I had a set of three large prints that I needed framed, and the gentleman helping me (the owner, I believe) was very helpful in helping me choose the right frame and glass, and didn't push to upsell me (in fact, I upsold myself into UV protective glass even though he didn't think it was necessary). They finished the project faster than promised, and took extra care to make sure the hangers on the back were on the correct side (my art is abstract and difficult to tell up from down). Extremely friendly, and showed me how to transport the pieces safely in my car. I will only get my art framed at this store in the future. My husband and I had been prolonging getting our wedding photo framed. The biggest issue was that I had too many photos I personally loved so we decided on trying to get 3 photos side-by-side in one frame. We wanted it big enough for our main living room wall, but not too large as we wanted to fit all 3 without overdoing it. We had both never gotten anything printed & framed, but we are so extremely with our experience at Frame 2000. All the credit sincerely goes to Will & his patience and understanding our needs. Went to this place about a year ago to try and have a shadow box done for my wife that was graduating from Nursing school. Like always, I was waiting till the last minute to try and figure out what i was going to get her. But I've grown up, with the concept of doing things, but doing them right. I met WILL here, and OMG this guy is good at what he does. Everyone in life has a talent and WILL's talent is working with pictures, frames, shadow boxes...etc you name it, and he can do it. I had one week to get all this together before my wifes ceremony. I wanted to make this gift very special, and looked up ideas on Pinterest. I knew it had to have some supplies from clinicals, emblem and perhaps her picture. The more i researched the better and better the shadow box bagan to look. In that same year our daughter had passed away and part of her accomplishment was inspired by our daughter, so i wanted to include that as well. When I told WILL the story, and the reason of why I wanted to include the things I had picked, he seem to understand that this was going to be more than a gift, it was going to have a sentimental attachment and forever be a day to remember. Long story short, WILL was able to put the best shadow box in less than a week, I am beyond grateful for his work and DETAIL. I liked the work so much i tipped him $100 and he probably deserved more than that.
