One pool, at our residence in BDCC and the other 2, in La Quinta…read more They started on 2/23/26, at 7.20am, at our residence and after they came 2/26 at the same time, I asked them to make it later as it was just as I was getting up and ready for work and it was invasive. They said that might not be convenient and would let me know. On Sun 3/1 at 5.30pm, I rec'd this letter: "Hello, It won't be possible to change the route. I apologize but you will need to find another company for all three pools . At Martinez you have too many cracks in the pool and per Mauricio pool looses too much water and will make us use a lot more chemicals. Sorry for this but I can no longer help". I'd told them that the filter had been replaced on 2/27 and the water hadn't been on and I would have helped on any extra chemical expense. I'd told them the situation with the filter when they started. But she didn't bother asking and just left me stranded.So they behaved in a very inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. And, they misdiagnosed what was going on with a pool. If everything is simple, and they can do it their way , they're probably fine but their priority is themselves, not the customer.

Carlos came in quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. He drained, cleaned and fixed all parts needed to make my pool come back to where it was originally. Couldn't be happier. While Ocean Springs bid was higher than some, Armando's communication and esthetic sense of what was required was compelling. Elizabeth, in their office, communicated clearly and promptly and Armando came by 3 times during the course of the work - that only took a day - to make sure the tile cutting and laying was to our satisfaction. Jaden from Pool Technicians came out today to look at two issues I was having with my pool: 1)…read more the lack of any pressure from the jets in the adjacent hot tub and 2) a salt cell chlorinator that was not working. I thought both were going to be major issues. I thought I needed an additional pump for the hot tub. And I thought the salt cell chlorinator would need at least a new motherboard, if not a complete replacement. Jaden did about 10 minutes of poking around and told me that 1) the pump issue was simply being caused by a rock that was jammed into one of the pumps, likely from the construction stage and 2) the salt cell was not receiving power because a previous (another company) technicians rewired it to a non-functional part of my panel. So, after an hour, I had fully functioning jets in the hot tub. A functional salt cell. And he even got my pool lights working. (I had never been able to use them and had given it up). So can't recommend this company and Jaden specifically any more highly.
