I don't think I have been to this location since I lived in Anaheim years ago. The girl who took our order was really nice. She took our order quickly and got it fast too! It's nicely sized inside the parking lot is a little weird but I was able to find parking! I enjoyed my drink so did baby girl but the flavor was not that sweet today at all! I've been here several times in the past few weeks, and I do like their drinks, even though I'd rather go to a boba/tea shop. The prices are on the higher side for drinks. Corporate doesn't care about the needs or wages of their workers. During a weekend rush, they had only one teen girl staffing the entire store and she stated nobody was scheduled to come in to assist her for 3-4 hours. She was a one person operation and was overworked to the point of literally crying. Customers were very sympathetic and supportive of her and her tips were overflowing at the very least. She had no down time and was doing her absolute best to take everyone's orders. First time coming to this Jamba Juice location in Tustin. Decided to place an online order and pick up from this location since I was in the area. Heads up for online orders for some reason certain stores actually charge more for the same type of drink. Orders may take 15 to 20 minutes depending how busy they are. Once your order is made and if you're not there yet to pick up, they will place your drink in a refrigerator temporarily. I still suggest to get it once it's freshly made so it tastes the best and with all the flavors mixed together. This plaza had lots of other stores and plenty of parking. This Jamba Juice was not attached to the large plaza of stores, but a location towards the street. So in case you're looking for the store, look for the building facing the street. On this visit, I decided to try the White Gummi and the Orange Dream Machine. I haven't had a White Gummi in a long time, so I decided to give this drink variation a try from my usual. I would say this drink was Ok. Nothing too interesting. The Orange Dream Machine was nice, sweet and tart. Since the weather is getting warmer I suggest you drink your smoothie fast or else it melts and the liquids start to separate. Service here is great, they make your orders right and no complaints about that. The only thing I would think would be off was that when I got my drinks, they were slightly melted even though they were pulled from the bottom fridge. Not sure if their fridge was strong enough that day, but still was a pleasant visit. Worth giving this Jamba Juice a try if you are in the area. Plus you can grab a drink and doing some shopping in the area or do shopping first and then treat yourself to a smoothie afterwards. read more

This is a pretty good Jamba Juice in the area. I like it because it is close to many other places that we shop, so it's just convenient. Nearby is Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Target, and Homegoods. They are always friendly there and don't mind customizing one of the smoothies to be a little different for my husband. They get the drinks out fast and make sure you know which one is yours. As for the 4 stars? Sometimes they get the drinks out a little too fast- like today for instance. My smoothie wasn't completely blended so there were chunks of fruit. It still tasted good, it was just annoying to drink since it wouldn't go up the straw easily. Go here if ya wanna enjoy a nice smoothie while ya shop somewhere, or if you need a little pick me up when you're done shopping! read more

I came to this location today (4/15) around 3:20 PM and there was a man that was helping me. He was the RUDEST individual I have ever encountered at this location. I ordered a chunky strawberry, they gave me the wrong bowl even though i asked beforehand if it was a chunky strawberry. I reiterated to them more than once I ordered a chunky strawberry and still got the wrong bowl. The other girl helping me was very sweet and apologetic, I wasn't even upset at first. But the man was so hostile it completely ruined my experience. Management should revisit training procedures with this employee when it comes to dealing with customers. My kids and I visit this Jamba Juice regularly but the other day there was only one person working so we were forced to order on the kiosk. Normally I always order a medium and have it split into two small cups for my two kids. But since I was forced to order on the kiosk there is no option for a split cup on any of the size options. So I ordered a medium and asked for an extra cup. The employee told me that you can only get an extra cup with a large. But NOWHERE on the kiosk or the sign in the store does it say that anywhere. If you were going to continue to allow the store to be ran with only one employee at all hours of the day and force customers to order through the kiosk, then it needs to be very clear on what you can and cannot get when ordering on the kiosk. It's incredibly frustrating that this information is not anywhere to be seen in the store, especially when it's something that I order all the time, but since I was unable to order through a live person then moving forward, you guys really need to make sure that your requirements are perfectly clear to customers because it is very frustrating. read more

I came here 2 days ago. I haven't had time to write a review until now. I ordered a large chocolate moo'd, a medium mango a go go and child's strawberry smoothie. I was disappointed that I couldn't even drink the chocolate smoothie through the straw because it was so think from the banana. I didn't end up drinking it! The mango a go go was missing an inch of smoothie from the rim of the cup. Like she didn't measure enough. The child smoothie had no flavor. It was like sour strawberries. From time to time I come in here to get a smoothie instead of my usual coffee next door. It is almost always busy and the fresh food counter is almost always empty. The store is very small and makes it akward while waiting for your order. I have noticed over the years they take some of the better choices off the menu. You can order them by name but you wont see them listed. A lot of the workers are also un familiar with the drinks and cant tell you whats inside. The prices have also been slowly creeping up to about $5.50 and up for a regular size smoothie. Maybe its their new serving cups that cause a spike in price. There us always a free boost however they dont ask you anymore which one you would like. So usually I forget to ask for one. Even though the smoothie I got today tasted as good and consistent as other stores, I almost choked several times as the chunks would get stuck in the straw and then shoot up my wind pipe... UPDATE: The area manager reached out almost immediately after my review and we talked over the issue. It turns out this is a persistent problem with the Jamba app. So if you're placing an order within the Jamba app, be aware that anything you put in the notes will not make it to the store preparing your order. I really appreciate how quickly the brass at Jamba reached out to fix this for me. Since it turns out it really has nothing to do with the store, I'm updating my review to reflect that. The staff are great and I can't blame them for not receiving the correct information on the order. Still not sure what's up with the phones there but that also isn't isolated to this one store. The only thing keeping me from giving them that 5th star is the app now. :) Original review: I love Jamba but there's a huge inconsistency problem with this store in particular. I place the same order with the same instructions via the mobile app and I seem to be rolling the dice on what I'll get when I arrive to pick it up. Despite putting in LARGE, ALL CAPITAL LETTERS that my wife has a banana allergy, there's often banana mixed into her order. This is unacceptable and I've even spoken to a district manager about it. Their advice: call the store after placing the mobile order to make sure they get the notes. That only works if they answer the phone and so far I'm unconvinced a phone exists in the store - my calls go unanswered. Sorry Jamba. We're breaking up. read more
