I am VERY HAPPY that I found Tech to Us. When I retired I setup a personal account with my company's tech service. It was costing me $175 per month with one hour of technical help. The tech company sold their business to a company that would only provide service to large accounts. My account was cancelled, and I had to find a new service. Fortunately, I found Tech to Us and subscribed to their business account for only $75 a month with unlimited time. The initial setup was only $100. I have been a client for Tech to Us for almost a year. I don't have to contact them too often but when I do it is a pleasure. The support team is always knowledgeable of what needs to be done and they always solve the problems promptly in a courteous manner. I came across the negative review left by a customer. I have had Tech to Us for more than 3 years. Sometimes it has been a serious issue. Service, knowledge and friendliness have always been excellent. If the issue was serious or something simple, they knew what to do. I just finished an issue with them concerning the hacking of Yahoo email and the possibility of some bad stuff on my computer.They went all through my computer and I know from past experience that my computer is safe with them. When a new issue arises they will be the 1st and only techs I will call. Sorry for the customer who did not get the issue resolved. Whenever there is a problem, Tech to Us can find and fix it. If they cannot find and fix it, nobody can! I recommend Tech to Us to any users out there. If you went somewhere else, you have made a mistake. If for any reason, Tech to Us cannot fix the issues, then it is unfixable until the program itself gets rewritten. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a 25! I have been with Tech to Us for a long time and only call when there is a major problem. 99.9% of the time, Tech to Us has been able to resolve the issue for me. I joined Tech to Us years ago. I haven't had to look for other companies since then. I have tried a few local companies to work on my old devices and now none of those devices work properly. I have purchased a new device and setup with Tech to Us's service. It is not Tech to Us that is at fault for older devices not being able to be upgraded. This is the most wonderful service. I got it by accident about 3 yrs. ago when calling information to ask for a number of a tech service. The operator said I know a great one and connected me to Tech to Us. It has been greatl and each of the techs I've had which is many have been great and fixed what ever problem I've had with the computer.
