I believe I have finally found the one. Dr. Benson and his office staff were all very kind and respectful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The staff returned my calls almost immediately and got me in for an appointment quickly. Dr. Benson will truly listen to all of your questions and take extra time making sure you feel comfortable and understand everything. His personality is also just amazing. He lights up the room when he walks in. If you're someone like me, who has felt anxiety about going to the dentist, having a provider who is a happy & caring dentist will change your whole experience. All of the fees and billing were made very clear from the beginning with no mysterious fees added afterward. In fact, I ended up paying less than originally quoted. The office itself was exceptionally clean and the waiting area was comfortable. The dentistry chair I was in had a lovely view and was rather relaxing. I loved that I was able to pick a movie to watch, which was the Santa clause. The joyous movie in addition to the considerate and relatively gentle approach Dr. Benson takes with his procedures left me with no discomfort at my visit. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone, but especially anyone who has feared going to the dentist in the past.
