On top of that they do ridiculous tests and x-rays that are not covered by insurance. For my child's visit: $115 for fluoride $46 for oral hygiene instructions $129 for a saliva sample (wtf?) $400 x-rays that are not covered And for the wisdom teeth to come out even though there are no roots and they are not affecting her teeth. If you still choose to go after reading this- get a second opinion. Another corporate practice just looking for money.

He worked with me over time so I did not have to do much at once but prioritized based on my requests, and did not try to just get money out of my wallet, but actually take care of my teeth. Also, when providing them clearly via email the new insurance cards we were told that we are in network with the exact same coverage. Yet, we were billed for over $500 after the cleaning and exam. They are not owning their own mistakes no matter how much you talk to them. We called and checked after emailing the new cards and were assured that we are all set. They can reply all they want to this review, they were wrong, and they are wrongfully billing customers for extra financial gains. He lights up the room when he walks in. All of the fees and billing were made very clear from the beginning with no mysterious fees added afterward. In fact, I ended up paying less than originally quoted. The office itself was exceptionally clean and the waiting area was comfortable. The dentistry chair I was in had a lovely view and was rather relaxing. I loved that I was able to pick a movie to watch, which was the Santa clause. The joyous movie in addition to the considerate and relatively gentle approach Dr. Benson takes with his procedures left me with no discomfort at my visit. Usually people do not say that they had a great time at the dentist, but I had a blast. The staff....each and every one of them were just very down-to-earth and kind. Not a frown in the office. I only waited for about 10 mins after checking in. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Oh, what I loved too was that you park and the door is right there. No hunting for the location and wandering around like a mad person in this heat. It was very easy to get to. So anyway.... I was taken back to the room, which was not closed off yet private enough that I did not feel the whole office was looking in my mouth. His assistant (Orianna...I remember the Anna part..sorry girl) asked me what brought me in and I explained all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable with being really honest with her about my issues. She took x-rays and was super conversational in the process which continued to help calm my jitters. The doctor came in and ran a thorough review of my mouth and my x-rays. All I know is, the last dentist I visited was not as detailed with a game plan on how to get me back to 100%. He broke everything down in layman's terms. I was able to understand the what and the why to get us to a final outcome that we both would be happy with. I had been going to this branch for several years. They did major dental work where I had a few…read moreimplants installed. I had one implant installed as a front tooth, within less than 2 years, it popped out. I came in to have it fixed and they did so. Fast forward another year and the cement broke down again to where the tooth crown popped off a 2nd time. I called to have them fix it AGAIN, and I started getting quotes for repairs. Now I paid a few grand to have the implant, one that would last at least 5 years. I came to this office, one that changes dentists like the wind, They explained to me that even though the cemented implant is expected to last a long time, it sometimes doesn't then they quoted me a repair cost. I Didn't have the full amount at the moment but was able to pay half now and the difference in a week. They did not accept that and sent me on my way with out repairing the tooth. Over the years, I had bragged at how good these guys were.. I would NEVER SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. And their implant work is shit...
