If I could give zero stars I would. Went in Last Friday to get a pedicure and dip. By Saturday morning my toenail polish had chipped, by Monday morning a nail had broken off at the tip. By Tuesday 3 nails has broken off at the tip and 2 additional nails were cracked. Went in Wednesday after work and they refused to fix anything but the 3 broken ones. Told me I would have to leave (after waiting 30 minutes) and call back tomorrow to speak to Laura to get my money back or to fix the issue. Spoke with Laura today and she blamed me for the nails breaking and told me I came in last night and requested a color change. I NEVER requested a color change, I asked for them to be re done because they keep breaking off. THEN told me she never saw my nails so she doesn't actually know they are broken.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Please don't Waste your time! read more

Walked in for a pedicure walked out with a injury. First I'll start with the atmosphere. Terrible service, the place looked old and outdated, the shop was very dirty, and I notice there weren't any tools that were sanitized. There were no customers in the shop and I was rushed. During the service I shared with the technician about my ingrown. She insisted on cutting way too much skin (which cause me to bleed) and nail off and continued jabbing my toes with her sharp tools. I politely shared how painful it was an to stop and she ignored my request. I was very uncomfortable the entire time! Let's just say I didn't have a very relaxing experience. In the beginning before we got started I told her I wanted the $40 pedicure no polish/color just a pedicure. By the end of the service she charged me $45. Not sure why, but I didn't wanna argue over $5, by that point I just wanted to get out of there...I've had my nails done for over 15 years so it's safe to say I know a little something about how a pedicure should go. Finally I must add for $45 + tip + no polish, I have to say that was the most basic and painful pedicure I've ever received in my life! I really wanted to like this place since it's so close to me. But unfortunately I will not be coming back. read more

I was in there for an hour and got a manicure and pedicure-- the guy rushed through both and did a terrible job. I am not the kind of person to tell someone I don't like it while they are in the process of doing them, but after taking a look at them outside the salon they look messy and rushed. My gel manicure looks dull and he rushed me out the door after my pedicure so they didn't get a chance to dry! I'm disappointed :( read more

We were in town for a wedding so my daughter and I decided to get our nails. We walked in without an appointment (although appointment is highly recommended) and we were helped right away. Very friendly. Both had the gel mani and pedi. Beautifully done!! We got served free beverages too! Great way to start our Sunday morning. read more

I had a pedicure with French tip (regular polish). I also had my nails painted French tip with gel. I was told the price for the pedi would be $45, and nails would be $15 because I wasn't doing a mani. When I went to check out,they charged me $70! $45 for pedi and TWENTY-FIVE for fingernails!!!!! I told him no, that's not what the woman told me. He said no, it is $70. They were both very nice and great service but I don't like being overcharged... NOT RIGHT read more

not really a great place to go... they have like 20 pedicure chairs and about 10 manicure ones, but only 3 people were working while I was there. I decided to get shellac since I use my hands a lot at both jobs. Both girls I was there with had already been seated and I was still staring at colors. Apparently the owner (who the woman after me had just asked for) had just gotten her 4 kids from daycare and they proceeded to run around screaming the rest of the time I was there. Then the owner spoke in a different language to the other two workers and then sat the lady after me. I didn't mind that much until I realized the owner is the only one who does shellac well. so now 4 days later the shellac is grown out and peeling. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

I'm very disappointed. Let me start off and say their quality of work is good but their inconsistency of pricing is where I draw the line. I paid $40 bucks for a pedicure with gel the first time I went, and today they charged me $55 and said it costs $25 for pedicure, $20 for gel, and $5 for gel removal but that math is $50. I don't get their pricing so unfortunately I won't come there again. read more

I've been going to foxy nails for quite some time. I'm not too far away so it seems easy to drop in for a quick fix. The problem is it is very inconsistent. Sometimes they have great quick service, other times I feel like it was a waste of money. The people are very nice but I think they get over their heads from time to time. I'll continue to go back if desperate. They do need to focus better on the customer instead of being on the phone. read more

I wanted to like this place but I asked for an almond shaped nail and after she was done filing all my nails were a different shape, not even at all. And the gel Matte finish I asked for is shiny on some nails and more matte on others. I'm going to have to have them redone or put another store bought matte coat on myself.. read more

I'm pretty particular about my nails and I've tried this place twice to give it a second chance since I live close BUT, I've had poor results both times. My gel polish chipped after one week, after two, it is peeling on the sides, my pedicure polish if chipped already as well. Not to mention when I was there getting my nails done the man text and talked on the phone half the time. They're nice people but the service and the skill just aren't worth the money by any means. read more

Been goin to the salon for a few yrs. my mom has been going for longer then I have and the service has really gone down hill. Don't put a sign up that says walk in welcome but then give no attention to a reg customer. Plus taking a set off and getting a new set does not take 3 hrs. Don't tell someone to come back in an hr then take a walk in very poor customer service. They rush through a fill causing you to bleed. Then never get the whole nail covered with gel polish. If your paying for a more expensive gel polish then do it correctly. read more

They do a good job. However, the stylists talk to each other in non english . I realize they are probably bored but it is kind of rude. When I got to cash register to pay, it was 15 dollars more than quoted on phone. The chair they put me for pedicure had no hot water and my feet sat in tepid water. I enjoy this place and plus i work here it is a small job but worth the pay. all the work that you do adds all up and at the end of the day you take out all the money you made and take it home with you. This place is amazing just bring enough money to soothe yourself and plz enjoy. read more
