If they genuinely didn't know the daily special that is a training opportunity, but if they knew it and all orders get charged full price unless you tell them you want the special of the day, that's borderline predatory pricing. Most people won't verify the price reflects the advertised special price, especially if they order several things. Also I've ordered food in person and it took 30-40 minutes to get a simple order for 2 burgers ready. There is room for improvement. Slow service and not getting the advertised daily special pricing right doesn't make up for good quality food.

She wanted me to take off work on that Tuesday and take a day trip to the panhandle of West Virginia & the Winchester, VA area. We did a bit of walking/hiking, a winery, & went to Roma's for dinner in old town Winchester. That day was unseasonably cool, and it was windy too. During Covid, we couldn't eat in the restaurant, and it was too cool & windy to eat outside. So, we ate in her car like animals. The mushroom pizza was delicious. Staff was nice, and the price was reasonable. It could've used a bit more cheese, but overall it was good. My worst complaint was not anything to do with the restaurant but the circumstance of Covid and maneuvering the big box in her car to eat, but we made do.
