Um, hello! I don't know why I hadn't heard of the Four Hands Home Outlet sooner, but I'm so glad to know about it as I'm moving into a new house. Four Hands is high end furniture that is still out of my price range, but this outlet makes it accessible. Their items are still expensive, but they're marked way down. Personally, I was impressed with the markdowns. I was also impressed with the quality; the furniture in general, but also that even though this is an outlet every piece wasn't totally banged up like they are at some outlets. There is a lot of art too. If you have some pieces you need, I would recommend checking it out every now and then until a gem pops up that is perfect for your space. read more

I recently became a home owner and have been VERY drawn to the pieces Four Hands has to offer. I was recommended by several people to check out the outlet. I've gone several times to look in general and the customer service has always been wonderful. I was looking at a media piece for my living room when I was approached by an employee and she showed me one very similar. She said she had just gotten it out on the floor and I was immediately drawn to it. It has beautiful character and is very well made! I am looking forward to coming back for more great deals at the Four Hands Home Outlet. Be sure to swing by frequently because they are always putting new pieces on the floor! read more

Four Hands Outlet - Beautiful character to a media stand. Such a great deal! - Furniture Stores Near Me - Austin, Texas

Pretty furniture but fuck everyone who said it's a good deal. Only a bargain if you're loaded.

This is a "must stop shop" if you are in the market for quality furniture and decor. Their pricing is always incredibly fair and their customer service is superb. I always work with their customer support and sales consultant, Michelle Hickson. She is attentive, thoughtful and always shows a genuine passion for what she does. We have outfitted the majority of our home with Four Hands Outlet furniture. I highly recommend Four Hands Outlet. You just never know which new treasure you will stumble upon. Tip : I have the best luck on Thursdays and Fridays. read more

Love the furniture and decorations here. I just bought a sectional for under 1300, with an original price tag of 3000, the prices are unbeatable for the quality! Michelle is always there to help find the perfect piece for your home, highly recommend a visit. read more

Pretty interesting experience at this place. My husband and were referred to Four Hands by a great friend who furnished the majority of his house. We weren't necessarily looking for anything specific but knew we were downsizing our home which also meant downsizing furniture. I found something in the store that was already "red marked" a few times to a point where the cost of the item was only $95.00. The item was made of an unfinished marble that had two very large chunks broken off and another chunk that was clearly glued back on. In my personal opinion due to the large chunks missing it wasn't worth the $95.00 they were asking. I then went to the lady working the counter and asked her when they would be going back through the store to re-price items that have been "red marked". (Because again...it wasn't worth the $95.00 they were asking.) She informed me "the items have to be on the floor more than 6 months, and you will never see anything less than $95.00 in our store." I then asked what they do after six months and she said "the item goes in the trash." This was all after I had asked her once to reconsider the price and I would take it home with me on the spot...She basically told me that throwing the item in the trash was better than taking my $65.00 I was going to offer her. It wasn't that I couldn't get the piece for what I thought it was worth. I was insulted in the condescending tone in her voice and the fact that a company could be so wasteful. I guess I didn't need extremely broken and over priced furniture for the glam station I was tying to build. If you consider the culture of a company you patron, beware. read more

I recently purchased a cute chest of drawers for my home office and after I uncrated it and set it up, I saw that one of the metal feet was a bit damaged. Not very obvious nor does it affect the stability of the piece but, well, there it was on the back right foot. When I called to inform Four Hands, they were so very nice that I decided I did not really need to return it. Yes, that sounds a tad crazy but after thinking through the hassle of taking it back, waiting for another piece, I'm keeping it. The service has always been great and pricing is very fair for pieces that are not perfect. read more

