We recently used them to find a couch during their big sale and were quite pleased. It gets pretty packed and little intense with the crowds, however, the staff and their customer service were great! Especially one of their managers, Anthony, that was very kind and courteous with our request for timing our move into a new place with the pickup of the couch. Great guy to do business with - made it easy. They have some great looking furniture, so we'll definitely go back! The furniture is top-notch quality and style, the deals are plentiful at 50% off retail (sometimes more), and the staff is extremely helpful and resourceful. Michelle is the best -- she'll even call you if a piece you're hunting comes through her doors. I went through easily two dozen other furniture stores before I found this wonderful oasis. They're able to put you on a waitlist for items that may be delivered to the outlet - I have been able to get several items this way, as long as you are willing to be patient. Don't get me wrong I really REALLY like Four Hands! Their stuff is unique and (sometimes) well priced. It's always up and down though, I'll go in finding the coolest thing for a hugely discounted / deal and I'm thrilled! Or I'll go in, and the one or two things I want to consider are grossly overpriced. If you wait it out sometimes and come back a month later the piece might still be there, and discounted, but its always changing so hard to say on if you'll ever see it again... We have bought plenty from here, and had good experiences each time. However, and this is just a warning, If you are buying a large armoire / credenza / buffet or anything big... realllyyy do a once over. We bought a marble top counter and iron buffet combo. BEAUTIFUL PIECE the glass shelves were included for the top portion, however, we didn't know they would support almost ZERO weight. I had it delivered, its well over 300lbs, and when we put the shelves on it the glass and the mechanics behind how the glass was held were practically held up by duct tape! Someone @ four hands placed duct tape and painted it the color of the steel to look like the glass had a place to land when installed, and we didn't realize it was tape (thought it was forged bits of metal) until we got it home........ I had (luckily) a friend who could weld, and he spent about 5 hours at my space welding the iron into place to support the weight of the glass. The piece only cost me about $1,200 (very fair for marble and hand forged steel) but it would have been NICE to know that the design had serious flaws- and could have been very costly for me to hire a carpenter to even make it safe! Had we not noticed this all of our display pieces would have come crashing down! I love my pieces, have bought everything from this buffet (that I use for display in my showroom) as well as side tables and vases. Would recommend for sure, but just be sure all the parts and mechanics are working prior to paying. read more

I was eyeing the "bellvue round mirror" (47.75" reg. $710) but the one hanging had been sold. I asked the kind lady at the front & she said they had two more they were putting out the next day & to visit again tomorrow. I hung around a bit & she ended up having the guys bring one from the back for me to see. There were some flaws, so they brought out the other one for me to see. Then, the last one. They were so patient & kind. Cleaned the mirrors so I could see what kind of shape they were in & make a decision. I purchased the one I loved & I'm so happy with it! They were SO nice and helpful!
