4.5 STARS Order: Fourtea Special w/ GMT and Oreo Brûlée GMT The Fourtea Special is pretty good. You get a variety of toppings with your choice of black or green milk tea. The toppings they put include boba, grass jelly, pudding, red bean, peanuts, lychee jelly, raisins (and more?, that's all I can remember). It's $5.25 before tax and I think its an interesting choice. While you do get a plethora of toppings, I wasn't sure if the flavors would work together. Lo and behold, they were actually okay (but not wow). I liked the different textures- mushy from the red bean, chewy from the boba, wiggly from the lychee jelly and pudding. Every sip was slightly different because of the mix of toppings and I think that was nice. One thing I was not a big fan of was the inclusion of raisins in the drink (YES, raisins). While I'm no raisin hater, I just didn't think think it was very good in this drink (I feel like raisins fare better in breads and baked goods, not drinks). Next time, I'll be sure to ask them to omit it. On the other hand, the small pieces of crushed peanuts were another interesting add that isn't usually a topping in a drink. I did like this addition, and I appreciate the employee asking first to make sure I didn't have a peanut allergy. The Oreo Brûlée GMT is just okay (it's $5.25 before tax). The brûlée part was nice and rich, but personally I wasn't the biggest fan of this drink overall as it was kinda eh (also it's very sweet so be sure to lower the sweetness level when you order). I think this drink would have been better if it was a blended drink rather than just a milk tea with crushed Oreos mixed in. The tea part of it kinda felt lost/became a background taste as the Oreo flavor overpowers it. I like their boba, it's sweet with good flavor and texture. Service was excellent, drinks came out in a timely manner, ambience was cute, and parking was in a lot and easy to find. Also if you check in on yelp, you get 10% off your order! I've been a regular at Fourtea for a while now, but lately, I've been pretty let down by their service and the overall quality of their drinks. It's a real shame because I used to love going here. The last few times I went in to order, the staff just seemed rude and didn't really care about providing good service. It felt like they were rushing through everything and not paying attention to what I wanted. It felt like I was an inconvenience. The quality has taken a nosedive, and the boba doesn't seem as fresh as it used to be. The last time I ordered from here I decided to add taro as a topping to my drink, but they had already premixed it in with the drink before giving it to me. What's the point of ordering a topping if it's not separate? This is not the first time that this has happened. I used to enjoy coming here, but these recent experiences have left me feeling like I might have to find a new spot for my boba fix. read more

Good boba and friendly staff! I ordered an Oreo brûlée tea online and it was ready within a few minutes. The drink itself was really sweet even though I got it 50% sweet, but what can you expect from an Oreo drink. The boba was a good consistency - nice and chewy and had a good flavor. The drink was time stamped when it was ready so that you could know if your drink was at its peak quality. When i went to pick up my drink, the workers told me to try my drink before I left so that they could adjust anything if needed! Super friendly workers and very good customer service. read more

I always get their lychee green tea because it comes out so pretty and the drink is like a purple/pink color. Wow, really good. They make their drinks FAST. I had the taro milk tea with 50% sugar and based on other reviews got it blended for an extra $0.50 charge. It is delicious. I could have probably gone with 25% sweet but at 50% I wouldn't say it was overwhelmingly sweet. The boba is nice and chewy here but not nearly as sweet as other places. I will only try taro drinks at places that use fresh taro because it's so much better than the powder. Highly recommend. Cute little shop with tasty drinks. Physical distancing is strictly enforced. Only a few people are allowed into the store and masks are required upon arrival. The cashier was really sweet, patient and knowledgeable about all the drinks. Answered all of our questions and did her best to customize the drinks to our preference. Having the option to customize the sweetness level is awesome because we were trying to be healthiER lol. The baristas (I think one or both might be the owner) are equally as sweet and have great tips on how to drink your drink to maximize tastiness. Because only a certain number of people are allowed in the store, wait time for drinks is super minimal. I chose the coffee with cheese foam on top and it was phenomenal. The cheese foam wasn't overpowering and the coffee was smooth. The boba is right between being too chewy and having a nice bite to it- - just the right texture. It's also coated in honey so consider this before choosing your sweetness level. Will definitely be back when visiting the area read more

