My wife and I tried to have lunch here but having the shrimp salad with the shrimp smell off. I had the trio with the chicken burnt and the lasengena noodles not cooked all the way. They were chewed and unable to eat. Won't be back for sure. read more

My recent dining experience was good. The waiter was a bit scattered, but very nice. My only negative critique was the trout. It was very tasty but full of bones. The waiter said that was to be expected. I disagree. I couldn't enjoy the trout because I was picking bones out the whole time. If the waiter knew there would be a lot of bones he should have told me when I ordered. read more

Had a meal here in Winchester ,food was great it was the service ,ordered meal with soup then main which I asked about pasta that I wanted with it ,she asked did I want a side so I got broccoli,thinking it was extra ,main meal came first no soup or pasta ,I asked about the soup we got it after our main meal was finished along with the pasta, it was a disaster ,the manager came to apologize which was good but he should have been checking the staff anyway didn't see him all evening ,the restaurant was not that busy it was around six thirty ,,I'm on vacation here so my not every go their again ,food great though , read more

This is a typical Carrabba's as far as menu and food selection/quality. The staff here is very nice, the restaurant is clean and the wait times are usually very short. We like this location since it's convenient on our road trips. read more

Visited a couple of weeks ago while visiting my daughter who attends Shenandoah University and it's been a few years since I had eaten st a Carrabba's. Great greeting upon arrival and seated quickly. The bread was so moist and fresh it really filled us up. However. The salads were nice and fresh as well our entrees, Rigatoni Martino with chicken and the Filet and Shrimp Toscano were amazing. We will be bs k and Josh was great not over bearing but checking on us at right time. The restaurant was very nice and inviting(only our table was off balance). But we will return when in the area. Your star only because of the table it was a little irritating each time you moved it moved like a see saw. read more

After a nice evening with friends and family at the Winchester store I was introduced to a food borne illness. 2 hours after dinner I had a fever and then the vomiting came into play the rest of the night. I enjoyed dinner - Nice French bread with oil, Caeser Salad, and the entree was the Shrimp and Steak over pasta and cream garlic sauce. Since most of our guest had the salad and bread that wasn't the issue. I was the only one that had the shrimp & Steak dish. Not sure if I can return anytime soon, but we like dining here so I am sure will be back. Not a happy camper today however. read more

We had a great time celebrating our Anniversary at Carrabba's tonight. Service by Kelsey was simply wonderful, she was engaging, attentive and made feel special on this special occasion. We were reminded just how great this restaurant can be when the warm Italian bread arrived with the plate of savory spices to which we added fresh olive oil. It really is a taste treat. I've eaten at many Carrabba's around the country and this one is mediocre comparatively. The service is slow on almost every occasion. The caesar salad is generally very good and cold, which I appreciate! The pasta is overpriced for what you get. Seasonally, they have lamb chops and those are always excellent! read more

Sometimes it's the little things.....We went to celebrate a birthday and I mentioned it as we were being seated. The host seating us did not even attend to me mentioning it but did say our waitress would be with us shortly. It was not that crowded. We were offered a complimentary wine pairing, which was very nice to receive. Service was very good. Waitress did well in bringing our food in a timely manner and bringing warm bread before the meal. She also knew the menu well. It was a party of three. I ordered chicken piccata which was okay. Hate to say, but I've had better. However the other people loved their lasagna and the other (birthday boy) enjoyed his beef over noodles with Alfredo sauce, and shrimp. Dessert was yummy, though Olive Garden has a chocolate lasagna that is tastier. I suppose every restaurant has its specialties. read more

My wife and I have been going here for the last 10 years, it's our pre-movie dinner thing. This place has always been excellent, very nice waiters, the food has always been good (except 1 time and then it was only the steak, the other times I ordered steak it was excellent), and the place is always clean. The last time we went, our food was very slow to come out and the manager came over to apologize as did the waitress. Additionally, I left my credit card with the bill and they were very nice in returning it. I absolutely recommend this place. read more

This was our first time visiting Carrabba's. We arrived late, but were not rushed at all. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server, Jody, was supberb. The seating is comfortable, but a little cramped in places. I ordered the Shrimp & scallops linguine alla vodka, with an Italian salad. We were served bread, which was not great, but not terrible. The salad was packed with fresh ingredients and tasted great. The food arrived piping hot. The linguine was cooked perfectly and the scallops melted in my mouth. The shrimp were also cooked perfectly. This was one of the most delicious meals I have had at a restaurant in a while. The food is very pricy, but in this case well worth it. Portions are large and delicious. The wine is over-priced for some selections. I can purchase much better Chianti for a little more than what they charge for a glass of lower quality wine. First time in my life I've ever been to this "chain" Italian restaurant. My wife as well. We were pleasantly surprised. From the warm Italian bread and the dipping oil, the salad, the apps, and to the chicken trio, it was all flavorful and tasty. I would definitely return to try some pasta dishes. The hostess was very kind and prompt to show us to our table. Our waitress was quick to greet us, bring drinks, offer bread, and take our order. The decor is quite dated and you can tell immediately that you're in a chain restaurant. However, it was clean. I'll take that, over modern, any day of the week. Our salads arrived within 5 minutes of placing our order. They were dressed heavily, but not so much it couldn't be eaten. My husband ordered the Cesar and I got the House, minus olives. It wasn't a terrible start. When our food arrived to the table, my husband pointed out the grease on the bottom of his plate, and that the cheese from his 2 pieces were melted at different temps. It was weird, but again, we knew it was a chain going in. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin, well. It was absolutely cooked. I had to saw through it, so that was a bummer. The flavor was there, but not the juices. My husband and I both ordered our dishes with the garlic mashed potatoes. I LOVE garlic and I'm IN LOVE with potatoes. Unfortunately, the marriage of these two incredible ingredients here, should never have taken place. My first bite was a mouthful of raw garlic. It was horrible. I had hoped that mine just wasn't blended well, but my husband was met with the same misfortune. I asked our server if this was the normal practice, and she was kind enough to have the managing partner come to address the question. We were told that it was, in fact, just the way the garlic mash is made in this establishment. Simple enough to avoid in the future. And, because I was unable to even taste anything else on my plate after the garlic, the managing partner apologized and brought us a dessert as we were first time diners. So, it wasn't all good, but it wasn't all terrible, either. The staffs attentiveness softens the blow for the underwhelming food. If you've lived in Italy, this will seriously disappoint you. But, if you're looking for an American interpretation of what Italian food should be, try it. read more

I would give 0 stars. My family of 3 went last night 8/15/25 for mine and my husband's anniversary. My husband found a long piece of hair in his speghetti and meatballs. We all stopped eating, I flagged down the waitress. When she came over she took a plates left and after 5 plus minutes a man appeared. He didn't say who he was just said I heard there was a problem. I said there was a hair in my husband's speghetti. He said they would take care of the bill. I told him we would never be back there and will tell everyone we know. He never apologized. read more

Our first in person visit to Carrabba's to celebrate our son's promotion and it was hitting on all fronts! The food was amazing! The Filet and Shrimp Pasta dish was temped to perfection! Pomegranate Martini, so refreshing! My husband had Johnny's Trio and was totally impressed! Everyone in our group enjoyed their dishes and the Guys who had the Italian Old Fashioned went back for seconds! Great for a family vibe or could be a date night spot.
