Dr. Lerner and Dr. Lemongello are excellent dentists with many years of experience. In fact, they travel around the country for seminars teaching up and coming dentists everything they need to know. never got to see a dentist; the office policy was not patient friendly, even before you ever became…read morea patient. made an appointment and kept getting information about completing a bunch of patient forms, which I assumed would be sent via email, but were never received. then I received a text that because I hadn't completed the patient forms by theit deadline, my appointment had been cancelled and I could call back to reschedule. when I called back explaining that there were no forms, the receptionist informed me that there was a link for me to click to for the forms. their office policy was if you didn't submit the forms in a timely manner your appointment was cancelled. however if I completed the forms inmediately I could still have that original appointment. but then I had to take an important phone call, so I decided not to bother seeing a dentist who chose to have such rigid office rules, even before the patient showed up. plenty of other dentist offices where you are welcomed, not lectured to before you even walk in their door!

Usually people do not say that they had a great time at the dentist, but I had a blast. The staff....each and every one of them were just very down-to-earth and kind. Not a frown in the office. I only waited for about 10 mins after checking in. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Oh, what I loved too was that you park and the door is right there. No hunting for the location and wandering around like a mad person in this heat. It was very easy to get to. So anyway.... I was taken back to the room, which was not closed off yet private enough that I did not feel the whole office was looking in my mouth. His assistant (Orianna...I remember the Anna part..sorry girl) asked me what brought me in and I explained all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable with being really honest with her about my issues. She took x-rays and was super conversational in the process which continued to help calm my jitters. The doctor came in and ran a thorough review of my mouth and my x-rays. All I know is, the last dentist I visited was not as detailed with a game plan on how to get me back to 100%. He broke everything down in layman's terms. I was able to understand the what and the why to get us to a final outcome that we both would be happy with. I appreciate how willing they were to take the time to explain everything to me. I left with no unanswered questions and future appointments have been booked.