Foutea has been my favorite but today there's a little "mishap." My go to drink is the Fruit Bomb which used to have grapefruit, watermelon but today when I ordered it, they gave me the passion fruit instead and said that's the new fruit bomb. My new favorite boba tea shop in the OC. Rarely do I find a place that's perfect in every way. Fourtea is perfection. Love the variety and unique drinks they offer. Unlike a lot of other tea shops whose fruit teas taste artificial, the tea here contain real fruit. I'm amazed by how good and refreshing the Princess Lychee was with the cheese foam and pieces of lychees. My son got the Tiger Boba Tea with oat milk which he enjoyed very much. The boba had the perfect chew. For the lactose intolerant or vegan, you can sub oat, almond or soy milk. You can customize ice and sweetness levels. We got 50% for both of our drinks and I felt it was plenty sweet already. I've also tried the grapefruit tea which was fresh and fabulous. I've been here 3x now and each time, I was met by a friendly staff. My orders have never been wrong. One time, the gentleman who might have been the owner said he would adjust my drink if it was not to my liking. It's so awesome to see a business that cares so much about their customers, as well as taking pride in their product. The place is clean, the staff wear masks and there's plenty of parking. I am a huge fan of this place! My mom and I stopped by the other day and all of the staff members were so kind and polite. I love the fact that you can adjust the sweetness to your drinks. One of the options (which is not available at all tea/boba places) is to order their tea with 0% sugar! I opted for this strawberry green tea (0%) and my mom got their Oreo brûlée green tea (50%). I have become a regular! I consider myself a boba addict and Four Tea is my favorite boba shop at the moment. The customer service is excellent and the drinks are really good! The people who make our drinks always asks if I ever had the drinks before and if I need to make any adjustments, they can remake them for me. But I have not had to make any adjustments to the drinks since they came out great. Today, I got the strawberry hurricane with lychee jelly and the dragonfruit hurricane with boba. I usually get the drinks with boba but I wanted to try something else. I also love that you can adjust the sugar level on your drinks. It makes you feel "healthier" haha. The strawberry hurricane paired very well with the lychee jelly. The lychee jelly added extra flavor to the already tart-y strawberry. Super friendly staff. Store is clean all the time. They used to enforce social distancing restrictions, but it has gotten more lax. Strawberry hurricane with cheese foam on top is super fruity and sweet. Love it. Matcha twister is really sweet and tastes a lot like omomo. Dragonflies twister was meh, you taste the dragonfuit, but the taste is muted compared to other drinks. Been back 4 times now and each time is a good time lol read more

I was so excited to try this place because of the good reviews!! Unfortunately, didn't enjoy the drinks too much. I got the Oreo brûlée and matcha twist (?). The cashier said the Oreo brûlée was their most popular drink. It was very watery and plain. It kind of tasted like water/milk with Oreo bits. The matcha twist wasn't bad but I was expecting a thicker consistency because it's a blended drink. It came out more like a regular matcha milk tea, but luckily not as watery as the Oreo Brûlée. This is my new favorite boba place in Orange!!! I've been here 3 times and each time I've tried something different. I've had the classic milk tea, thai twister, and the strawberry milk tea. I got them all less sweet and they were really good! I've also helped my coworkers get the taro milk tea and they loved it as well. The customer service here is 5/5. Until today I haven't never felt so awkward in my life. So my daughter and I was in line as usually waiting for our turn. When these teenagers infront of us acting like high school teen place their order another of their friend just walked through the door and came right up to her friends cutting in line a d place her orders after her friend left. The cashier who was a male didn't say anything knowing that we were next. He didn't care and went on taking the girl order and after he was done he walk away to help with the orders. Didn't say a word to us didn't say can I have u ? Nope not a word. My daughter and stood there for awhile and another employee finally noticed us standing and ask if we have been help ? We said no and said we were behind that couple and before and the male cashier never helped us. When we told the employee all she said is I'm sorry but we are busy right and u have to wait cause we can't take our order. Wtf?????? No I'm sorry about that how can I help u. Or I apologize about but give a few minutes we will right with you and sorry for the wait. The best part was the male cashier never came over to say sorry for his mistake. I'm sorry but I work and own a business and nor I or any of Co worker or employee would do that. That is bad serve . Customer serive is the key to great business and service and they should always be on their toes . The staff here are very nice and professional. Fast service! The only down side for me was that the boba was way too soft for my liking. I don't know if that's how their boba is or if it's because I went in about 2 hrs before closing so the boba got soggy. Great drinks + great staff= A win win for me! My sister and I are always on the hunt for new boba shops! I'm so glad that more spots are popping up around Orange, for awhile there wasn't any boba spots! This shopping center is always busy since new businesses have opened which I'm glad about! First off, the staff is sooo nice and knowledgeable! They immediately greeted us (along with everyone else who walked in which is so refreshing). They asked if we had any questions and explained what the drinks are. Bonus points because they offer non-dairy and no sugar options for my sister, so we can both enjoy our boba fix! I've had their Thai MT & their strawberry MT! Both are solid! Not to mention they have cheesefoam! Anyplace that has cheesefoam is a place for me!
