They don't have adequate knowledge of how to use electronic devices. This is what you need to check in if you don't know how to check in their clients are there for at least an hour playing with the machine trying to check in. They close the blinds on purpose so they don't have to help anybody and you can hear them in the office chitchatting about their lives. I am pretty sure Quest Diagnostics receives a pretty penny from all these insurance claims. The least you can do is have a natural person helping these elderly people because this is elder abuse you guys are quick to take the money but don't want to provide customer service. Quest diagnostic you should be ashamed of yourself. The check in kiosk should be an option but, someone should really be out there helping. I helped 5 people check in because, I felt bad for them.

This is a one person show and Cynthia provided excellent customer service. The only issue is there is no accessible restroom. I mentioned that to Cynthia and she said they are currently working on it with the men's restroom first, then they will update the women's restroom so they both will have accesible restroom. So if you need accessibility go somewhere else in the meantime.

I called to get information on how their service worked on 12/30/2025…read more I spoke with Carmen. She stated it was $100 for her service, usually. I needed to have my preferred lab or MD send her the orders. She stated she would drop lab at insurance preferred lab. She then called them to verify which local office would be open today. I let her know my Daddy D can have tricky veins at 89 yo. Also he had an infusion appt following Tuesday. Carmen said she was going to be in Santa Barbara on Monday but if I got her the orders and sent his insurance information she could come in morning on Friday. I called another Mobile Phlebotomist as well, but didn't hear back from her until NY day. She said she said although her site advertises PEDs she also draws adults. By then I was set up with Carmen. But now we have a Back up. Carmen arrived at agreed upon time. She's very Pleasant, Efficient and Professional. She's also very Pretty which if Daddy D had been more awake - he'd have appreciated. He's not a morning person! BUT all good, he only 1/2 woke up for draw. Carmen was in and out in under 10 minutes! One poke. What a Blessing her service is!! She sent an invoice by text after she left. She'll be our new Best Friend. Daddy D gets drawn around once a month and it's hard to get him to lab. Plus we didn't want to take him out in the rain.

I get you are only one person but that is no way to treat people. The paper towel machine wasn't working and I let her know. Her response as if I was bothering her, "Just use toilet paper to wipe your hands" How disgusting is that! On top of that this place is gross! It smells funky and bad. I don't know what that smell was but it was smelly! Also this place does not look clean at all. She had a pile of what look like alcohol wipes on the floor. The overall place looked and felt dirty. I've never been to such a dirty place like this before. There was also unopened medical supplies in the hallway. Quest is so clean and smells better. It was so stressful watching her get poked and poked and no one being able to draw her blood. Nurse Cyndi was able to draw my daughter's blood first try. She was fast and efficient. Not only was she good with my daughter she also made me feel at ease because it's hard for my mom heart to see my daughter uncomfortable when getting her blood drawn. Highly recommend going to nurse Cyndi if you need your child's blood drawn or anyone for that matter!!
