I ordered a normal strawberry ice cream with a sugar cone and got my order right away since I was the only one there. I had mininal interaction with the staff aside from my order. Pretty bad picture i got but to be honest it wasn't what i expected for the name to be cheesecake fantasy i expected it to have like cheesecake bites in it or taste more like cheesecake than it did. Honestly for me it just tasted like vanilla ice cream with the berries added which contrary to the name are two different things. Service here was okay an older gentleman got a little upset because my wife entered the wrong number for the rewards program they had but other than that everything was fine. They have two tables out front to sit at and eat your ice cream but inside theres no tables and is pretty small. I ordered online for pickup and when I got home I found basically one intact Oreo in the center of my ice cream. I didn't realize this was a do-it-yourself venture. When I'm paying $10 for ice cream it assume somebody would have done their job. They also got our order wrong and gave my wife the wrong choco taco. What a waste of $20 read more

My wife and I walked in cold stone and both of the employees gave us great eye contact, and both said hello!! Aiden was extremely friendly and offered suggestions and I wound up getting the birthday cake remix, my wife got a strawberry mango smoothie. Aiden was very nice and communicative when asking us if we mind waiting a couple minutes for her to make some fresh smoothie mix. She was very professional. Came here to have ice cream with a friend. The entrance was next to the Taco Bell. The lady at the store was super helpful and sweet. She let me sample the ice cream to know which one to pick. I tried the cake batter ice cream and the sweet cream ice cream. Cake batter was really sweet so I went for the sweet cream ice cream with pecans mixed in. I took the Like it size (smallest size). She mixed it right there for me! Although it looks small, it's actually a lot of ice cream and very rich! My friend got the chocolate mix in that is on the menu. It was really good, but it does have syrup mixed in so it is very sweet. Bring your own water! We also got a waffle cookie bowl to share (plain kind, $1.99 if I remember correctly). It was very delicious with a hint of cinnamon. The store is clean with AC. There is also a fridge with ice cream cookies and cakes if you want to buy those. However there is no indoor seating, so we ate outside (the ice cream melts fast in the hot summer!). Price wise, for college students, I would usually go to Yogurtland if I wanted a special treat, but I had a gift card so I came here. It was about $10 per person for the ice cream and shared waffle. The ice cream is so rich that it is worth it if you can afford it (but for college students if you need ice cream every week and are short on money I recommend buying a box from Walmart). read more

