We've been using Osmans Pools for several years and have had a consistently great experience. They service my personal home pool, which has waterfall features and a salt system, as well as four of my Airbnb properties. Reliability is huge for me, especially with guests coming and going, and they've always stayed on schedule and kept everything looking clean and balanced. One thing I really appreciate is that they actually pay attention to the equipment -- not just skimming the surface. After a stretch of heavy rain last summer, the water started turning cloudy. Instead of just dumping chemicals in and leaving, they properly tested, adjusted the chemistry over a couple visits, and checked the filtration system to make sure everything was running right. The pool was back to crystal clear quickly. They've also been proactive about small maintenance issues before they turn into bigger problems, which has saved me money long-term. Between my home and multiple rentals, I trust them completely. Highly recommend. read more

I don't usually bother to give reviews, but something has happened to this company and they either need to fix it, or y'all are better off looking elsewhere. They have been "servicing" my pool for years, and while the guys were always friendly, there's a level of competence that is simply not there. They sold me a variable speed water pump and claimed it would qualify for a $250 rebate from the power company. Even offer to handle the submission for me! Alas, but no. It was only after the rebate was denied that we learned this *particular* model did not qualify (tho dozens similar to it would have). They have allowed the pool water to turn green and murky - you coudln't even see the bottom of a 5ft deep pool - overgrown with algae. The problem? Well, the salt filter system was corroded and clogged, so it wasn't working. I guess they didn't figure addressing a corroded, clogged salt system to be part of their job. Just call them once your pools turns into an algae bloom and then they'll look into it. And the filter tank is so full of dirt, that it's bulging like a stuffed sausage and developed a 3" crack, which has been spewing water into the ground behind the filter for...MONTHS? The new pool guy noticed it within 30 seconds of eyeballing the equipment. Probably explains the letter I got from the water company prodding me to look for leaks because my water use suddenly went up. And now the whole filter tank has to be replaced, and it's at least $1600. I honestly don't know what they view as their services. I guess they figure they just stop by and skim pool 2x a week and call it a job well done. read more

10/10 would recommend! We needed a new pool pump installed as our current one was not strong enough. I don't have the slightest clue about how the pump works and the small details a pool owner should know about it. So, I called Osman's pools and spoke to Cathy. She was super insightful, polite and patient while she explained and processed my order for the new pump. She even found me a cheaper, more efficient pump than the one I googled. The process was as painless as could be and will be utilizing their services for all future pool needs. read more

We have been using Osman's Pools for a couple years now and really enjoy their service. We text Jovana whenever we have a question and she is lightning fast to respond. Osman, Sean, Lucas, Art, have all taken great care of our pool, installed automation equipment that made it easier to have guests, gave us good advice, etc. We inherited them when we bought our house. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but after I told the office that I would, and Osman still didn't call me back, well . . . We inherited Osman's service with the purchase of our new full time home. All was great for many months. Then it all fell apart. Osman himself stopped coming to service the pool and reassigned our pool to one of his employees. The pool was never properly cleaned after that. Then the pool filler which we paid many hundreds of dollars to reinstall stopped working properly. Calls to the office went un-returned. I had to keep after them to get their attention. The new pool tech never addressed the issue. A new pump which we paid MANY hundreds of dollars to put in, wasn't operating properly. The new pool tech never checked the equipment. At some time during all this, I got Osman on the telephone and expressed our discontent; he assured us things would improve. Nothing however changed. After another month, I called to discontinue service and asked for the gate key to be returned. I was told it would be returned on Monday. On Tuesday I was told it would be returned the next day on Wednesday. On Thursday I was told it was already returned and placed in a very odd location. It was not there. Again I called. At that point, I said, "please have Osman call me, you don't want me to write the Yelp review I'm going to write." I never heard back. I am a supporter of small businesses and root for persons who take such a risk. I like Osman, personally, but there are simply too many pool service providers out there to put up with an unclean pool and faulty repairs. We now have an excellent company that we could not be happier with. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This company has a round-robin of pool techs who do not know what they are doing and cause one problem after another. They are expensive, unprofessional and unable to do the job at hand. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

I must say that my situation is very much like Rob O who recently wrote a review of Osman's Pools. We inherited Osman's Pools when our prior pool service guy retired. Art comes to clean our pool and does a great job. We wanted to have a solar pool heater installed and I have been trying for three months to get a quote and get the job done. I've had to call or email Jovana six times and have only gotten one response. After practically begging to get someone to give us a quote I heard nothing. Then another tech showed up unannounced two weeks ago - supposedly I was to have been called to let me know that his appointment had been scheduled but I heard nothing. The tech took measurements and promised to get right back to me with a quote for the work. Two weeks later and two more emails, still zero response. Having worked in client services for over 30 years, I'm sensitive to how companies communicate with their customers. I must say that our experience with Osman's Pools has been abysmal. I am in the process of taking our business elsewhere. read more