Quite possibly my favorite furniture store in Austin. Be careful, you can drop some serious cash here. Not because it's really expensive. On the contrary, most items here are an exceptionally good deal and you'll say to yourself "how can I not buy everything and re-furnish my entire house?". It's day-by-day and week-by-week. If you go during the first weekend of one month--and then return the first weekend of the following month--it's highly unlikely you'll see any of the same pieces. Point - turnover is high. Don't be discouraged if you go one time and don't see anything you like. Next point - it's important that you walk through the aisles at least twice. They cram a ton into a small space, and you'll likely miss something during your first once-over. Moving on - their stuff is unique. This isn't Star Furniture (or God forbid - that Swedish place). These are higher end, somewhat rustic, partially modern designs. It's highly unlikely that you WON'T find something you like. Beware - much of the items are lightly damaged (scratched, cut, scuffed, dis-colored, etc). However, this light damage will save you lots of $$$. They had a beautiful, small-ish media cabinet with scratches and a small piece cut out of the bottom shelf. I saw the same exact piece at Crate & Barrel for $599. I paid $95 at Four Hands! No returns or exchanges. They'll help you get it into your car/truck. I simply cannot get enough read more

My wife and I are on a first name basis with Anthony- and not only because we have spent a ton of time and money here but because he is a great guy. When you go, and you should definitely go, look for Anthony. I have always been a fan of Four Hands Home, but in the past I felt like they were kind of pigeonholed into the Old World and Asian-styled furniture. In recent years my taste has trended toward more contemporary or at least what I like to think of as "timeless." I must not be alone because FHH has picked up on this too. They still have the Zen type vibe, but they have branched out quite a bit. When that stuff finds its way to the Outlet store it makes for a happy home. All of the favorite things in our new home have come from FHH. Go often. Inventory changes a lot. Just pop in when you're passing by. Say hi to Anthony for me. read more

Nice furniture at a heavily discounted price. The staff is helpful and provides bottled water, which is great. Unfortunately you cannot view the inventory online which makes it difficult for those of us who love the furniture but don't live in Austin. read more

I love and hate Four Hands... love their look but will likely stick with their tables, dining chairs, and accents and skip the upholstered stuff. Most of their stuff is awesome looking but the build quality leaves much to be desired. The Home store (retail) is just too expensive for the quality...you're paying for the look only so buyer beware. The outlet is better price-wise but finding pieces that are not massively damaged can be challenging. This weekend, we went out shopping for a nice reading chair and a tan leather chair at the outlet was in the top running but I was surprisingly disappointed with the build quality after peaking underneath... on a $1000 leather chair ($1600 retail) I found that the spring base was made of stretchy bands (like a beach chair) instead of steel and the joints were stapled and glued...very cheap construction that makes me question their quality in general. Great deals can be found though...we love their accent pieces, even managed to find a massive 30x50 print for $125 a couple months ago. read more

I should say this place is awful, because I really don't want to encourage anyone else to buy something awesome before I can get to it...but I won't do that. This place is incredible in terms of the savings and selection. I want to furnish my entire life with Four Hands stuff, and the Outlet is the only way I'd ever afford to be able to do that. It can still be pretty pricey, but you won't find the unique selection anywhere else, and you can definitely come across the occasional unbeleivable deal. I only gave it 4 stars because it's only open on weekends and Mondays and they don't deliver. read more

I really like it here. They have gorgeous things at a much lower price than Four Hands Home. Some of their light fixtures are just gorgeous and WAY cheaper than in store. They also have chairs that are unique and beautiful, shelves, dining tables, buffets, benches and more. Every time I go, the selection is different. If you are in the market for furniture, go. read more

Great place to get a good deal on cool furniture. The inventory doesn't change as often as they say... but overall, if you want a great piece of furniture and a pocket friendly price... stop in here! ask for Ciara. read more

The only place in austin you need to stop if you like high quality, timeless contemporary pieces of furniture at a price that doesn't make you cringe. This place gets new pieces literally every week, everything from beautiful couches, dining tables, accent chairs, outdoor, etc. Sometimes there are small imperfections or discontinued items but in my experience they are often pieces you see now in the four hands showroom. And when you're there if you have questions check w Michelle she's so knowledgeable about every item she has in and always so kind and patient with us. Great experience all around. Highly recommend you check it out! read more

For years, I've loved the Four Hands Outlet - especially the warehouse sales. But wow, the outlet is a fraction of its old size - not a big fraction... a small fraction of its former size. What a bummer. Went there today - the new outlet is small and there was just nothing interesting there. I doubt I'll be back. read more

