They don't have adequate knowledge of how to use electronic devices. This is what you need to check in if you don't know how to check in their clients are there for at least an hour playing with the machine trying to check in. They close the blinds on purpose so they don't have to help anybody and you can hear them in the office chitchatting about their lives. I am pretty sure Quest Diagnostics receives a pretty penny from all these insurance claims. The least you can do is have a natural person helping these elderly people because this is elder abuse you guys are quick to take the money but don't want to provide customer service. Quest diagnostic you should be ashamed of yourself. The check in kiosk should be an option but, someone should really be out there helping. I helped 5 people check in because, I felt bad for them.

I don't know what that smell was but it was smelly! Also this place does not look clean at all. She had a pile of what look like alcohol wipes on the floor. The overall place looked and felt dirty. I've never been to such a dirty place like this before. There was also unopened medical supplies in the hallway. Quest is so clean and smells better. This is a one person show and Cynthia provided excellent customer service. The only issue is there is no accessible restroom. I mentioned that to Cynthia and she said they are currently working on it with the men's restroom first, then they will update the women's restroom so they both will have accesible restroom. So if you need accessibility go somewhere else in the meantime.

Racial profiling at its finest, husband got turned away for looking like he smokes more marijuana and being told he smells like it, he took public transportation there and unfortunately had it on his fiber maybe from the Uber driver who also wrote documentation that it smelled like it prior to him coming in there he cooperated he took something to spray himself and they try to search him to find it all they found was cigarettes he admitted that he smokes cigarettes he also volunteered and consented to take a drug test because you're not allowed to accuse somebody of looking like they smoke he also went to the staffing place requested a drug test and then went to quest diagnostics down the way of the city and ended up taking one out of his own volunteer pocket money and came out clean as a whistle. They accused him of smoking because of how he looked and what he smelled like due to what transportation he took that had the order and sent him home and had the nerve to kick him out. Unfortunately one of their own employees who does not want to be named recorded the situation and you can see racial profiling at its finest and when he brings it up in the video you could see him stating it to them and they turn their back's this employee who sent us this information is also the same employee that tells us of all the workers and the drugs they take on their break and around the corner. This employee who does not want to be named was there as a witness and also stated that the company prefers the Hispanic culture over anybody else as it is the majority of the workers. This is wrong full and this is not OK once confirmed and brought to the tension of the company the receptionist did not care and stated that the boss could not speak with me had the nerve to tell me my lawyer pace to chase them if they want an answer when they hung up on my lawyers face yesterday two times and then the receptionist at my lawyers office One time. This company is ridiculously unprofessional biased in a slave working factory basically. I recommend if you are reading this do not work for the company and get out while you still can and if you were in employer from this company I really hope you guys focus on the bigger picture and do not discriminate against others as you are not allowed to tell somebody who looks and smells like he smokes weed to find out that he was clean you should focus on them ploys that work there and go around the corner to see what people are doing in their cars on their lunch breaks you guys have so much energy and time wasted into somebody you think is doing wrong when it's the people under your own nose.

She is the only person who can draw blood without hurting me. She is the sweetest, kindest, woman you will ever meet and is always a pleasure to talk to - she eases your mind and makes you very comfortable and relaxed. If ever I get a lab slip to another place (like Quest), I have my doctor give me a generic one specifically so I can go to Primex. There is never any wait! She's in the little beige building directly to the left of the drive up liquor store on Loma Vista across from CMH. (see attached picture) Also, just an FYI, I love this place so much that I created this Yelp listing because it is impossible to find this location online. I want everyone to know how great it is!

I needed to have my preferred lab or MD send her the orders. She stated she would drop lab at insurance preferred lab. She then called them to verify which local office would be open today. I let her know my Daddy D can have tricky veins at 89 yo. Also he had an infusion appt following Tuesday. Carmen said she was going to be in Santa Barbara on Monday but if I got her the orders and sent his insurance information she could come in morning on Friday. I called another Mobile Phlebotomist as well, but didn't hear back from her until NY day. She said she said although her site advertises PEDs she also draws adults. By then I was set up with Carmen. But now we have a Back up. Carmen arrived at agreed upon time. She's very Pleasant, Efficient and Professional. She's also very Pretty which if Daddy D had been more awake - he'd have appreciated. He's not a morning person! BUT all good, he only 1/2 woke up for draw. Carmen was in and out in under 10 minutes! One poke. What a Blessing her service is!! She sent an invoice by text after she left. She'll be our new Best Friend. Daddy D gets drawn around once a month and it's hard to get him to lab. Plus we didn't want to take him out in the rain.

Q always has long waits. Yes they are shorter with appointments. it is often crowded at Q. A couple years back, my doctor said, Do you want to go to Q or Pacific Diagnostic labs? I had never heard of Pacific. I said I would try Pacific. WOW!!! This place has never had more than 3 people in the waiting room!! You do not need to make an appointment. Say what??? It is so dang convenient. The test results are super fast!!! Many of the doctors who are affiliated with CMH can see your blood results. So my gastroenterologist can check out my results as well as my endocrinologist. Easy peasy. I forgot to add my general doctor to my lab work. You can tell Pacific labs of all the doctors you want to see your test results. Pacific Diagnostic Labs are nearly perfect. I did have a couple of times when my insurance said there was a problem. I called and these 2 issues were resolved. I believe that there is only 1 or 2 people who work here. I do not know the name of the main gal. She checks you in and does the tests. She is a 1 woman show. She is always kind, friendly, & professional. I low-key do not want word to get out so this place doesn't get crowded and yet, I owe my fellow yelpers this knowledge.

Today Odessa drew my blood and I just want to give her a shout out and say what an amazing job she did! Like all the other gals who I've had, she was just lovely! The girl who took my sample was Letty! A nice lady and she was quick and efficient! Some advice before coming here : - make sure you make an appointment! This is a very busy lab, so having an appointment will get you in and out within 10 mins - bring your insurance card, ID, and your orders from your provider! Besides that, this is one of the best Quest Diagnostics i've been to for my lab work!
