Stacie also had fabric samples so when we were in the decision phase we could take some home to check them out in our space. The delivery guys were great and respectful of our space. An employee took me to a mattress comparable to mine, the offered me different pillows to try. With each pillow, he explained how it fit my neck and shoulders, helping me find the perfect pillow. The associate was very patient, and offered me as much time as I needed to be sure the pillow I chose was the best fit. While waiting to check out, he took me to a comfortable reclining chair in which to wait. He adjusted it for prefect alignment and turned on the heat. So relaxing! He offered to turn on the massage function, but I didn't have time to linger. I only wish I hadn't been under a time crunch!
