I ordered a delivery for lunch today. 2 portions of potato munchers and some BBQ chicken wings. 45mins delivery time was actually 75 mins. The delivery bag had marinara sauce leaked through. The marinara sauce leaked all over the munchers and they were gross and soggy as a result. The wings were flabby and not that great either. Delivery is always quick. I do live pretty close to the restaurant, but my orders always arrive quicker than I expect. The portions are huge for the prices and always really good. Don't believe the estimated pickup times on their website. I ordered 2 pizzas with an estimated pickup time of 30 minutes. Arrived for pickup at 35 minutes and was told it would "only be a few minutes". 30 minutes later I asked again and they had to track down my order ticket and told me it would be 15 minutes. For a grand total of 90 minutes since my order. When I told them that was unacceptable and to cancel the orde, everyone just looked at me dumbfounded and didn't say a word. Continuously disappointing. Quality of food is mediocre at best and varies on who's cooking that day. This evening ordered three meals and was missing one side salad, when I called they said they would send it out with the next delivery... Like waiting 45 minutes again is acceptable... Not. I spent $60 on terrible food. The wait was over a hour and 15 minutes. I had to call and the driver was still 10 minutes out and they didn't seem to care. The food was cold and terribly cooked. The wings were not crispy as requested, they were burnt and soggy. The pizza's were cold and one was burnt and one was undercooked. The funnel sticks were cold and soggy. I order food here all the time, and customer service is always good and the food is good as well, for a small pizza chain. Pasta is good, and they offer freebies with your meals like these excellent cinnamon dots, and Tuesdays they have a deep discount on pizzas. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the price sometimes, which can be 25 for a single large pizza. The pizza and food is worth it though, and there isn't much in Stephens City but I'm glad this place exists, it's better than the big pizza chains for sure. read more

But something change a couple months ago the quality has gone down and our orders have been messed up more often than not. Best cheesesteaks in the entire region. I do not say this lightly! My family and I are cheesteak people -- we have tried everything everywhere. Nothing comes close to Anthony's. The meat quality is great (which is hard to say for most cheesteaks). Have loved this place since 2012. We drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the food here. The pizza is also fantastic. No idea why there are so many negative reviews. I am admittedly a very picky and annoying person when it comes to food and food quality. This place is consistently delicious. Love it. This pizza place is one of the best in the area. The pizza special is really good. We tried the sampler of appetizers also and liked everything. The chicken nuggets were amazing and the wings are perfectly cooked and crispy. The hot sauce could use a little butter to thicken it up but the flavor is good. Onion rings were perfectly crispy. I want to love this but I just can't... I ordered the meat lovers pizza, wings and a cheesesteak pizza. Meat lovers was good. Cheesesteak pizza........... meh. The lettuce used to top our pie should have been thrown out yesterday. It was browning and floppy and then sent me to the bathroom less than 20 minutes after eating. Definitely need to do better with rotating and getting rid of ingredients that are bad or don't look good.. it's a unique pizza and has potential.. First time there and to our surprise not bad. This joint is typical of a neighborhood pizza place. The crust is good and evenly baked with decent mozzarella cheese. Eat here all the time. Family is a regular for the Tuesday pizza deal, can't beat it. They always get our order right and it it's always prepared well. Their pizza has definitely improved over the years. It's not a flimsy greasy mess like it use to be. The wings could use some work though but for the most part I've enjoyed their food just fine. However, last two recent times I've ordered pizza I've found weird things in the pizza. First time there was something (not sure what) super crunchy in the crust which was odd.
