After complaining the OWNER says he'll throw out my computer if I say anything else. Finally they agree to order a new cover. I drop it off and was told it would be ready around 4. I show up at 4:30 and they are CLOSED. Hours say they close at 6! Finally after around 30 calls I get the owner and he says come back tomorrow and HANGS UP MID SENTENCE as I was talking to him. I show up the next day and they replaced it with a used and scratched cover! After I told them that was not okay! Finally I just ask for my original cover back and he REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME!
