    Cold Stone Menu

My wife and I walked in cold stone and both of the employees gave us great eye contact, and both said hello!! Aiden was extremely friendly and offered suggestions and I wound up getting the birthday cake remix, my wife got a strawberry mango smoothie. Aiden was very nice and communicative when asking us if we mind waiting a couple minutes for her to make some fresh smoothie mix. She was very professional. This cold stone feels a lot nicer and better than it used to be. And we enjoy coming here and will be back. Thanks Aiden!

Came in around 9 staff was getting ready to close and cleaning, they welcomed us even tho they seem annoyed we came in. Ordered 3 different types of ice cream. They were friendlier as our transaction progressed. Place was clean. Might try again sometime probably at an earlier time.

Sweet cream ice creams + pecans mixed ice cream Like it size with Waffle

Came here to have ice cream with a friend. The entrance was next to the Taco Bell. The lady at the store was super helpful and sweet. She let me sample the ice cream to know which one to pick. I tried the cake batter ice cream and the sweet cream ice cream. Cake batter was really sweet so I went for the sweet cream ice cream with pecans mixed in. I took the Like it size (smallest size). She mixed it right there for me! Although it looks small, it's actually a lot of ice cream and very rich! My friend got the chocolate mix in that is on the menu. It was really good, but it does have syrup mixed in so it is very sweet. Bring your own water! We also got a waffle cookie bowl to share (plain kind, $1.99 if I remember correctly). It was very delicious with a hint of cinnamon. The store is clean with AC. There is also a fridge with ice cream cookies and cakes if you want to buy those. However there is no indoor seating, so we ate outside (the ice cream melts fast in the hot summer!). Price wise, for college students, I would usually go to Yogurtland if I wanted a special treat, but I had a gift card so I came here. It was about $10 per person for the ice cream and shared waffle. The ice cream is so rich that it is worth it if you can afford it (but for college students if you need ice cream every week and are short on money I recommend buying a box from Walmart).

    Yummy !!!

This was really good. I recommend the they our strawberry blonde. They did a well job at putting some toppings that complemented the ice cream and unlike other companies, they smashed their ingredients into the ice cream, so it left a flavorful toppings all inside of the ice cream instead of at the end of eating the ice cream with no toppings. This makes it unique.

Sometimes after a Target run, you just need a sweet treat to numb yourself of all the money you just spent after some unintentional retail therapy. That's where this Coldstone comes in. Once the bags are packed in the trunk, I can walk over and eat my feelings further with a Birthday Cake Remix that has both cake batter ice cream and pieces of chocolate brownie. I usually go with the "Like It" size as it's a lot of sugar, and my body usually hates me halfway through. As others have noted, the sizing of your portion depends on who is working behind the counter, and with that, the speed of service reflects that too. The last two times it's just been one overworked staff member with a line of peeps waiting for dessert. Another set of hand would help alleviate the poor person trying to juggle 20 different orders and ring people up at the same time. It's definitely gets warm inside, so be prepared for your ice cream to melt faster than usual, too!

I like it simple. Plain ice cream no toppings. Not plain as in Vanilla, just plan old ice cream. I just let the beast order. He usually orders some kind of coffee mix and I have a few bites. Located between Taco Bell and Togos in the Target shopping center sits Cold Stone. Parking is decent. Like the name, it's made on a cold Stone. You Pick the flavor, and Pick your add ins, Then they slab it together and serve in a bowl, waffle Cone, waffle bowl ect. Pre designed flavors are also available. Service is good with a smile, but can be slow if they are busy. They also ran out of peanut chocolate waffle bowls. Boooo Not my fave icecream in the area but on a hot summer day it satisfied my icecream need.

They close the door before posted closing time and then signal that they are closed. Ought to improve customer service.

Amarith Bakehouse - Photo of cupcakes received

(Also posting on their Farmhouse Yelp because I'm not sure which is correct)…read more I visited the Amarith Cafe website under the "Bakehouse" section and saw that they offered custom decorated cupcakes. I called the Orange location to place an order, but they informed me that custom orders needed to be placed through the Garden Grove location and provided me with their contact information. When I called Garden Grove, I requested 24 funfetti-flavored cupcakes decorated with a rainbow theme. I wasn't particular about the exact design but specified that they should include rainbows or have colorful decorations. The person taking my order assured me that I would receive a call the following weekend to confirm the design. That call never came, but I assumed "rainbow" was a clear enough instruction. The week before my scheduled pickup, I called to confirm my order and requested to add six more cupcakes. I specifically asked, "These will be rainbow, right?" and was told yes. On the pickup day, my husband retrieved the cupcakes, but the six additional ones I had ordered the previous week were missing. Staff had to quickly add them that morning, and while understandable, they ended up being vanilla instead of funfetti. However, none of the cupcakes--neither the original 24 nor the additional six--had any rainbow decorations or color at all. Additionally, the boxes provided for the cupcakes have a perforated middle designed to keep them in place, but it was flimsy and sagged in the box, causing nearly all of the cupcakes to fall over during transport to the party. While the cupcakes themselves tasted good, I was disappointed by the order confusion, lack of decoration, and the fact that they arrived smashed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

I have been on their mailing list for years now, and joined their app when it became available. For whatever reason, someone at some point keyed in Sahwna in their system. I can say that despite the million other names I have been called or written, this is yet another new one. After seeing that my profile had it right, I asked them several times to fix it only to be ignored. I decided to stop by this last week to try their New Fashioned Marble cake, which is delicious by the way. If only it was a permanent flavor. Sadly I didn't make it the day before and my BOGO offer expired, but this was the first day of that cake and so I headed over to pay full price for two, because it's hard to drive all the way over for one. It was a very long morning and took me forever to get there but I went and got that cake and a second flavor. I asked if I could provide my phone number to get my points. The employee told me their wifi was down but that she would print my receipt to scan for points. After waiting, and waiting and watching her randomly pull a half inch of blank paper off the printer several times periodically and waddle them up, she went in the back. She told me that the printer was also not working and that I would need to call in a few hours. Fine. I guess they were still able to take money of course. Later in the evening I called and explained the situation. I was basically told that had I had the card I used linked in the app and used that same one, this wouldn't have been an issue. Oh, sorry, I guess that's my fault. She told me that I would need to come back to the store to get my receipt. Excuse me? It's not close. While she was friendly I was getting tired of it becoming my issue. She asked for my number and texted my receipt in an electronic form. I asked if I could add this in the app and she said that might work. So I try to add it in the app, and naturally it wants me to take a photo of a receipt I can't take a new photo of. I contacted their support and explained my situation and send the electronic version as an attachment. I was told that I would be contacted within two days and to reply to this email if I needed anything. Three days later I wrote again and also replied to that email asking for my missing points since this was not my fault. Still no answer. I wrote again on day four. Still no answer. So basically don't bother contacting their support for anything (two situations for me now) because you will just be blindly ignored, and given two middle fingers, and if their stuff breaks that's your problem. Less points for them to give so you can spend more before getting freebies.

I'm positive Mothers Day is a very busy day for you all, but no one should be on the receiving end of that type of sass from anyone, especially after paying close to $100 for a 6" inch cake. It definitely killed the excitement for the gender reveal with this cake tainted with attitude.
