Not only did Boris make sure this problem was addressed, he noticed while working on it some small structural issues. These resulted from my slipping and falling on the computer last winter, shielded by a padded briefcase. At no extra charge, he replaced some screws and otherwise corrected the alignment of the frame, presenting me the next day with a pleasant surprise, as I had forgotten about these issues with my machine.
