I'm writing this review on behalf of my client. Dr. Villalobos treated a survivor of human trafficking who was terrified of dentists. She had had a pretty bad infection for a long time, due to not having dental insurance. She had to have teeth pulled out, and she was really impressed by him. He was very patient and his staff is amazing. Dawn, the secretary, called her after every appointment to make sure she was doing well. Let me start by saying that I have avoided Dentists for many years due to my profound fear of Dentists from my past experiences at an earlier age. I remember the awful pain and discomfort associated with every dental visit, it was sheer torture! Now, at age 68 I have a mouth full of serious problems resulting in infection and a face so swollen and distorted that I required immediate care. I recently moved to the Jupiter, Fl area and did extensive research of Dentists in the area, choosing Dr. Villalobos out of a large field of Dentists. After reading his reviews and studying his web site I had a gut feeling that he was the Dentist for me. (my gut feelings are usually right) Dr. Villalobos and his staff are incredibly wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and remedied the infected tooth problem, the pain is gone! They have addressed the other problems and have laid out a plan of action to end all of my teeth problems at my pace! Every visit to Dr. Villalobos's office is easier knowing that I am in good hands and the visit will not end in pain! I now have nothing but praise for the Doctor AND his entire staff. My fear of having dental treatments lead to such great anxiety thus I delayed getting necessary dental treatments. However, I recently attended Dr. Villalobos's office for a consultation and was greeted by a staff member whose friendliness and politeness added greatly to the relaxed atmosphere of the waiting room.. Without much delay I met with Dr. Villalobos who took the time to explain my options whilst pointing out which procedure he believes was best for me and answering all my questions. His caring nature portrayed in his professionalism greatly alleviated my fears and I decided to have the treatment that I have been postponing for the past few years. The cost which was quite reasonable was also a factor to this decision making process. In one appointment Dr. Villalobos removed a five unit bridge, surgically extracted four teeth and placed four dental implants. Dr. Villalobos and his staff were most gentle and went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable as possible, for every step of such extensive procedure. Their dedication and concern for my welfare and comfort put me at great ease during the procedure. The next day although the tissue (gum) was tender I was relieved that there was no bleeding, pain or swelling. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude in appreciation to Dr, Villalobos and his awesome staff for sharing their expertise in a manner that was beyond my expectations resulting in complete satisfaction and a job well done.
