I shopped here a few weeks ago and Mary was very helpful and so sweet! She even stayed late to emboss my purchased items for me (a bag and watch) even though originally I only came in for jewelry. I have been looking for jewelry that doesn't tarnish or turn green and this store has stainless steel jewelry. I like the quality of leather goods here compared to my current Kate spade and coach bags that fall apart and the metal on the bags tarnish. What I hate about this place is the fact that they don't tell you, hey if we engrave this you can't exchange or return this watch... so now my girlfriend is left with an oversized watch and I think is the reason Fossil lost value in its company. Don't go here for engraving because if the watch is too big or too little they'll tell you to go F%?$ yourself. Used to love Fossil so much But now not so much. Great return policy Fossil. You don't say anything in person and I tried. We took one link off and then it was too tight so we can't do anything.. you don't listen Fossil or Read obviously. Good selection! This watch and accessories store was the only store in the whole shopping center that sold watch bands for the Android smartwatches. I received a beautiful Kate Spade Scallop 2 smartwatch from my bestie and needed a replacement band for athletic activities since it came with an all metal band. I went to three other stores in this shopping center before finally making my way here in hopes of finding a workable watchband. Thank goodness they had several options for me! They have a coupon in the Simon VIP club for 25% off one item so make sure to sign up for access to the VIP passport! The guys who work here were all super helpful and let me know if there was anything they didn't have in store they could order from the iPad and have it shipped to me for free - great customer service! They also let me know where the nearest Fossil retail store was in case I wanted to go there to see other options. read more

Well, perhaps if you post you hours are 11am, then you should have somebody working. Made the trip 30 miles to go to Fossil exclusively on a Monday morning and at 11:30am they are still not open. Surprised Fossil doesn't make their stores are staffed with backup plans. 3 groups just standing around to see if they open. My bad, I shouldn't have gone out of my way to give them business. Your company is horrific! Your employees are poorly trained and have no care for customer service. Your managers have absolutely no idea what they're doing. And you throw around apologies for messing up someone's orders as if it's candy and it's gonna make everything better. I will never set foot in this store or company. Will never spend another dime with your company. Not that any of you will care because it's very clear that your company has no care for others or their orders. It's all just a money game for you guys. As long as you get your paycheck at the end of week right? Screw everyone else. Edit to add in response to the company asking me to reach out to further resolve the issue: The issue has been resolved thanks to my bank disputing the charge and the Nordstrom Rack for accepting my money for my husbands anniversary gift. So others resolved your company's problem instead of you. Issue is resolved but I will still never set foot in your stores or give your company a penny of my money. All my family and friends have been notified as well. You would think in a pandemic that companies would be bending over backwards to keep every last business they could to recover. I always buy my watches here. Adriana and Amanda helped me with two of the watches I bought. I like the service. Adriana and Amanda were both very helpful and kind. Evertime I walk in to this Fossil store every employee has a smile and greet the customers. I've been to many other shops and it's not like that so I walk. As with everything, it's a matter of taste. For myself, I don't really find much special or unique about Fossil products. That said, many items are nice. We bought a watch for our daughter that allows the strap to be changed easily. She also got two or three straps. That was cool. But I don't know if that's unique to Fossil. Certainly the wallets and bags and "stuff" wasn't unique (except for the "Fossil" logo). Staff is friendly and happy to help. Prices here are better than their non-outlet stores for the most part, though I think that's at least partially because they have a large sale table set up most of the time. If you like their stuff, it might pay to see if they have what you want here and compare to a non-outlet branch. read more

The customer service is amazing! After my husband's fossil watch battery died I took the watch to a watch repair off Scottsdale. They informed me the seal was broken and I could take the watch to a Fossil store to replace the seal. I entered Fossil and the store was a bit busy on a Saturday which is expected. Briana assisted with fixing the seal and replacing the battery. She called me within 30 mins to let me know if was fixed. Thank you for the great customer service and knowing i can always come back to have Fossil fix the watch! I highly recommend!!! Battery replacement was $10 and warranty the battery for 6 months. read more

I love Fossil! I love the styles, the colors and the overall selection and I know when I go into the store I will be able to find something I love. I am giving this location only 4 stars because it is at the premium outlets and I found the same stuff at this location as I do at the San Tan location. There was even a shelf of bags that you could tell had the MD tickets on them at one time which had then been removed and a sign that just said 25% off. I feel like I saw the same bag at another location for more than 25% off. I was a bit disappointed...I wanted to find a great deal- only the really crazy looking stuff was discounted to more than %50 and it was a VERY small asst of things. read more

It was my first time at Fossil Store, and I was quite impressed with the selection at this one, considering it was an outlet. The employees were wonderful and attentive. I even ended up changing my mind last minute to get different watch that I saw on the way out. I will definitely be shopping there again. read more

I love the fossil store because I always have a good experience so I figured I'd get the same at the outlet store...wrong! I purchased sunglasses on 1/13/17. I tried them on in store and thought they were ok. Left bag in car until yesterday when I tried them on again for a friend to tell me how they looked. After she told me the frame wasn't good for my face, I went back to store today to do an exchange but after not finding what I liked I asked to do a return. The manager looked at my glasses, examines them then says these have been worn, I can't return them. I looked at her confused and said well yeah I tried them on and they don't look good on me. Then she said I can't return used merchandise. I was upset at this point but now because the manager was so rude about it. I had my receipt, the glasses weren't damaged and it had been less than 2 weeks since I purchased them. Now I'm stuck with glasses that don't look good and had to deal with Shar, the manager with the nasty attitude. Last visit to the fossil outlet. read more
