This place is next to everything on Tustin avenue. The people working here are always friendly and on thier job, many times I have called it in to save time in the morning. They do have some seating but parking can be hard to find in the middle of day hours. The store always looks great! To me, Jamba Juice, Robeks as well as the Mom & Pop & the Latino juice places are special. After all Pepsi has done to push itself into Latin America at the expense of the people's health it is good to see fruit juice bite into thier demographic. Jamba Juice now has coffee, wow, did not expect that to be added along with breakfast, lunch, snacks, grass drink and oatmeal. Went to pick up my 2 hungry buds from school today, and decided "why not get a quick lunch at Jamba Juice?" (... and 30 min. later, go to a sit down restaurant ... see Scottie's Smokehouse BBQ) Since I'm half health freak half foodie, I needed to get my daily fruits and vegetables in. And since we were gonna break dance in a couple hours, I figured I could knock out my 5 servings with a wheat grass shot and a small all fruit smoothie. I decided to stray away my usual dosage of Protein Berry Workout and aimed for something that I can't EASILY make at home - 16oz all fruit Peach Perfection w/ a 2 oz ($3.25!) wheat grass shot . One of my buddes got a 16oz jamba light Strawberry Nirvana and decided to hit up a 2 oz wheat grass shot with me. We downed the wheat grass shot, and by his face I can tell he was pretty disgusted (LoL =p) And after that, we chased it with our drinks. - This is the 3rd wheat grass shot I have taken in my life and it was still horrible in every way, but you gotta do what you gotta do to stay healthy Ha! It reminded me of when I was young and I used to imitate cows. *take bite out from grass* O well, no pain no gain. - My Peach Perfection was very rich in sugar. It's one of those smoothies that defines the word - Zing! Not a pucker, but an eye opener for sure. Almost similar to the Coldbuster's definition of - Ehwk, but w/out the puckering of the lips. The peach flavor was definitely there, but the citrus flavor was pretty overpowering (not as bad as the Coldbuster though...) - On the other hand, my buddies Strawberry Nirvana was pretty good. It really defined the word - ooo ahh. It wasn't overly strawberried like the Strawberries Wild, and it had a faint dairy flavor which complimented it's suttle strawberry taste. A relaxing taste, if you will. Both smoothies were thick in consistency, not as thick as the sherbet Classics, but not runny at all. From my last Jamba review, this place shot up 2 stars from flavor alone! But as always, you'll encounter great service from 2-3 plastic employees who are on top of their job of being quick, clean, and using their over the top flare. For some reason this Jamba Juice doesn't have the same service or quantity of drinks as their other local stores. I ordered my usual Large White Gummy Bear drink to be split in two but when both cups came out they were quite small. Usually most stores would have the cup at least filled to the top with the drink but it was only 80% full for both cups. Not sure why that's the case since it seemed like it split a Medium in half rather than the Large. Or maybe not putting in enough ingredients in the first place? Less quantity on the drink does not make a happy customer. The taste still tasted great but still disappointed about the quantity. Don't order online! I ordered online before they closed. When I went in the individual working the front asked if I had ordered online. I said yes and she said were not making the order because you ordered past 7:00 PM. I proceeded to show her the email and it clearly stated the order was placed before 7. She said well by the time it got to us it was past 7. I was ok with that and asked for my refund. That's where I had a problem. They said they couldn't give me a refund and gave me a number to call. This location has been here a long time. It's actually kinda surprising to me that Jamba Juice is still around as a company. A little bit too pricey for something that's not too special. Had the strawberry banana and white gummy bear smoothie (secret menu) before. Tastes good, but very sugary. Really feel like I can make it at home. They sell food here too, but from the display case, it looks not too fresh. This location is relatively busy and the staff is nice. Very loud inside. Small, but clean store. I totally understand that Covid has made things difficult for businesses and I don't complain unless I don't get a resolution to my issue. My family placed 2 orders through the app prior to the store closing and when they arrived, the staff member told them they cancelled the order because they were closed. The problem is - they didn't cancel the order and I was still charged for my order. When we asked for a refund - the response from the manager was there's nothing he could do and that they were just employees and gave us the number to corporate. This number is not a valid number and it's the same number on the internet. So there's no way to call corporate. I used the form on the website to submit my concern and the response was that I would get a call back from the store. I have not gotten a call back. This is an example of pretty poor service from a place we go to quite often. read more