They did a well job at putting some toppings that complemented the ice cream and unlike other companies, they smashed their ingredients into the ice cream, so it left a flavorful toppings all inside of the ice cream instead of at the end of eating the ice cream with no toppings. We don't go out for ice cream very often. However, on 4th of July my wife wanted ice cream, so this is where we landed. The store was clean. They had lots of choices available. 2 Employees working behind the counter. Wife and I both ordered a "Like It" cup. I took the free topping in mine. My wife got an extra topping. The differential in quantity between the 2 cups was staggering. She got what could be classified as an extra scoop compared to mine. Went to pay......$19 for what was essentially 2 kid's cups of ice cream. The 2 girls working there were not super friendly. I would say there were probably not happy to be working on 4th of July.....then again, minimum wage is $20 and it was a holiday, so they were making time and a half....($30) and hour. I liked how there were a variety of ice creams to choose from and how you could mix in different toppings you could mix in, but there was a bunch of ice cream and there was only one size so if it was too much ice cream, I would either have to throw it away or take it home. Once the bags are packed in the trunk, I can walk over and eat my feelings further with a Birthday Cake Remix that has both cake batter ice cream and pieces of chocolate brownie. I usually go with the "Like It" size as it's a lot of sugar, and my body usually hates me halfway through. As others have noted, the sizing of your portion depends on who is working behind the counter, and with that, the speed of service reflects that too. The last two times it's just been one overworked staff member with a line of peeps waiting for dessert. Another set of hand would help alleviate the poor person trying to juggle 20 different orders and ring people up at the same time. Located between Taco Bell and Togos in the Target shopping center sits Cold Stone. Parking is decent. Like the name, it's made on a cold Stone. You Pick the flavor, and Pick your add ins, Then they slab it together and serve in a bowl, waffle Cone, waffle bowl ect. Pre designed flavors are also available. Service is good with a smile, but can be slow if they are busy. They also ran out of peanut chocolate waffle bowls. Cold Stones is Back! 3.5 Stars and rounding up. New name, new staff, new phone number, and new yogurt bar! The staff is nice. I do miss the singing they used to do when you would leave a tip. Easy parking, also. I stick to my regular: 1) Cake Batter; 2) Banana; 3) Brownie; 4) Caramel. The Entertainment Guide has a deal. You can get two like it size ice creams with one add in for $6 bucks. before today, my experiences at this cold stone were good. today, my experience was terrible and i will never return (i've been coming my whole life...) this snotty blonde girl (like 5'5 or under and thin, with baggy khaki pants and stringy bleached blonde hair in a ponytail) working there refused to get me water when i politely asked. she told me i could buy water... i spent $20 on two cups of ice cream, so i didn't want to spend more on dasani (ew) water. i went outside, then realized it shoudlnt really be that hard to get water. i went inside, saw the brat on her phone, and then i asked if they have water or if they don't. the girl once again told me to buy it if i want it. i asked if they have cups and water. she said yes. i said great & asked "can you please get that for me?" she scoffed at me and got my water. i asked if it was really that hard as i took it and she started arguing with me on my way out the door... entitled gen z brat ipad baby who didn't want to do her job.... will never return. what a shame TO THE OWNER: CHECK YOUR CAMERAS! I visited this location last week and as I waited in line to be helped I observed the associate ring out a customer that paid in cash, she was wearing gloves she took the cash and gave the customer change. She did not change her gloves as she went to help the customer in front of me who ordered a shake that had brownies in it she cut the brownie and picked it up with the same hand she had just handled dirty money with and the same dirty gloves! We have had a couple of gift cards for Cold Stone and decided to use them during this heatwave. After reading reviews for several of the locations we went to the Tustin Ave store. There were only a couple of people in front of us and by the time it was our turn we had just decided. The two young ladies working were more than pleasant and took care of us in short order. Placed 3 orders for pickup on Doordash. When I arrived, it was a very long wait, 20mins, just to pickup ice cream with only one person working. When it came time to pick up, she handed me only two orders, and when I asked about the third she told me it did not show up on her system. I showed her the app and receipt showing it was paid for and marked ready for pickup by the store. The employee continue to refuse to give me my third order. I had to call the store manager to resolve this issue; but, the store manager was extremely rude. He told me it was not his problem and that I can't have my order. As a business owner, he did not step up to provide service to the customer and to contact doordash on his end as the merchant selling the goods. This store is terribly run. During this time, my two ice creams melted as it took over 45 mins to not get anywhere with the store manager and employee regarding the third order. read more

Talk about wasteful. We spent almost $20 on the smallest size cups and paid extra for additional toppings just to have them waste it. Not only that, when I tried to ask them to add it to my cup, she was rude, rolled her eyes at me and asked, "you want this little bit"? She didn't let me answer and proceeded to keep throwing it away. Lady, I'm pregnant and I am serious about my ice-cream! My family and I went into your Orange store a few weeks ago and I have been meaning to post this. As we were waiting in line the customer in front of us was being somewhat rude to your employee. As a mother and a customer I was very proud of her, you can tell she's a high school student but she acted better than most adults would have. She was so kind and patient with that customer, and he eventually changed his tone and thanked her as he left. She greeted us with a smile, did not let his rudeness affect her attitude towards the next customer. Her name was Gianna. We will gladly be back, please hire more students like her. Very generous on the add-in's, friendly, and even put one order in the freezer while completing a second.