Wow! Love this place. The furniture is lovely, very well made. I came in with just a week left in Austin wanting to get a sectional for my new home. Gary was awesome to work with. He helped me determine what would work in my new space (I'm super picky) and when it came in, he ensured it had all the right hardware (it was missing some) so I could configure it the way I wanted. Very nice, super helpful team. Went above and beyond to ensure I loved my purchase and it would work for me! read more

This place is great if you want to buy a single item. It is not the place to shop if you want to find a set. That being said, you can find an many amazing single items here. I love most of their furniture here. read more

This is a great place if you're looking for a bargain. They make stuff for Restoration Hardware, West Elm, Anthropologie, and etc. so you'll probably see some stuff here that you recognize. We were on the hunt for a dining room table and we found it at a fraction of the cost here. It was a solid Acacia table with metal legs for under $700 when it retails for $1800+. Granted there were a few scratches on the edge of the table, but nothing major that really stood out, but for over 66% off, we'll take it! You do have to make sure that you love it (imperfections and all) because all sales are final and delivery for 1-4 pieces start at $100 for essentially 2 guys and a rented truck. read more

Beyond my expectations when it came to customer service. We ordered two items that unfortunately were damaged in transit. I spoke to Cierra and she was quick to take care of the situation and make it right. They had two new items shipped to us the next day and made sure we were satisfied with the results. Michelle was also great and attentive when we were in the store originally purchasing the items. Despite the initial glitch, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. The furniture is unique as well; we will definitely be back again for other big ticket items. read more

Hit up the 4 Hands today. Was looking for a chair ... Then Michelle pointed me in the direction of a fantastic brown leather couplet. Perfect. Great quality selection. Thank you for your help! read more

This store is great, plenty of selection and great prices. We came during the Winter Clearance sale and prices were terrific. Bought a new dresser and got over 50% of the original price! It was our first time at the store, but we plan to be back when looking for new furniture pieces. read more

You've got to check this place out if you're furniture shopping. They've got everything... Michelle is the best too. She's a straight-shooter and has been extremely patient. She's helped me furnish every room in my house over the course of two months, and counting. They've got a great selection that turns over quick. If you find something you like, get it on the spot because it might not be there next time! read more

Great products, Great prices and Great Customer service We were in search for an additional Four Hands bar stool for our newly renovated kitchen. Within a day our call was returned by a very helpful, personable and friendly Ciera Moreno. She had called to inform us that we were in luck, there was one bar stool matching our specifications at the retail outlet. She advised us that it had a minor blemish, but for us the price was right. During the process we also spoke with Chuck who was equally as accessible, helpful and friendly in facilitating the transaction. This company offers a wide variety of high quality stylish products. We highly recommend Four Hands and the Four Hands Furniture Outlet. Thanks so much to Ciera and Chuck for your exceptional customer service and personal assistance. read more

My wife and I randomly walked into this store one afternoon on our way back from the main Four Hands show room. We were greeted by Jess and after a while she came by to check on us. We are so glad and thankful that we took her help. We loved Jess's insights and recommendations that we kept coming back to the store to pick more and more furniture and wall art. Everyone...I mean each one of our friends and neighbors who visited our home since then are all praise for our furniture selection. Thank you Jess for being of such great assistance to us. This store is great for anyone looking for great quality, contemporary style furniture our at unbelievable discounted prices with super helpful staff like Jess. Kudos!! read more

After a two-long year hunt for a dining room table, I finally found the perfect one at Four Hands Furniture Outlet. Bonus, it was more than half off retail! Bonus, they had one new in the box! The staff at the point of sale were good. Their MO is to let you wander around, which is a refreshing change from most furniture places where the sales people hover over you. (At the same time, the table was tucked away in a corner and I almost missed it.) Delivery fees start at $100. So, if you can't take it home, be prepared to add that to the cost. Also, kudos to the management team for quick responses and prompt customer service. read more

We had gone to four hands home during the week and fell in love with their furniture selections and knew we wanted to purchase their brand. We checked out the outlet store today and got a steal on a couch that we love! Right after we purchased it another couple wanted to buy it, so things go quick here! I can't remember the name of the lady that helped us out :/ but she was great! Definitely coming back for future home purchases read more
