There was a lot of work to be done. The Staff and Dr is always friendly and helpful. I have been a patient for a few yrs now and never disappointed!! I never hesitate to refer people to M Dental I will not go to any other dentist. Thank you Dr M and Staff. Customer for life.

Never have I ever been so quick to rush home to leave a review about anything. I met Dr. M. and his…read morestaff today and WHAT A GREAT TIME! Sounds odd, I know. Usually people do not say that they had a great time at the dentist, but I had a blast. The staff....each and every one of them were just very down-to-earth and kind. Not a frown in the office. I only waited for about 10 mins after checking in. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Oh, what I loved too was that you park and the door is right there. No hunting for the location and wandering around like a mad person in this heat. It was very easy to get to. So anyway.... I was taken back to the room, which was not closed off yet private enough that I did not feel the whole office was looking in my mouth. His assistant (Orianna...I remember the Anna part..sorry girl) asked me what brought me in and I explained all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable with being really honest with her about my issues. She took x-rays and was super conversational in the process which continued to help calm my jitters. The doctor came in and ran a thorough review of my mouth and my x-rays. All I know is, the last dentist I visited was not as detailed with a game plan on how to get me back to 100%. He broke everything down in layman's terms. I was able to understand the what and the why to get us to a final outcome that we both would be happy with. I appreciate how willing they were to take the time to explain everything to me. I left with no unanswered questions and future appointments have been booked. I have already referred a close friend, and I am sure she will keep the trend after she visits with Dr. M and his team. I have not been so optimistic on my oral health in a long time. I gotta say, it was a good day!

I practice good dental hygiene and routinely have my teeth cleaned 2-3 times per year. I was surprised when the dentist recommend a "deep cleaning" but agreed until I learned that my insurance does not cover a deep cleaning and I would need to pay $460 out of pocket. I declined and requested that I simply have a regular cleaning. I was told "We will not provide you with a regular cleaning because we recommend a deep cleaning". Are you joking? You won't clean my teeth because it is a covered benefit under my insurance but you will provide a "deep cleaning" if I pay out of pocket. NO thank you!!!!! this is not the practice for me. Please be aware of these unethical practitioners. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years and never experienced such scrupulously behavior.

Terrible experience after nearly a decade as a patient. I've…read morebeen a loyal patient at Jupiter Dental Group for over 8 years and have spent thousands on dental work including crowns and bridges. Unfortunately, the quality of care and customer service has declined drastically. A bridge placed in 2019 failed and fell out, and instead of taking responsibility, the office manager blamed me and demanded $2,000 upfront for a replacement -- contradicting their own written policy stating only 50% is due up front. When I confronted them with the signed paperwork, they backtracked, calling it a "mistake." Appointments were canceled four times for a permanent crown after my temporary was placed in July. The office staff -- especially Renata -- were unprofessional, dismissive, and dishonest. I've now requested my records and am seeking a second opinion. Depending on that outcome, I will consider legal options. I caution others to avoid this practice -- especially if you expect accountability or long-term care.

**Terrible experience with Sage Dental in Abacoa.**…read more I called Sage Dental because I was considering signing up for the Sage Care dental plan and simply wanted to ask some basic questions about pricing and what was included. The first red flag was that you **cannot actually speak with the dental office when you call--you are directed to a call center.** The call center also could not give me clear pricing for services. I was told that I would need to come into the office for a consultation before they could tell me what I needed or what anything would cost. I was also told that the consultation and X-rays would be free if I signed up for the Sage Care plan. Otherwise, I would have to pay for them. My primary reason for going was very simple: **I wanted a regular dental cleaning.** Once I was there, the dentist explained that they couldn't tell me what I needed without doing the consultation. When I questioned the lack of pricing transparency, the dentist told me, **"No one gives prices over the phone."** I found that statement very frustrating because it is simply not my experience with other dental offices. Many dental offices are able to provide at least basic pricing or estimates over the phone for routine services. I then asked a very straightforward question: If I came in wanting a regular cleaning, but the dentist determined that I needed a more extensive/deep type cleaning, could I decline that service and simply pay for and receive the regular cleaning I requested? **The answer was NO.** That was a deal breaker for me. The entire experience felt like an **upselling process**, with very little transparency about what I would actually be paying. I was being asked to commit to a consultation and X-rays before I could get straightforward answers about the cost of the services I was actually interested in. When I said, *"I don't think this is a good fit for me,"* the dentist simply replied, *"That's fine,"* and walked out. I found that response extremely rude and unprofessional. A dental office should make patients feel informed, respected, and comfortable asking questions about their treatment and costs. Instead, I left feeling pressured and frustrated, with still no clear idea of what I would actually have paid. If you're considering Sage Dental, I would strongly recommend asking **exactly what you will be charged before agreeing to anything** and making sure you understand what services you are expected to accept. For me, the lack of transparency, inability to get straightforward answers over the phone, pressure toward additional treatment, and the way my questions were handled made it very clear that Sage Dental is **not a good fit for me.**
