Then more assertive "You need to leave now or I'm calling the cops." I minded my own business smelling body scrubs on the wall, thinking she was on the phone dealing with a personal problem. It wasn't until she got right in my space saying "That's it! I'm calling the cops!" that I realized she was an employee and said "Are you talking to me?!" She said "Yes, we saw you put something in your purse. Now get out!" I was completely shocked as I showed her the items I had collected in my hand and offered to dump out my purse. I never even touched my drawstring closed purse. Maybe I put my phone in it when I entered? When she realized her mistake she quickly dismissed it and walked away saying "it's not her" in her mic... Some apology for the accusation and anxiety inducing experience... I didn't even want to finish my shopping, but I was worried they'd think I was guilty if I put it all down. I feel like I was targeted as a criminal for my red hair and tattoos. I spend $100-200/month at Ulta on my hair care, skin care, makeup, and gifts. I will NEVER come back to this location. There were like 3 shoppers in the store and at least 5 associates. No one had time to ask if I needed help, check cameras, or tail me to confirm their suspicions before trying to embarrass me and kick me out? "It's not her"... I was one of 3 customers in the store and have long bright red hair. I know you didn't confuse me.

It's been a long time since my last visit to the Gilroy Premium Outlets, it's changed a lot and…read moremany businesses have closed and some spaces are either empty or have new tenants. The Lululemon is still there, but in a different spot than my last visit. The new location seems bigger now and they have a great selection of men's and women's fits. Another favorite is Nike, which has two different locations in the outlets. They also have other clothing brands, some newer toys and collectable stores, Bath and Body Works, a popcorn store and many other spots. They used to have a Jelly Belly outlet, but I didn't see it on my last visit, and they also used to have Starbucks. There is now a sushi restaurant in one of the business plazas, and there were food trucks selling different items as well. I noticed that while you'll still find some great deals at stores the savings also isn't what it used to be. It'll take some extra searching to get a really good deal, but depending on how often you visit you may get luckier. There's plenty of parking available and if you look at the directory and see stores that are worth it to you, check it out.

We came here on Wednesday and it was nearly deserted despite having much of the same stores and discounts as Livermore. It is definitely less walkable than Livermore, requiring you to cross the street to get between various plazas. But it is a great way to get 90% of the shopping experience for 50% of the stress.

Every member of the staff greeted me nicely and seemed to really like working there, no one was rude or miserable looking, that's always a plus! Lol I was assisted in the photo department by Laura who was fast, personable and went above & beyond. She was friendly and likable! :) Upon checking out I chatted with the manager who shared with me the different charities that Walgreens supports which was really cool. Major kudos to Walgreens in Gilroy and their kind employees! I'll be shopping there again for sure! :)

The first was when my Christmas cards were not delivered on time, and now this latest issue involved a same-day personalized 24th anniversary card. I was away for the weekend celebrating my anniversary, so I asked my daughter to pick up the card for me. She went in the same day, but staff told her there was a problem with their printer. They said they would call once it was resolved, but no one ever followed up. When we returned home Monday, my daughter had already gone to school. Since Walgreens never contacted us, she later stopped by again to pick up the card. Unfortunately, it still was not ready. This time, she was told I needed to select a different size. She relayed that message to me, but when I went online, there was no option available to choose a different size. As a result, I had to make a card myself on regular paper, which was far less special than what I had originally ordered. After 20 years of using Walgreens for printing services, it is disappointing to see such a decline in reliability and customer service.
