This place used to be excellent before the new owners took over. The food was okay. The wait for my food took very long due to the waitress entering my order incorrectly. She was unprofessional, constantly goofing around with other staff and not realizing my order never went thru until I stood up to ask about my order. She apologized and the boss gave me a discount. She needs to be trained on how to be more professional! It took her a very long time to take our orders when there were no new customers in the place, two tables finished for the day. Witnessed her shaking her head while walking away after asking a question. Oh the new option for music is nice but the focus has changed here! Sad! Will never stop here again. Appearance of the new decor is nice but the waitress does not match the new appearance! Pay more attention to your staffs actions and attitude! That will last longer than your restaurants appearance! Twice in a row they messed up our order. Then they cut the pizza like Ledo's. After they remade it, disappointing. The crust wasn't as good. It was flat and not airy like they over mixed it or forgot some ingredient. It wasn't cooked like we asked either. It was too blonde. Maybe we will visit again in a year or so. The food here is AMAZING! Their gluten free pasta is delicious & i've tried a variety of them. The portions are large for seconds and thirds. My first time having GF pizza from there I wasn't impressed however my second time was awesome. The employees are very kind. The dock of one star is due to ALWAYS having an issue with our order. Either something wasn't made gluten free, something missing, all items in pasta weren't there (like a protein source). However, that's the "risk" we take because the food is awesome and affordable. We just make sure to go over the order several times now to make sure & check all food before our driver leaves if delivered. read more

Ordered this on DoorDash - when I received it, the bread was soggy and inedible on the bruschetta. No vinegar glaze. And I'm sorry but the sauce on the manicotti tastes like ketchup. There's no seasoning it literally just tastes like ricotta, noodle and ketchup. I could make this much easier for less than $12. Overall just a terrible experience and a waste of $35 (DoorDash wouldn't refund me, not the stores fault). read more

Came in around 3:30 for a late lunch only 1 other table occupied. Been coming here about once or twice a week, today was the last. Sat down the waitress came over took our drink and food order well she walked by us 4 times to get the only other table things they needed never gave us our drinks. They were ready to bring our food still no drinks. Left and walked away as we were leaving the new owner came out side yelling what a douchbag train your servers she should have brought the drinks instead of standing there talking with the new owner. I went by the past reviews and decided to try this place for dinner. Walking in, there was a banner stating new owners and manager. The people working there were very nice, but that's where it ends. I ordered Chicken Marsala, and it was sliced chicken on a bed of mushy linguine , swimming in some watery sauce that had no taste and certainly no Marsala wine, and about 2 slices of mushrooms. We have been visiting for years. We love the menu and the food. However , this experience was all about the service. This young lady needs training or a new career. I ordered a Budweiser. She brought out a bud light. I told her I did not order a bud light. She picked up the bud light, turned and left with it, rolling her eyes. We ordered fried mushrooms. She brought them out, but no plates. we had to tell her we needed plates. Once again , acting like it was too much to ask for. Once our food had arrived, all of it was great. Fried mushrooms, pizza and Italian sub. I told her I needed a box. When she brought the box, she asked if we were ready for our bill. She didn't ask if we wanted anything else. My husband wanted another drink. She brought it, and then I wanted something else. I had to tell her , I wanted a glass of red wine. Chianti , to be exact. Sh brought it, but it was awful. So, I told her we were ready for the check and that I couldn't drink the wine because it was awful. No reaction. She just brought the bill. she needs training. I'm 69 years old and was in the service business for 43 years. This is the first time in my entire life that I haven't left a tip. I told her that on the receipt. instead of asking her manager why, I'm sure she rolled her eyes and blamed me. We will be back. if she's still there, I hope she's learned from this. read more

The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly and we were treated like old friends even though we are new customers. Whether we eat in or order home delivery, the food is always consistent and really, really tasty. We can see that there are lots of changes coming with the new management. He did explain that Monday nights the pasta cook is off so best times to visit are Tuesday to Saturday. This is a local downtown restaurant that is almost exclusively filled with locals. It has a diner type atmosphere and the TV is playing. The food is delivered in a timely manner. If you are looking for good comfort food in a relaxed environment with GREAT prices, give it a try. read more

I've been wanting to try out this restaurant for some time. The calzone I ordered was the best I've ever had. The crust was actually crunchy. Won't disappoint. The only complaint I had was with the TV. The staff had it turned on to Bart Simpson cartoons for their enjoyment. We were the only patrons in the restaurant at that time. The staff might like watching cartoons, but we didn't. Had to ask them to change it. Suggested that the Olympics might be more appropriate. Don't let this turn you off because the food was really good. read more

My husband loves this place. I'm more of a Roma's girl, myself. The food is fine. The onion rings are good. But... but, but, but... the alfredo sauce just really isn't anything to write home about, and that's a big deal. Great little Italian restaurant and bar half block from the walking Mall downtown . In the old Cannonball restaurant. They have a sizable menu with all your Italian favorites. They offer different styles of pizza but my favorite is the Italian thin style. The crust is crispy and slightly chewy and flakey. Sauce is tasty. Makes for an excellent pizza. They also offer a big selection of hoagies and subs ! The restaurant has wine and beer and a full bar. Spaghetti and meatballs is tasty and really really good ! Prices seem reasonable and service was excellent. Great place for a Chianti and pizza or full Italian meal. One thing they could do better is to keep their menus updated. I ordered a bottle of wine and was charged more than the menu price, when I asked the manager said the menu was outdated and they had not updated. Probably should have honored the menu price but he did not, that was a downside. But - None the less - Give them a try ! read more

I sat down and it took them 9 minutes to bring a menu and get my drink order. They brought out 2 rolls that were bricks, I'm sure they made them sometime last year. Horrible. I ordered a 10 pc FatBoy with pepperoni & mushrooms. I heard the cook that order was for the old guy. Hmmm. Guess that's me since by now I'm the only person in the Restaurant. The FatBoy they bring me is pepperoni & onion. No mushrooms. I told server that's not what I ordered. She said that's what I wrote down. She offered to have it remade.
