When I say this place is unique you just have to visit. It's packed to the walls with inventory. I think they have more fishing gear than two Cabellas or Bass Pro shops combined. For sure the most selection of diverse fishing lures and equipment I have ever seen. My daughter suggested it when I said I wanted ice cream. It took me awhile just to decide to get our ice cream because I was busy looking at everything they to offer. There is so much inventory that you can't get down some isles without moving things out of the way. Now the Ice cream. They have probably fifty flavors. Okay maybe not quite that many but if you can't find what you want you don't want ice cream. Just go home. Lol. I wanted the grasshopper mint with chocolate but it must be so popular because they was out. So I settled for a double scoop of raspberry chocolate chunk and my daughter got a single scoop of play dough. Ice cream that is. Lol. And we got the pups a cup of vanilla. I mean what furry friend doesn't like a pup cup. It was really really good. I forgot to get a pic of my cone as my hands were kinda full. Did I mention you can order food to eat? Yep. So, if you've had Hershey's ice cream, you know what you're getting. All decent. My kids went crazy for the colorful vanilla and the cotton candy. They also offer fruit smoothies, though I overheard the staffer explaining that he stops offering them in October because there is less demand for them. There is a gender-neutral bathroom (slightly dingy, but otherwise adequate) with a changing table. I'm a tall guy, and the table was a perfect height for me, so good luck changing your baby if you're less than 5'9. Cash is king - they waive the card fee if you pay in cash, so come prepared! As I said, nothing super extraordinary, but overall solid place for ice cream.

Queen City Creamery isn't just an ice cream shop ~ it's also got a cafe vibe, offering soups and other small sandwiches. There's ample seating inside and additional seating outside to enjoy the nice weather. People were sitting outside enjoying their scoops when we entered on a Sunday evening. We were able to sample different flavors to help make our decision. Service was quick and friendly. They have junior, single, double, and triple scoops. They also have a special flavor of the day. You can check their website for a calendar of the daily special flavor. I decided to get a junior scoop ($4) with half Butterfinger ice cream and half chocolate. They also have a smaller mini size, which the staff member advised was about the size of a golf ball. I like that they have such a small size, but I need more ice cream than that ;). The junior size was four ounces which was the perfect amount for me. The Butterfinger ice cream was quite sweet, but it is a candy-bar based ice cream, so what else would you expect. The ice cream was super creamy and delicious, and it doesn't break the bank. My friend got a chocolate milkshake (16 oz.) which was $6. Those milkshakes looked good! No complaints ~ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!
