We recently had our 23 year old shake shingle roof replaced by FourPeaks. The shake had no under sheathing so the job was much more complicated to go from shake to asphalt shingle and installing 153 sheets of new plywood under sheathing. FourPeaks did an outstandingly good job and was very responsive to all of our questions leading up to the work and during the work itself. I would like to make a call-out two to excellent employees, Brent who did a great job in putting together the estimate and answering questions. I called Four Peaks to set up a roof inspection because they were close to my house and had great reviews. I have concrete tiles and a few of them were broken. Carl Elsik arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and took some pictures to show me what was going on with the roof. Best decision I made was calling them for an estimate. My insurance didn't want to pay for my roof. They claimed the could just replace 33 wind damaged tiles and that the cost would be less than my deductible. They said I could find the tiles at Lowes or honeypot. Jadon at 4 Peaks went to see if they had them because he knew they haven't made them in years. Jason got my insurance to pay for my new roof by doing the extra leg work. He saved me $13K. Great guy. I got a few quotes from different companies. It was a little challenging as I do not hear well so I asked that I got answers in emails and/or texts. One of the companies was Four Peaks Roofing. They were responsive and said they could work with me not having insurance and funds were tight. They said they could further help me pricewise with a lower cost estimate with GAF shingle. We agreed on the said price and scheduled the work. During the work I was messaged that there were wood problems and it was going to cost me an extra $1000. Again they told me they could work with me. After completion I got another text asking for my signature and it was for an additional $4000 instead of the extra $1000. Well now the job was completed and we had our first rain and the roof is leaking. I no longer have a phone so I tried emailing the person that had been working with me and no response so I tried the web site and no response finally I used the phone at the library and called. They do not answer the phone. I left a message so they could email but so far still no answer. I am worried with the monsoons the leak is only going to get worse. What an ordeal. read more

Carl had some doubts about the cause, so he and Jason came back the next day to look at the situation. Turns out there's not any work to be done, really, so we haven't tested the quality of their product yet. Months ago, a Phoenix storm damaged the roof of my home. I am insured with Allstate. My roof was covered in 3-tab shingles, and Allstate initially approved a repair. Unknown to me, 3-tab shingles are no longer produced. I went to Yelp to look for a roofing company. The first vendor came to provide an estimate and informed me the entire roof needed replacement because of the 3-tab shingle issue. However, I would be left to deal with Allstate, and frankly, I did not matter in the least to this company. Was the job too small? I then reached out to Jason with Four Peaks Roofing. I am so grateful I found Jason and Carl. Jason and Carl worked with Allstate, and I am now the proud recipient of a new roof. Jason and Carl's expertise ensured I received the full benefit of my insurance premiums. Even though the insurance process took approximately five months, Jason and Carl did not give up or forget about me. The communication was excellent, and any texts and emails were promptly responded to; Jason always picked up the phone when I phoned, and Carl promptly responded to emails. Four Peaks is a high class reputable outfit. I have a flat roof that needed to be re-coated. I obtained a bid from the roofing company that did my roof once before. They were running about eight weeks out so I got a bid from Four Peaks. Jason was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to complete my roof inside of two weeks, and they were also $3K cheaper than the other company. I was not shopping price nearly as much as I was shopping speed. No one reading this review wants to buy a new roof. No one. You're wondering, how much is this going to cost me? Can I trust this company? Should I get a few quotes? How do I know the good from the bad? Well, I went through the whole process. There was something about Jason that was a bit different. By this I mean he answered the phone or got right back to me and out of the gate was making recommendations that were not in his favor to save me money. Instead of taking the business right away, he actually deployed his team to help work with my insurance company and after about 6 months due to insurance delays they were finally able to start work, keeping in contact the entire time and with the absolute most benefit to me. In the end, the roof did not cost me much and looks fantastic....ready for 2 or 3 more decades of use. I would strongly recommend Jason and Four Peaks Roofing. This project was for a rental property and I kept in contact with the neighbors......who all told me Four Peaks was fast, efficient and kept the property clean. We looked at numerous other companies to replace our aging roof and repair some failing structural beams. Four Peaks was price was in line with other companies but their responsiveness and professionalism was well above any other company we spoke with. Jason was extremely responsive and courteous and followed up on each request immediately. They were able to get started very quickly and their crew worked diligently to complete ethe repair & replacement. Some additional roof damage was found and Jeff clearly explained what was needed and had his team come in on Sunday to keep the project on schedule. Jason and Jeff both checked in throughout the project and once it was completed, Jason came back and walked the roof with us to show exactly what had been done and ensure that the quality was up to standard. During the project, we had neighbors ask who we were working with as they were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Four Peaks. We needed help in preparing our roof for solar panels, and they did a great job of working with us to assess our situation (rehab of an existing tile roof with aging underlayment), recommended a course of action that worked very well, and addressed all of our concerns, while staying within our planned budget. They were great to work with and modified their plan as we progressed, in order to have the best possible outcome. The sales and management teams were very helpful, and the crews that did the work were all very responsive to our questions/suggestions. I read in one of the other reviews that they were impressed with the crew scanning for stray nails, and they did it on our job too. There were quite a few roofing nuances of which we were not aware, and they discussed them with us. Jason, Jeff, and Greg all visited the site during installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and within our expectations. Great job overall and highly recommended. read more
