Pretty bad picture i got but to be honest it wasn't what i expected for the name to be cheesecake fantasy i expected it to have like cheesecake bites in it or taste more like cheesecake than it did. Honestly for me it just tasted like vanilla ice cream with the berries added which contrary to the name are two different things. Service here was okay an older gentleman got a little upset because my wife entered the wrong number for the rewards program they had but other than that everything was fine. I ordered online for pickup and when I got home I found basically one intact Oreo in the center of my ice cream. I didn't realize this was a do-it-yourself venture. My wife and I walked in cold stone and both of the employees gave us great eye contact, and both said hello!! Aiden was extremely friendly and offered suggestions and I wound up getting the birthday cake remix, my wife got a strawberry mango smoothie. Aiden was very nice and communicative when asking us if we mind waiting a couple minutes for her to make some fresh smoothie mix. She was very professional. Came here to have ice cream with a friend. The entrance was next to the Taco Bell. The lady at the store was super helpful and sweet. She let me sample the ice cream to know which one to pick. I tried the cake batter ice cream and the sweet cream ice cream. Cake batter was really sweet so I went for the sweet cream ice cream with pecans mixed in. I took the Like it size (smallest size). She mixed it right there for me! Although it looks small, it's actually a lot of ice cream and very rich! My friend got the chocolate mix in that is on the menu. It was really good, but it does have syrup mixed in so it is very sweet. Bring your own water! We also got a waffle cookie bowl to share (plain kind, $1.99 if I remember correctly). It was very delicious with a hint of cinnamon. The store is clean with AC. There is also a fridge with ice cream cookies and cakes if you want to buy those. However there is no indoor seating, so we ate outside (the ice cream melts fast in the hot summer!). Price wise, for college students, I would usually go to Yogurtland if I wanted a special treat, but I had a gift card so I came here. It was about $10 per person for the ice cream and shared waffle. The ice cream is so rich that it is worth it if you can afford it (but for college students if you need ice cream every week and are short on money I recommend buying a box from Walmart). read more

We don't go out for ice cream very often. However, on 4th of July my wife wanted ice cream, so this is where we landed. The store was clean. They had lots of choices available. 2 Employees working behind the counter. Wife and I both ordered a "Like It" cup. I took the free topping in mine. My wife got an extra topping. The differential in quantity between the 2 cups was staggering. She got what could be classified as an extra scoop compared to mine. Went to pay......$19 for what was essentially 2 kid's cups of ice cream. The 2 girls working there were not super friendly. I would say there were probably not happy to be working on 4th of July.....then again, minimum wage is $20 and it was a holiday, so they were making time and a half....($30) and hour. Once the bags are packed in the trunk, I can walk over and eat my feelings further with a Birthday Cake Remix that has both cake batter ice cream and pieces of chocolate brownie. I usually go with the "Like It" size as it's a lot of sugar, and my body usually hates me halfway through. As others have noted, the sizing of your portion depends on who is working behind the counter, and with that, the speed of service reflects that too. The last two times it's just been one overworked staff member with a line of peeps waiting for dessert. Another set of hand would help alleviate the poor person trying to juggle 20 different orders and ring people up at the same time. You Pick the flavor, and Pick your add ins, Then they slab it together and serve in a bowl, waffle Cone, waffle bowl ect. Pre designed flavors are also available. Service is good with a smile, but can be slow if they are busy. They also ran out of peanut chocolate waffle bowls. Easy parking, also. I stick to my regular: 1) Cake Batter; 2) Banana; 3) Brownie; 4) Caramel. The Entertainment Guide has a deal. You can get two like it size ice creams with one add in for $6 bucks. I visited this location last week and as I waited in line to be helped I observed the associate ring out a customer that paid in cash, she was wearing gloves she took the cash and gave the customer change. We have had a couple of gift cards for Cold Stone and decided to use them during this heatwave. After reading reviews for several of the locations we went to the Tustin Ave store. There were only a couple of people in front of us and by the time it was our turn we had just decided. The two young ladies working were more than pleasant and took care of us in short order. Placed 3 orders for pickup on Doordash. When I arrived, it was a very long wait, 20mins, just to pickup ice cream with only one person working. When it came time to pick up, she handed me only two orders, and when I asked about the third she told me it did not show up on her system. I showed her the app and receipt showing it was paid for and marked ready for pickup by the store. The employee continue to refuse to give me my third order. I had to call the store manager to resolve this issue; but, the store manager was extremely rude. He told me it was not his problem and that I can't have my order. As a business owner, he did not step up to provide service to the customer and to contact doordash on his end as the merchant selling the goods. This store is terribly run. We live around the corner and enjoy some Cold Stone once in awhile. However, we went in tonight and it reminded me how much of a rip off it is! We ordered 2 create your own "Like it" sizes with different toppings. They left half the brownie and some of the ice cream out just to throw it away instead of just adding it to my cup. My family and I went into your Orange store a few weeks ago and I have been meaning to post this. As we were waiting in line the customer in front of us was being somewhat rude to your employee. As a mother and a customer I was very proud of her, you can tell she's a high school student but she acted better than most adults would have. She was so kind and patient with that customer, and he eventually changed his tone and thanked her as he left.
