As part of the daily perimeter checks, we specifically requested that newspapers be picked up and placed at the front door. Glenn sold us the system, and we later dealt directly with Rob regarding ongoing concerns. The last time we raised this issue, Rob gave us his word that it would be resolved. It has not been resolved. We visited the property today and found clear evidence that the agreed-upon services are not being performed. The pictures speak for themselves. This is apparently how this company treats clients when they believe there is little to no oversight. This is a complete breach of trust. We are being billed for services that are simply not being provided. There is no excuse for charging customers while failing to fulfill basic contractual obligations. Extremely disappointing and entirely unacceptable. No one from Post Alarm has returned my call.

When I first contacted him I was pretty confused about the type of swivel mount I needed to mount my 65" tv, I sent him some links I saw on best buy and he informed me that those mounts were too expensive and he was able to provide one to me for much cheaper. (Soundbar) We wanted to mount our soundbar separately from our tv and Ryan ended up doing a custom mount and it turned out beautifully, we're super satisfied with the precision and cleanliness of his work. (Ruckus wireless system) We recently moved into a newly built house and the house came with Ruckus wireless access points. Ryan was able to help us figure out the network and spent quite some time organizing the wires for our smart box. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
