You can also park in front for short periods to load/unload. - vending with soaps/drying stuff and food/drink - free restrooms for customers - tons of carts to use - all machines are either coin OR card. This is unacceptable and should not take this long for anyone to respond to an issue that you all created. Chris called me today after this post to insult my intelligence. He acted clueless and told me the dress looks fine to him. Well, I have pictures. He told me I was not getting anything from him and that he deals with this type of stuff all the time and that there is a disclaimer posted in their store and on their receipts. My dress was white/ivory and it is gray! They do not appear to be registered with the Secretary of State and are not accredited by the BBB. He hung up on me three times and told me to talk to his attorney. I, absolutely, have no problem with doing that at all. He is unprofessional and cannot articulate a clear thought or sentence and should not be handling customer complaints.

But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. Zips feels like a volume-driven operation, not a service-oriented one. I expected more accountability and quality control.