However, if you choose to remain open I expect the same level of service I was accustomed to prior to COVID-19. As far as I know, the virus didn't effect the recipes for any of the drinks. If I could put 0 stars I would. I've been going to this location almost 14 years and call my order ahead 95% of the time to avoid lingering inside. Especially during COVID-19 concerns, I've gone out of my way to go to stores and restaurants where you can call ahead to order and either run in to grab it or they bring it out curbside. Wednesday 7/15 I call multiple times between 6:06pm-6:20pm while waiting for Panera to bring my food out and each time it rings and rings and rings with no answer. First time I assumed they closed an hour earlier than Yelp stated since it was just a few minutes past the hour. Next time I'm thinking maybe they were busy... Finally I decide I'll drive by since my friend really wanted one and see what's going on. There was one customer inside. I walked in and politely asked if they were having issues with their phones because I'd been calling for quite some time with no answer. The woman at the register apologized and said it was because they had a rush right before I came in. She must have told a supervisor because the man who handed me my drink apologized stating his team member let him know I commented about the unanswered phone. He said he was on a management call and that's why it went unanswered but rest assured it shouldn't happen again. Sure I'll give them a free pass this time. Now come Saturday 7/18, a mere 4 days later, I call to place another order and here we are again with the phone ringing and ringing until my cell gives up ringing. I call again and same thing. I call again and after 2 rings they pick up then hang up. I assumed my cell dropped the call so I call again and same 2 rings then pick up/hang up. One last time and it rings until my cell gives up with the ringing again. I called as I set out from home at 2:22pm and last try was as I was turning into their parking lot at 2:27pm. I almost turned around because I assumed it must be packed considering it was 85+ degrees out but I pull up and they're open with one customer waiting inside! ONE CUSTOMER! no big rush... no line out the door... employees leisurely wandering about with no sign of rushing to complete a plethora of online orders perhaps I wasn't privy to... nothing! I am met by Klarissa the team lead who answered my polite inquiry about possible phone troubles with a dismissive yeah we're not doing phone orders anymore just use the app. I was there 4 days ago and no mention of that... I asked if there was a sign I missed that was posted stating that... How about an outgoing voice message on the phone stating that... How about answering the phone and explaining - perhaps I'll take your order this time as a courtesy but moving forward our new policy is app order... Nope - I was met with yet another dismissive that's just how it is now and no we aren't going to change anything about this alleged policy change they haven't publicly notified anyone about. (paraphrase not quote) I've read other reviews stating the app doesn't properly transmit order details/modifications which does not entice me to use it. I generally prefer to speak to a person so the order hopefully is made correctly the first time without any misunderstandings. They evidently are far too busy to feel accepting a few phone orders isn't a worthy use of time. I've tried my best to support local businesses during the COVID-19 closures and I've found myself extending more leeway than usual for delays, service shortcomings and even slightly less than usual quality due to the ever-changing regulations they have to comply with but I've just had enough. This is not how you run a business! The icing on the cake... the QR code they put on the receipt to fill out a survey goes nowhere. I tried 3 separate apps and all just came up with gibberish. My friend loves Jamba and he isn't able to leave home so I offer to pick things up when I can but I won't be going to Jamba again. I'll take his $7 and go to another local smoothie place who is happy to have my business be it by phone, app or otherwise. read more

I like Jamba Juice, and this is one of the better locations I've been to; the drinks here never taste like they've been watered down. Tip: I highly recommend the Pink Star; try one if you haven't already. You won't find it on the menu; it's one of the hidden choices; the taste is almost exactly like pink starburst! :-) I've noticed that the service at this location has decidedly improved in recent months. The Jamba Juice here at the the Village Mall in Orange is decent in that the product is similar to other locations. And it's not the product that turns me off, more than it is the set up of the place. I know this is out of the store's control, but the parking spaces in the area just outside the store are too small. They're not big enough to fit my car. And getting dings and scratches can be a deterrent in me going any place. The inside of the store is clean, but it's too austere and doesn't have the life or draw that places have. Even though people are more health-conscious, places like this Jamba Juice don't market themselves as fun or inspired as other places. The prices also never are adjusted for deflation (which we've had this past year), so that can definitely attribute to some of the apparent lack of patronage. Although they do have some promotions, it's only unique to certain days of the week. Usually when I want some smoothie, it's kinda spurt of the moment and not planned. I'm the type that would never know what sort of special is going, if any, when I come waltzing in. Some signage or banners outside the store promoting their daily special would be helpful. Punch cards or free samples would also help out. More tables and encouraging people to hang out and sit a while is a definite and easy change that Jamba Juice, but this location in particular, can implement. The hanging out portion may replicate some of the success of nearby coffee shops. Perhaps throw in free wi-fi to sweeten the deal. Again the product is good and consistent, and the service is on par, but the franchise's model needs changing. This particular Jamba Juice can lead the way in the change to attract more customers because they simply can't afford to get by solely on the fact that they are in a highly traversed corridor (Tustin Street). read more

Especially now that I have not only a picky toddler but also a sick one who has not been able to keep any solid food down for over 11 days and is relying wholly on breastmilk, ice cubes, and smoothies for nutrition......... my single gripe is that there are often many inconsistencies in the end product. 90% of the time I go to Jamba Juice I order a large Apples & Greens, replacing the banana (which makes my strange toddler gag) with blueberries. The smoothies are always really delicious, but what takes the rating down a few rungs is the very lack-luster service. Now, I KNOW its a Jamba Juice, and I'm not holding them to the same standards as a fine dining institution, but geez! Say "Hi!" when someone walks in... or at the very least when they come to the register. Don't just look at me with a blank "Whut?" expression on your face. The lighting inside is really dark too. I have been to this Jamba Juice many times as it is the only location near my house. Half the time when I pay for extra ingredients, they are not included. The drinks are always inconsistently made and I have to wait for them to be remade on many occasions. I have now resorted to watching them make my smoothie to make sure it is made correctly. I visited on 7/24 at 9am and once again had an unpleasant experience. I paid for extra ingredients and they were completely excluded from the drink. When I asked for it to be remade, they squeezed it on top of my already incorrect drink and reblended it in front of me. I was forced to leave with my botched drink and the other drinks I ordered. The drinks gave me and my coworkers stomach pain the entire day. The service at this location is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and visit another location or find a Juice It Up! read more

Great service by Melissa!! I usually go to the Anaheim Hills Jamba Juice, but it was closed at 8pm. It was around 8:20.. I called the Orange Jamba and found out they closed at 8:30. Explained to Jennifer that I was on my way. When I got there she had my smoothies ready to go!!
