooooo delicious. The eggs are light and fluffy and it's fun to make little bites with the salty prosciutto, heaps of Parmesan, and the sweet croffle. Excellent breakfast. I really want to try some other items, like their quinoa bowl or eggs Benedict! My friend and I hung out here and did some laptop work for a bit after eating, and it was a pleasant environment! The store is a bit small but we didn't have trouble finding a table. Also got a matcha latte later on and it was okay.

One of my favorite UES coffee shops! Tasty and aesthetic drinks, great decor, and really nice staff. The espresso drinks are flavorful and well-balanced. In terms of food, I've tried the waffle and the spinach pastry - both were good but not particularly amazing. The cafe is on the smaller side and tends to get a bit crowded on the weekends but I've always been able to find a spot for two.

I've been clamoring - CLAMORING - for a place like this in the Upper East Side. Most Asian…read morerestaurants in this neighborhood are fancy sit-downs, so it was exciting to see a quick, casual stop for Asian "finger food" (for a lack of better word) within my vicinity. Joju specializes in modern Vietnamese cuisine, serving meals like bahn mi, loaded fries, and rice meals. The menu recently added soy garlic wings, and since I am a fiend for Asian-style fried chicken, I of course had to have it. While all of the beverages looked tempting, especially their non-alcoholic soju refreshers, I needed caffeine to offset the afternoon slump that was about to follow, so I ordered a Vietnamese coffee. The wings were huge! It was notably crunchy, saucy, and juicy. There was a decent skin to meat ratio, (I so hate biting into a mouthful of breading), and the meal came out piping hot. It was clear the chicken had been fried per order. Those who know me know that I can't live without rice and would eat it with almost any meal, including fried chicken, so I did request it on the side, although the wings don't come with it. The man who took my order did me a solid and served it with mine, anyway. Good lad! I've been wanting to try Vietnamese coffee for a while now, and it was everything I imagined it would be. Sweet with a bitter backend - but not too bitter! I'm still new to coffee, and I pucker up at anything too intense. This was just right. My meal at Joju satisfied me, mind, body, and soul. I hope it is here to stay, and I hope that a shop like this is a catalyst for other quick Asian food stops to follow. Korean and Filipino restaurants - I'll be waiting!

I can't emphasize how excited I am for them to be here, bringing one of our best neighborhood bites to a new neighborhood which desperately needs more affordable and diversified options. This modern Vietnamese sandwich spot offers banh mi inspired by other East and Southeast Asian flavors. I personally like reaching for their regular banh mi and their lemongrass chicken banh mi. You would be remiss if you didn't get the banh mi or kimchi fries, and their monster rolls which are a newer creation but are essentially giant lumpia with any and all of the sauces they have available. Another plus is that they have pretty creative drinks, like their refreshers and virgin mojitos, for a nice little drink that isn't too calorie-dense depending on what you get. Welcome to the neighborhood Joju and I wish you all the success.

Hanoi pho -- rich and beefy broth with flat white noodles; i personally rlly liked this dish and thought the noodles were perfect and soup had good flavor, but my mom and aunts did find it a bit salty for their liking. Lump crab noodles -- on the lighter side which i rlly enjoyed; it tasted like a light garlic noodle with some hints of parmesan. They do use real crab, but you can taste that it's made with frozen crab. I did find myself drinking a lot of water after a few bites and felt it was a lil saltier than my preference. Saigon shaking beef -- get this! Beef is so tender and cooked perfectly. The sauce and pairing with the arugula and veggies were so delicious. This was also my mom and aunts fav! The sauce was so good we used it on the crab noodles. Bun cha hanoi -- the grilled pork patties that come in a separate small bowl were the highlight of this dish. The main dish did lack fresh ingredients imo; half the veggies were wilted and the lettuce had some bitterness to it indicating it was prob not the freshest. The vermicelli was quite hard and imo not cooked enough. The grilled pork slices were good, but i think most viet places ive gone tasted similar. Id def come again tho! I think the prices are quite reasonable for the quality and the staff were honestly some of the friendliest ive seen! They were so attentive despite being so busy. I didnt have a reservation prior, but the staff were so nice and accommodating and got us seated quickly. I sat near the door and overheard some of their interactions with other guests, and def think service alone was amazing! There's a small tiki bar with some specialty cocktails that i def want to try next time, but despite it being quite a small restaurant there's quite a few tables. Def a cute spot that id come back again! :)

Once you decipher the names of the sandwiches on the menu and see what's between the bread, you will want to try all of them. I settled on 2 finalists, but decided get both anyway. All sandwiches are made fresh with some of the best looking meats & ingredients I've ever seen! The L'Inferno brought images of Danté Alighieri's version of the Underworld to mind, but was a spicy hot masterpiece of sandwich art. The combination of thinly sliced roasted porchetta, nduja, spicy eggplant & arugula was fantastic! The fresh in-house baked focaccia took it even further. But I did learn something new today besides Italian pronunciation, which was that nduja (silent n) is a spicy sausage from Calabrese that's spreadable like butter. I gotta get me some of that stuff! The La Paradiso sounds like the third installment of Danté's Divine Comedy trilogy, but is a very mild, but tasty sandwich with mortadella, stracciatella & crushed pistachios in pistachio cream.
